Excellent experience for family; pizza and food is good, beer choices good, excellent entertainment

Came with my eleven year old granddaughter and her friend. We had a wait before bowling so we played pool and ordered dinner in the bar area. Pool tables are nice and reasonable priced, the girls had fun. They brought our food to the lane after we were paged. We had our own personal server it seemed and never had to look twice for help. They are very well staffed, friendly and took our photo when asked. This is a very popular place and so much going on, impressive!

I went for a company party and they had a lot of different things to do besides bowling!

Honor your Groupon when customers come from that... Beware:
Look closely at the fine print... Chances are, you won't be able to use that Groupon like you thought! You'll have to come back during the weekday when you won't be able to use it.

Ashley was most helpful and friendly service. Prefer to for games by the game not bu the hour but everything else was great! excellent pizza and margaritas.

We attended a birthday party there today. The atmosphere was great. The pizza was good. Everything was clean and well taken care of. This was for sure NOT a crappy weird bowling alley. It really was a great experience

Bowling rooms available plist 2 story laser tag.... Epic for the kids as well as an arcade. Cant wait to go again.

Leveled Pool tables, nice bar and restaurant servers

Great family fun center! The bowling is what we normally take our son to enjoy! The pizza is good! The arcade is fun for the kids. They have plenty of activities for all ages really. A big improvement from when it was the Trevi Center! Kudos to the new owners! Never really seen it fully packed nor have I seen anyone dining in the front main dining area. I have not been there in the evening so I am not sure if there is better nightlife atmosphere here or not.

What more can I say about this place. Not only do they help out our community ALOT... BUT the food is absolutely amazing !!! If you haven't tried the prime rib shots, you're definitely missing out on some delicious yumminess , Tender ( no fat) let alone the cheesy bacon tater tots , burgers , pizza etc . The staff was amazing as always even on a busy Friday evening . Thank you Pins for going up and above to make our experience a very enjoyable one once again

I've used pins n pockets for many unavailable sporting events mostly football games. Great place to meet up with friends and the food is always Awesome service though I don,t drink alcoholic beverages still treated friendly. Try it there is tons of bowling options and also cool arcade for all ages. im very content there

Yet another California bowling alley that does not know how to wax the floors.. overly waxed.. long waits for food and beer

The party was great and the room was spacious but the bar was lacking. When I asked if they had IPAs the bartender had a total confused look on her face. The whiskeys were lacking too.

My and my husband went for date night are plans where to have some food bowl pool and maybe a few game wasnt very busy at all when we arrived almost all the lanes where open the lady that checked us in around 415 on june 23 said you can order food while bowling services will come over well that never happened so we asked and the lady that was helping the table next to us and was told that was not her sections and that shs would get someone i ask her she if i should hit tbe service button she said no that sje let them know we wanted to order ..no came i ask another servers still after the 3 person we gave up got some water out the vending machines and finished are game i spoke with tbe person when that check us in she waz like ok sorry and the personal in the office all seem non caring i felt like ever table around us service because it did get busy but us no ask come by or came by are request..we left after the game and finished are date night somewhere....

It was fun for the first 15 min. Then the pins got stuck in the gutter and we couldn't play for 15-20 min. But they made it up by giving us more time. Overall it was great

Pins and pockets is one of our Family Favorites.
Kids have a blast bowling ,playing laser tag , and playing in the arcade for hours while Mom and Dad get to enjoy ice cold beers and our favorite cocktails inside the tavern.
Very Family friendly atmosphere all the waiters and servers are respectful and friendly

One of them really stands out I believe shes one of the managers her name is Carla Meister ... Never have I sensed bad attitude from her and she is always quick to address and resolve any situation that needs attention....

Food quality was excellent; prices were decent. Bowling prices were a bit high, but they gave me military discount--so that was good. Overall excellent service by the waitresses and service staff. My kids and grandchildren enjoyed the arcade games too. My first time here was last week and the family is already hitting me up for another go. Pretty clean and squared away throughout.

Owner: thanks for your reply. I used a Groupon on 11 Jan after my initial review. Less than $40 for 90 minutes of bowling and shoes for four of us! Excellent deal. I have now increased my rating to 5-Stars. Well deserved.

Much better than trevi. But bowling prices a little high now that murrieta and temecula and soon Menifee will have bowling alleys hopefully will make prices drop. Not alot but just better value

Other than the bar Manager ( EXTREMELY NICE & POLITE ) every other MANAGER seemed like they did what they wanted ( Manager & Server went out the front doors to smoke , came back in NEITHER one washed their hands ) ABC as well as Food&Safety have been notified.

Lots to do here, bowling, pool tables, arcade, laser tag, they even have separate rooms with alleys for kids parties.

We just had our son's birthday party there, and it was great. Great service, plenty of room (this place is Much bigger than I expected), and lots of extra activities to pick from, besides bowling. The food wasn't too bad, and I would give a 5-star,but they never followed up with us before the party to confirm we were even coming, and to work out the details. Other than a little unorganization at first, it was a great experience, and we will be back.

Great place to go out for the night as a group or for a date. They offer many activities like bowling, billiards, arcade, etc. They also have 2 great bars and a lounge room which is frequently used for PPV events, with ID required (age:18).

The airsoft was super fun! We didn't have time to do much else other than a few arcade games, but it looked really cool. The setup was perfect for what this business is trying to accomplish. I will definitely come back and spend more time the next time I visit Lake Elsinore!

Went there tonight from out of town and loved it! My kids had fun bowling and the food was good. Hopefully we can visit again soon.

We had a good time but would have been better if people would be more courteous of others and use/or learn bowling etiquette. Also when people have a big party for a birthday put them in their own room...not enough seating to accommodate 20+people in the group. Even people with a group of 6 on a lane, there is not enough room to seat each person around the table w/four swinging chairs. Too much movement around the lane when trying to bowl.

Holy crow was I impressed with this place style wise and space wise. The food took a while to be served but I think it was because it was understaffed when I went

Absolutely loved this place! Had a blast! Great staff that could answer any question for every aspect of the place. Food was great and all games were reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place to any family on vacation!

Great place for a family to have fun. Purchased the birthday package and everyone said what a great time they had. I want to thank our host 'Lisa' for the help and the guidance for explaining everything there is to do. She was great!

We love coming here! Carla helped me plan my daughters birthday and it was so smooth and flawless! She made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond! We love going bowling, playing in the arcade and doing the laser tag. The escape room is one of the best I've ever been to! We will continue to come here for family fun and birthday parties! Thank you Carla!!

Getting a notification and being told a half hour wait and then it being an hour and a half later is unacceptable. They need to change the system.

Great family place. I had a few problems this last time, but they were fixed in a timely manner. I even got time back to bowl for my troubles. The staff made sure that I was satisfied. The price went up but still a good deal compared to other places.
