This is worse than Troutville, VA. Need to be torm down and rebuilt. Will be a last resort for anything. You are screwed once starting into lot. Worst spot ever to try and fuel!

Clean and curtious staff but very small lot to park in so come early.

Standard truckstop.
Gas & Deisel fuel available.
Wendy's restaurant on premises.
Travel shop has food, coffee & snack items, limited clothing and limited electronics (CB, GPS, Bluetooth, data loggers etc.)
Driver accessories (logbooks, cases)
Bathrooms are clean.

Clean restrooms, just small with two stall for ladies. It's waiting time when a bus load of Senior citizens arrive. It's a busy place, always.

This was a typical gas station / truck stop on the highway in Tennessee. It was generally pretty clean but there s room for improvement, if you re picky about those kinds of things but I wasn t exactly expecting palace. It has no shortcomings from my standpoint but it s nothing particularly special. Price is pretty good. People are nice enough.

Use to be my favorite gas stores until they accused me of something I didn't do.

I like the pilot you stop and get snacks guys use the bathroom if you need to get lottery tickets and about the only place that you can get the crushed ice that most people love to eat

Nice place to stop & rest ,get gas, RV ppl big area to park in.. food.. takes walk, nap before getting back on the road... Enjoy

Oh my God do people actually try to get fuel here. This is a very small pilot I don't even stop here but I'm a give it a three because the people are probably nice. I do know that every time they put it as a fuel stop I am voided so I don't get stuck here.

Great place to stop on the highway for refuelling food and clean restrooms. A lot to shop.

This location is awful. Bathrooms are disgusting, food station subpar, staff is not helpful. Nothing up to the usual standards of Pilot. We ditched and went across to the TA, but sadly that was barely better. Avoid area altogether and go up a few exits if you can make it!

They have lots of goodies, for Truck Drivers, and the general public.

Great place. Free air in the back. Just go where the trucks are. Please note: Stay out of their way. They are working. So if your in and out & not screwing around. They don't mind.

Women's bathroom was clean and the Trish is absolutely wonderful.

Small for Pilot. But usually a good price on gas. And not terribly busy so in and out fast. Plus 3 cents off a gallon of gas with your MyPilot number.

It would be a 5 star, however, the last two times I have purchased fuel as a credit, I have had excessive holds placed on my card. Wednesday, I decided to go in and prepay for my fuel, to find that I had 2 holds for the same amount of my prepaid fuel purchase.

Great place for tank and tummy fill up. Clean store friendly employees

Cheap Gas, the men's bathroom is pretty cramped. A good selection of drinks though

Seemed like these people had a little problem waiting on their customers. Very abrupt and almost down right rude.

Stopped to take a shower and eat after along day. The shower was clean and and all was well but.... when it came time to order food everything went down hill. I honestly believe the lady working was drunk, I asked for double meat 3 times and was ignored , I asked for light mayo and she put so much on, 3 lines...yukk.... I asked if she could take some off and she got mad and more sloppy than she had been already. Unfortunately we ended up walking out after several attempts to get a basic ham * cheese. Ive been on the road all day and I'm starving. Alot more information to give but I'm to hungry to type. I'm going to call corporate.

Anything you need they about have it for you...great pit stop while on Vaca.

They have a kids area so kids can have some fun. The cars, bicycles, motorcycles and air planes were where you can look but not touch. Also a garage outside to walk in to look at other cars.

Great coffee and a very clean store. They have pre-made coffee or beans that you grind yourself.

We always make it a point to stop at Pilot / Flying J. Great service too.

Clean restrooms! I'm a simple girl and I dont ask for much. When I travel cross country its nice to know you can stop at any pilot location and its consistent. Whether in service, fuel options and prices, cleanliness of facilities, or having you could possibly need at s rest stop. I wish there were more locations further north.

Had a little hiccup, totally our fault but the shift manager was a total sweetheart! Visited them two times while traveling to and from VA, would gladly stop in again. :)

There was nothing that made me cringe about this truck stop. The restrooms were clean and the snacks were plentiful. The drinks were cold and the coffee was hot. So far, so good.

Always like Pilot Travel Centers. Clean, professional sales people.

Clean, friendly and well staffed. My only complaint is that the women's bathroom was really small.
