My ears are forever messed up because of this store lol. The employees have pierced my ears incorrectly three times now. My current earrings are asymmetrically pierced. I have two sets: the one hoop on my lobe is pierced lower than the other side, and the one post is pierced on a diagonal and is so high up that it almost/is hitting my cartilage and making my ear swell and the jewel sink into my skin. The girl who pierced me last time broke my pearl earrings that I had purchased at this location and lost the one pearl, making me have to buy the hoops I mentioned for $50+ when I had originally gone there for just a second set of earrings. They acted like it wasn't a big deal and the one girl said to just super glue the pearl back on (until the girl lost it). They gave me several coupons for my next visit, but I really don't want them to mess up my ears for the fourth time, although it seems like I'll have to go back to get my left ear repierced since it's doing damage to my skin the way it's pierced now. Save yourself the pain and disappointment and go to a tattoo shop where they also pierce. They actually know what they're doing.
I had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking with Tammy from piercing pogada store not the kiosk. She was extremely rude I asked if she could help me look up the Warnty for my sons bracelet and she said no she said if I didn t have the receipt she could not help me, then said the systems were down. She then asked where did I purchase the bracelet I told her the kiosk she said to call them so they can figure it out, I had to ask for the number and then I asked for her name, it wasn t till after I asked for her name that she offered to look up my name for the warnty. I kindly declined since she refused to look it up before. I called the kiosk a man picked up and proceeded to tell me it s Mother s a day weekend it s packed in here call on Tuesday !!! This place is a joke I will never ever buy jewelry from neither of these locations! Customer service is so important now I m dayS especially when you have Heilzberg, Kays, Zales, Swarovski,Pandora Macy s and jcpenny all in the same mall! Get it together! Employ people that actually want to be there!
So I'm seeing mixed reviews here and even though I have noticed some poor attitudes from their employees in the past atleast one of them is a STAR: Kenny at the kiosk was so hardworking and nice to us. He was able to multitask while maintaining a super positive attitude! Wish they could all be like him!

About 4 months ago, I got my nose pierced here. I had it done VERY incorrectly (unfortunately, I didnt find out it was done wrong until I had asked some more experienced people). Some young colored woman (she was new and didn't really know what she was doing) pierced my nose with a FLAT BACKED stud. No needle. Nothing. Just a piercing gun. Today, I just found out that the stud is literally STUCK in my nose...I can't remove it without professional help. So now I have to go to a piercer and have them rip it out of my nose and replace it with something else.
Bought a bracelet for my girlfriend here and went back to esize it for us and apparently they don't do resizing. Very disappointing! Also the guy at the counter was very rude about it. Definitely never going back to this place!
This place used to be very respectful and helpful with their clients, now they are rude and disrespectful and giving attitude for no reason just for asking a simple question and letting them know am their on time for my piercing appointment. I love shopping here but until they get a replacement employees of that rude worker that have actual manners and learn how to treat customers, i will not be back at this main location.
Very good experience and customer service! I had my ears pierced twice in the past but they didn t work out. But I wanted them done again at 21 years old I was super nervous! But the works were super nice and super sanitary! I love my earrings!

The lady that attended us was very knowledgeable and patient. She waited additional minutes so my wife doesn't miss my daughter's first piercings. That's the definition of customer service skills.

Yesterday my daughter was denied service at the kiosk piercing pagoda on her 15 birthday because she has a different skin color than her parents. The attendant was extremely disrespectful and insensitive about our family dynamic. We should have not had to have this experience.
Excellent service when I took my girlfriend for piercings. She wanted to get some on her ears and the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional and took hygiene/sanitation very seriously. We will definitely be back.

I have been here in the past and was always treated with respect by the people who worked there.Today I went and was completely disregarded. They acted like they didn t see anyone, one was pretending to look busy and clean ... the woman cleaned one side of the counter and kept her head and back away from us. When we finally were able to ask a question one of them directed me to what I was looking for and she didn t even go to unlock it and when I look to see if she was coming, she was just standing by the cash register again doing NOTHING. Those three working there should get some more customer service classes because yikes.
This is outrageous. So what if they closed early, there is no call for obnoxious signage. Absolutely insulting for everyone walking past. ZERO STAR
Customer service is trash, since COVID the mall closes at 7pm every time I go to get something they always saying they re closed that they close at 6, I went at 5:40 and they didn t want to assist me.
