Gas experience was normal. Subway needs management. Too slow. Out of some of the breads. No excuse with 3 employees behind counter and a 4th going between Subway and fuel desk.

The Coffee and food and the People are Great!!! However the Company Sucks They Rip off The Big Rig Driver's at Every Turn

If they work on customer service it could be a 5 star

Not the friendliest place. Very Dirty. The lot troll spends more time telling truckers not to park in places there is no "NO PARKING " Sings.
I spend in the neighborhood of $300/ day at pilots. I like the shower power deal!
If I come in late and manage to find a place to park as my hours are up, being woke up and told to move for no obvious reasons, I call it poor customer service.

They were all friendly but we were traveling and it was 11pm and they didn't have any hot food.

Clean bathrooms, fresh coffee, decent gas prices, and many convenient items for sale.

6 parking spots, subway.. luckily TA is across the street

The store and restrooms we're clean.
They have a good variety of snacks, coffee and drinks to choose from.
The manager was doing a great job at keeping everyone moving along. They were very busy and they don't have much space to menuver around.
This caused congestion and frustration for some customers but the staff did a good job!

Handy place to stop, shower,rest,refule and have s good meal.

Great place to get your travel needs and take a break

Always a good place to stretch your legs, use the restroom(always clean), and get something to snack on. Love it there!!!!!!!!!

Love Pilot but when your coffee gets cold filling the family sedan it's time to FIX them especially with all the .5 cent cheaper competition across the road.

It's so hard to get in to get fuel. There is never no paper to get your receipt printed out.

Decent facility. Only 3 showers and very little parking.

Bathrooms are clean. I like the private, compact stall.

Stop for cars and trucks with fuel and restaurant cervicio

Lots of table gaming and updated slots. Buffet/ Sport Bar. Smoking & non smoking areas. For truckers: Parking Lot C2 is designated for truck/ trailer parking. Shuttle will p/u & drop off patrons from hotels and parking lot booths. Fun atmosphere.

I am a truck driver. And whish yah would get sum 4xl shirts long and short sleeves..and bigger sweats like 3xl

We were on our way back from the Smokey Mountains an had already stoped twice to get coffee, an both times the coffee wasn't fit to drink. Our third stop was here at the Pilot Travel Center. The coffee was very low so we ask Katlin if she would mind fixing a fresh pot. She sprang into action! We were informed that she was getting ready to clean it as to why it was low, but she saved our night making more for us. It takes just a few minutes an as we waited we noticed the she didn't stop working. Doing stuff out in the aisle an ringing people up as soon as they were at the register. Hats off to employees like Katlin! This is now our stop as we pass this store in Bailyton.

Great except they need more realestat inside and outside

Trucks blocking exits, scales, fuel pumps, EVERYTHING! Don't come HERE!

Not to bad. Have mostly what you need. Price alittle high but you save on gas

This parking lot is exceptionally small and difficult to maneuver in and to make it worse there s subway is closed so thank you for wasting my time

Terrible service and not enough points with fueling

Small parking. Small showers. Dirty diesel islands. Pilot should improve comparing to TA across hwy.

These people are nasty. They will not admit that just maybe they did something wrong

Pretty poor experience trying to get a truck and trailer into get gas. The lot is completely unorganized with people parking wherever they feel like to get out and talk. It s an accident waiting to happen. We decided to get out and continue to the next gas station.

Showers are small but a nice place for such a small pilot

Very nice staff BUT Subway was right by the door and all of the food was open and exposed. Flies were flying all around the food.

The shower rooms were EXTREMELY small. There's barely any room to brush your teeth. But if you can deal with a small area and need a really quick shower this is the place

It's funny how majority of these reviews are locals ain't even truck drivers....so ima go here tomorrow and tell yall the real truth...I will resend review tomorrow

Pilots are numerous along major routes and they are safe places to stop If you need emergency items they always seem to have them.The bathroom was suitable Fuel prices vary but are competitive. Pilots are generally one of the best places to stop.They are convenient to off ramps Ilike the name travel center rather than truck stop.This one was one of the better Pilots

Not enough room for a 32-foot motorhome to get gas the way I position my motorhome I was out past the fueling pumps the pilot worker that deals with the tractor trailers came out to me and said I've got to get my trucks out of here I was pumping fuel I had no place to go he acted like the tractor trailers or more important than me and my motorhome spending $180 in gas this was the pilot in Baileyton Tennessee.
