TRUCKERS. EXTREMELY SMALL. One way in. One way out. It's been like that since March 1995. Used the Subway on the west side of I 81.

Clerk was very helpful and polite....also cleanest bathroom for a truck stop along the highway!

I dont see how truck stops get away with only having 5 parking spots.

The two disgusting fugly blind midgets on night shift (Sun. 5/06/18 around 12am) , I think one of them is the manager, would much rather uselessly stand there and talk to each other about their period than do their job and help customers. The other tard was just picking her nose too. Ridiculous.

Access wasn't real good only 1 way in and out for cars and trucks.

I usually rate Pilot Travel Centers higher than this one however this one's parking lot was cramped and very hard to get into even for big trucks. Also the store was small and cramped and the bathrooms are very small for the size of the parking lot, I had to wait several minutes just to use the men's room. It wasn't dirty or anything just very unusual for pilot to be this cramped and small usually they pick large areas to build their truck stops, I won't stop at this one again unless I'm about to run out of fuel.

Great Pilot! I just took one star off since the womens bathroom only has 2 stalls for it to be a truck stop...Well maybe because it's the regular bathroom. Lol it's tiny!

The Subway in this Pilot T Center is the bomb!! I wish my Subway in Piney Flats TN was as good as this Subway!! Few Subway's up my way sorry to say (Suck)!!! Seriously and sorry to have to say this!!! I really enjoyed my French Vanilla Capo too!! Ty...

This is a truck stop. So they have a little bit of everything. So crowded. You couldn't even use their restroom.

Extremely tight place for a Semi. Drivers park to the right of the entrance whereby making things hard to get to fuel/scales, and the mangers don't seem to care...

Pilot is always good, could use several in the Tri-cities

Pretty good selection of food, snacks, drinks and miscellaneous other things. There is also a Subway located inside. They also have showers.

Normal pilot nothing fancy, parking lot just a little small

This is a good pilot. The bathrooms are very nice. They have a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Good place to stop on a road trip.

I drive to Johnson City often and I purposely choose this one to stop at to get coffee refills. Try it and you will too. Very clean store.

Friendly employees, clean restrooms and wide varietyvod merchandise.

Deffinatly not the place to stop if your in a hurry. Team members watched as the line grew longer and the manager refused to call for guest services and instead ignored the people in line. I've stopped here several times and this has been the level of service I have received every time I've stopped here.

Friendly staff. Good selection. The baked goods are amazing!!

Good, clean not a huge one but a typical Pilot Travel Center

Stood in line for 20 minutes while the two ladies working there chit chatted.

Bathrooms were clean. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there so they didn't want to address any questions. UPDATE, Pilot staff replied to my review. I think the problem will be addressed. I've always chosen to stop at Pilots and always find clean bathrooms and fresh coffee. This was just an issue with staff.

Coffee fantastic. We'll lite for fueling and safty. I like that. Nice and clean restrooms.

Great place for a potty break when on a long drive. Clean and organized restrooms and store. Can get munchies for the road also.

Horrible place to try and get fuel. Way to small as far as the parking goes. Attendants were very rude

Best coffee at that exit! Usually very nice people. They try to keep things clean and rotated in the hot food area. Usually busy and has a subway.

I generally stop there for fuel and stretch my legs. Their locations are clean, well stocked and the prices are good.
