I have to say PILOT GAS STATIONS have todo something about everyone parking their cars blocking the pumps. They park, go into the store come back out after 10 to 20 mins. I HATE Pilots for that reason. I do like flying J Which I know Pliot owns but at least it has separate pumps for RVs much more friendlier. PILOT OWNERS please please look into this issue. I know its not just me I have talked to many people driving across this wonderful country and we all say the same thing. PILOT SUCK FOR BIGGER RIGS THAT NEED GAS!! We avoid them like the black plague.

Typical Pilot. It's clean, small and mostly grilled items like hotdogs. Also had a Subway restaurant.

The ladies room is in one of the men's shower room. Not cool.

Wow, the subway food is good but do not buy your drinks there. They charge 1.99 for a medium. A large at the pilot counter is 1.60??? Wth. They say oh yes, we can ring up your coffee. They do not say it will cost you an extra 10 cents. You get your soda and coffee from the pilot. Must be a special cup. Pssh.

Employees are are great. Too bad there isn't much truck parking. I would have given five stars if there was more parking.

its small hard to get in and out 3 showers but they do have the new coffee machines thats a plus,clean,subway,id give it more stars but i dont care for pilots or J's

This place is good for filling up gas and making a quick stop over here and there is a subway restaurant over here.

Could use a few more people on the night shift. Was just passing through, and staff wasn't too much on the friendly side... but we do have Piolet stations here in hometown of Knoxville, n I love the crushed pellet ice**

Very small drivers make it difficult to get in and out

We enjoy stopping here for drinks and coffee. We used to buy more gas there but then they reneged on the money off gas for every drinks you bought. They will never admit it but I bet it cost them a lot of fuel business. Jack wagons.

The staff was friendly and professional. The store and restroom was clean.

Friendly folk with some downhome courtesy. Thank you for that when I was so far from home.

Love Pilot! Have everything you need when traveling and need to stop!

I have to give this store a low review , staff is great but parking is a joke, you can never find an empty spot, sometime I think some of these drivers just sit and never work , Subway charges way too much for a sinple sausage egg and cheese sandwich $8.55 for a foot long flat bread , I had it $3 bucks less up north east

Great place to take care of most of your traveling needs, no matter what you drive.

Small for trucks. DEF doesn't work. Little paper on, not big sign. So, must turn around, waste time.

Recommended good decent road stop . Hood foods good staff !!

Great rest stop with wonderful convenience store. Great coffee.

Awesome employees. Once they we're free the young man wasted no time cleaning and stocking them for myself and someone else. He had it finished before I could eat a chicken samich.

The employees were very nice, mostly Trich I think was her name

Nice station . Easy off & on I 81. Subway here. Store well stocked

Friendly staff. Great service, good food, and really good coffee.

This is not a truck stop. This is a fuel and leave. No parking. 5 spots only. If you need a shower and only have credits with flying j drop your trailer at the TA and bobtail back here like I did. Showers are smaller then your sleeper.

Smaller than the average Pilot. There were only 2 toilets in women's and two urinals/one toilet in the men's. Toilet seat was dirty and broken.

Too small to be a truckstop. Not but about 8 spots to park . Just to small. Nice stop for four wheelers that's it
