PS Stearns Review

If I could give a negative on this company I would. I worked for them a total of about a month and have been lied to every step of the way as to when I ll be getting paid and here I am a moth later with no check. Misty in payroll has gotta be the worst of them all to deal with. She complains about how many hours she works and yet no one gets paid on time. She told me yesterday that they have 60 days to pay me. So if you re looking for a company that cares about their employees and your well being don t waste your time.

Horrible experience, been told several times they're cutting a check for several months and still haven't received it

I was contracted to work an event in Hattiesburg, MS on short notice and read some of the reviews about problems being paid and got nervous. I called Mike and we discussed the situation and he told me that I did not need to worry about getting paid. I received my check today for the event on Saturday. It was a fun event and I look forward to doing addition work with them in the future.

Great company to work events for! Worked several pet events for them in Pittsburgh over the summer Pay was great Job was fun & they offer direct deposit so I was paid within a week!! Can t beat that

But they sadly went downhill
They do NOT PAY you for over 3 months and unless u like begging for your check I won't take another job with them any longer . Used to take normal time 2 weeks now it's months and they keep sending u same paperwork to fill out because they're terribly unorganized
It's really unfortunate they were one of the best now there right down there with all others like Attack marketing , kube marketing .... Just same situation
Then the one who asks you to work offers to pay you to drive to a 30 minute location yet when you get your checks you are never paid for the travel( even after resending the emails from agent proving the travel compensation as promised )not once not twice everytimr but by time u get ur check u could careless and say good riddance .

AWFUL! I worked an event back in November, today is January 18, and I STILL haven't been paid! I've been emailing a woman about not receiving a check, and was told to wait a little longer, and if it doesn't come in the mail, they will issue a new one. Still hasn't happened. In 2 months, I've gotten 1 phone call, and that was about 3 weeks ago, no communication after that! The last email I got was to tell me the email I sent in, would be forwarded to HR. That's it. Nothing more, no communication, what-so-ever!!! Just an AWFUL experience with this company!!

I work events for them quite frequently, they are very flexible, organized, polite, and I always receive payment quickly.

I have been waiting since September 9th for a small check I really needed on time. It's NOW October 8th and I'M still getting the run around. Michelle said she stopped payment on the check sent Oct 4th and sent a check express mail on October 5th. U received the STOP payment check on October 7th but can't do anything with IT. I called today after work 3:30 p.m. and was told let me check I'LL call right back by misty. But she clocked OUT with HER nonchalant AZZ.
I'm tired OF trying to retrieve funds i WORKED for.

Have been a B.A. doing promos for these guys for many years. I love this company.

Great small business to work for, family owned ,perfect for a single mom as they're accommodating and truly treat employees as family.

This company scammed me and has scammed others as well. They never paid me for the work I did and tried to act like I was going to be responsible for the reshipment fees of return items for a brand ambassador event that they already budgeted to return. Never in my life have I witnessed so much immaturity and Unprofessionalism from middle aged women. Such ineffective communicators and this job is why more trouble than it s worth. This includes people that are desperate to work too.

Wonderful company to work for. They respond to emails quickly. Patty, Karen awesome to help get you jobs. Other companies you have to do everything online can not speak to a real person. Payroll girl Missy so pleasant to speak to and always returns my calls. So nice to have someone explain your pay to you and not rush you off the phone. I will only work for PS Stearns going forward. Professional and courteous. No computers live people to talk to. Good money and Patti gets me stores I like good pay.

it's been 3 months and i still haven't gotten paid. i had to pay for products out of my own pocket and they've failed to reimburse me. never trust a job you get from ziprecruiter.

I recently hired on with Mike for this company several months ago. I wasn t sure this was even a real company kinda spooked it was some fraudulent mess I got wrapped up in. I had not been paid for my work in over a month! I spoke with the payroll division today, Misty and she had emailed me that she was missing a form from me. She let me send it right to her and my check is being issued this week. So nice and really explained more about my entire payroll process. This is a reputable company. Good pay on my job, and Misty was very helpful. Sent me to Patty to book more jobs! Thank you Patty, Mike and PS Stearns. I am so thankful For the work and for you being so helpful today to explain why I have to send tax forms. Looking forward to working more with you.
