The employees couldn't care less about their jobs. The server was completely clueless about the coupon for pizza and a drink that the kids get with the cosmic bowling deals on Thursdays, admitting that she hadn't even read it when it was handed to her, which explains why she asked for a card to start a tab. We ordered one of the pizzas without sauce, whether it was an error on the server or kitchen's part I don't know, but all the pizzas had sauce, not good for a kid with allergies. The food always takes a very long time to come out from the kitchen, even though you can see your order sitting under a heat lamp when you walk to the restrooms. The quality of the pizza has gone down too.The "marshall" for lazer tag wasn't going to allow a toddler's parent in the game area because she wasn't playing herself. He was two! No way was he going alone even if he was in the same group as his sister and friends. This was a new move to me, in the past I've never been told that I couldn't enter the game area with my kids without paying for myself so I was shocked they tried to pull that with this little boy's mother. The customer service training has been severely neglected. I've had great experiences in the past but if things continue like our most recent visit, this place will end up with a reputation like the Trevi bowling alley before it.
