Low cost fuel. Great place to pick up drinks or snacks. Good selection of food for those on the go. I look for pilot every time I travel 81.

This pile it is a good place to stop if you're in a big truck it's kind of small but if you're in a car then it's good there's a Subway inside there's drinks chips pop whatever else you looking for the to to regular pilot stop.

As with every other pilot they are clean, organized, great coffee and a.great.variety of roasts. Above all the associates have great attitudes and will.go the extra mile to assist you. They definitely put forth a customer first attitude.

Not the largest, most modern or cleanest Pilots store in the fleet. The store is definitely showing its age. But the employees are all super friendly. I think they do the best with what they have.

Nice place, it s a tad small, so expect to be shuffling around people when it s busy which it always is.

You have a smart mouth employee who is rude and don't know what pump number a customer is trying to get fuel

In the men s bathroom all that was working was one toilet. It made for an awkward line, all the urinals were bagged off.

I was there just to meet someone in the parking lot.

Probably would have been better but ordered spaghetti and had weird tasting sauce.

Good cheap gas at a dollar 85. Clean facility. Friendly people. What more could you want from a place you're only going to stay for a few minutes?

This place is crowded! I am glad that was my only problem. Gas was the cheapest I seen in Tennessee so I had to stop. Their cafe was under construction so I couldn't get a donut, no biggie. Bathroom's look like they were remodeled as well, clean and upkept. There's a Subway open here but the line is way to long to stay. I can always eat later.

Gas and coffee. In and out. No waiting in line here.

Their gas is reasonably priced but, honestly, I go there for the Subway. It's the best Subway in the Tri-Cities area.

It s a rather small facility for the volume of customers that it s trying to accommodate. Needs more parking and restrooms.

Clean bathrooms (but very small), friendly staff, and a pretty good selection of services. The drink selector for fountain drinks is definitely appreciated, and the flavor buttons actually work.

Extremely rude, clerk acted like filling my own small cup of tap water was a crime.

Extremely small pilot,pretty much fuel and go.There is only parking for around 8 trucks.

Not very accommodating for a truck stop to only have two toilets that there are at least 20 parking spots and about 14 fuel islands , very awkward setup for trucks to get in and out .

Liked the pilot truck stop but we stopped to early in the morning for most

If you're driving a larger gas burning vehicle, accessing the pumps is a challenge. The space between the pumps and the building is relatively narrow, and when people inevitably park near the front door of the store means turning is really really tight. Otherwise, great staff, clean washrooms, and lots of stuff for sale including coffee. It's a good Pilot but if you can hang on for a few more miles, there are two more just down the road that are much easier to access.

9 cents per gal on my diesel with Good Sam Pilot card at the pump. Easy in Easy out. Love it.

Just a quick stop for a pack of gum! Nice enough, fast service.

The ihop built in is great food is always cooked to perfection

Nice place and peaceful surroundings, but the Pilot itself is very small... maybe 10 parking spaces. So consider yourself lucky if you can get one.

Every body was extremely nice huge parking lot only bad thing is the idle air has not worked in years. So it needs to be upgraded and fixed

Smiley was awesome! She and the other two ladies were out of the world friendly, especially for 3am.

Saddest sub ever! Go over across the way to the TA. This is ridiculous. Or even the shell has subway.

Very nice staff in a clean environment. Well maintained stare but in a very small space. The parking lot is small and difficult to navigate my 18 wheeler through it but still a regular stop for me.
