Very good coffee and facilities in addition to many quality products

It was busy. The first pump I pulled up to was not taking credit card. However when I did go inside they did open another register.

Easy in and out, right off the interstate. Subway, food, etc. Bathrooms were fine.

Nicest people working there. Especially at SUBWAY. Smaller than most, but worth the stop

There's like 10 parking spots but other than that the people there are nice

Pilot Travel Centers are one of the stops I look for on interstate trips. Usually clean and lots of selections for drinks and snacks.

Used to LOVE pilot, and they are still ok, but they do not carry the cheaper stuff my family looks for when traveling or needing a quick snack. Cheap Little Debbie cakes and .99 bug juices are now a thing of the past in the remodeled Pilot. It's super clean and nice with great bathrooms and an icee machine, but the other side of the interstate has a newly renovated Travel America center that is just as nice with cheap stuff. And it also has an icee machine.

This place deserves 0 stars just for hiring Trich, this old hag made me wait 5 minutes at the counter before having the subway girl yell to her that their is a customer, me, who needs gas. Then when the debit card machine acts up and I'm trying to get things done at another register she gives me sass, saying it's my fault cause I didnt do what she said even though there was a blank screen in my face. Please avoid this place, Trich is the epitome of horrible customer service!

It's a gas station, convenience store. Not exactly a destination. It was clean. Had good selection of convenience store things. It was really busy which was a bit of a negative since there isnt much room to navigate vehicles in the parking lot.

Nice enough store but parking lot and fuel island is a joke. Not room to get in and out, mostly because of idiot drivers that either don't know how to drive,speak English or wanna take a shower while parked on the fuel island.

Place to gas up and go. Good place for a quick drink and a snack and use the bathroom.

No venoms they seemed to stock higher priced items and didn't carry lower priced ones.

Above average chain truck stop. Nice restaurant, otherwise standard gift, snack and merchandise selection.

Had diesel fuel sprayed on me and they let me shower i offered to pay but they just wouldn't take it they were very friendly and helpful thanks for the hospitality

Clean restrooms,. Very well lit. Good gas prices. Friendly. Clean and organized store. They had everything I needed. Thank you Pilot.

Not bad, but problems with their computer made the stop a little slow.

Sat for 45 minutes after I got fuel due to a FedEx truck blocking my way because they were in side eating at subway when in and asked the mag if he would ask them to move and was told that he was not allowed to do to company policy I will never go back there I will start going to loves to get my fuel

A notch above competition. Fair gas prices, better than average food, clean facilities, and very nice people. A pleasure to stop here.

Stopped for a subway sandwich. After 15 minutes of waiting on someone to take my order I decided to never stop there again. Wasn't the first time this has happened but I promise it will be the last.

I didn't realize this was my Pilot. Always great here. Good folks great store. Better than the ones I've visited on the road.

Price gouging, thats all I can say, 17 cent in a few day, come on, really?????

They could clean the place up a bit.. coffee area could have been a little cleaner... The food items on the Shelf could have been a little more organized.... But it's a pilot they have with pilot usually has.

It's remodelled to some parts. Subway inside. Showers available. Friendly depending on who is working. Not a lot of parking. Size is in-between a convenient store and a travel Center. Nice place for quick stop. Safe.

Best reason to stop on a trip, business or pleasure.

Seems to have a little bit if everything you might need. Clean!

They need a bigger parking lot and more fuel terminals. You have to wait a bit to get your turn then it's hard exiting. Too crowded.
