Highly recommend! I went skydiving today as a birthday gift with my best friend. I was beyond nervous but our crew (instructor Joel and videographer Hunter) were so enjoyable that it made the whole experience fun! Everyone was knowledgeable and helped me along the whole time (especially since it was my first time and I know for sure I wasn t the best jumper!). I appreciate all the kindness, guidance and laughs along the way. Made this experience one I will never forget!!

I did my first tandem here in April '13, and got hooked. Started my solo training in Oct. '14 and have had a wonderful time. The staff is awesome, and quite knowledgeable. I regularly recommend this DZ to anyone who will listen to me.

If you're on the fence, you should jump! Went out to skydive phoenix for my birthday last weekend and had a fantastic time! The staff are friendly and professional with the perfect mixture of fun and seriousness. My instructor Jason and videographer Andee were amazing! I had so much fun! I really appreciated the extra effort they both put into making my experience exciting, comfortable, and safe. Thanks for a great birthday!

they are scam when it comes to video and photos. They will charge for the services but will never send out the CD. on the day of skydive they "Warned" us that USPS might not deliver the CD as their service is crappy. and there you go. we have not received the CD and they will not gi ve the tracking number. Be aware. They will keep on charging more and more for the sky dive if you buy from groupon. When i called them about disputing the charge, the receptionist/or whatever scamster was there told me that "you do what you have to do". they ruined our sweet memories. i tipped everyone $20 on the day of jump on top of their fees/extra fees/video charges. guys, imagine your memories getting ruined. make sure you discuss my experience with them. i am ready to take their cuss words. i know they will try to justify their actions/ act smart - but remind them about my experience - you might get a better service!!

You will have an unforgettable and incredibly amazing experience that will want you coming back for more. l made my first jump here with Dustin as my tandem instructor! Skydive Phoenix was absolutely professional through and through. The entire staff made me feel safe, comfortable and more importantly a part of a team. I felt like I was with friends who I'd known for years and was out to have another day of good fun! Shout-out to Alex, the diver who photographed me, Chris, the instructor who went tandem with my buddy, the awesome guy with killer mutton chops whose name I can't remember right now, and most importantly Dustin, the man I jumped tandem with! All of ya'll are fantastic and made me feel like I was part of your team for a day! Especially Dustin who held my life in his hands and found a way to give it back just a little bit shinier and brighter than before! You're the man! Thank you! I hope to make many more jumps in the future, because of you and the beautiful laws of physics!

Make sure you confirm (possibly even in writing) that they will confirm that your entire party can jump, just as you reserved your jump. We reserved a jump for all three of us, me and my two best friends. One was getting married and the other was celebrating his 29th birthday. When we arrived, we ALL checked in for our reservation and were happily welcomed. It was so convenient that they withheld the fact that they had no room for all three of us, on their tiny Cessna, ONLY after we had watched the video and signed all the paperwork which explains you will get no refund after you sign and turn in the paperwork. We are argued and explained that we were misled and we asked for a refund, at least for my jump, so my two friends could jump together. The lady, at the front desk said, I m pretty sure I told your friend that there was a possibility that all three of you would not be able to jump together. Wrong!!! She was not confident, only trying to wiggle her way out, and find a way to keep the money that was already paid (very well trained). There was no budging, only an offer to reschedule our dive for weeks later, when one of their larger planes would be available, and an offer of AMAZING t-shirts (being sarcastic). The tandem divers are great. The views are breathtaking. We would all do it again, but not with this company. Do your research, confirm whether or not the company can deliver on what they promise, and you ll be very happy.

Had such a great experience here! All the staff we so nice. My wife and I each did a tandem jump. We are both turning 30 this year and wanted to do something trill seeking. It was way better than we thought, not scary at all. We choose to jump from higher altitude and had about a 40 second free fall followed by a 4 minute parachute ride down. Both of our tandem jumpers were great, they gave us step by step instructions throughout the whole process. Both of our us each got to control the parachute for a little while. The touchdown was easy, we just sat down on the ground. We had such a good time, we are thinking about taking lessons at skydiving Phoenix to learn how to jump by ourselves.

AMAZING experience!! Both me and my friend Shay went together, we had great instructors. They were super fun and explained everything that would be happening. Made me feel comfortable and safe about the whole experience. Was the COOLEST thing I ve ever done!! Would 100% recommend adding one of the video packages if it s your first time! SO fun to rewatch and relive it! SO worth the money!!!! Thank you for a fantastic experience! We loved it!!

I had an amazing time, best feeling ever. I went with a few lady's from work. The instructor Geno was the best. Everyone there knew what they were doing. Such a life changing experience.

This was my first time jumping out of a plane... definitely recommended this facility. The folks here are friendly, funny, and experienced. There are few simple instructions to follow that are repeated many times. Overall the experience was everything I expected.

I surprised my husband with a skydiving experience, for the very first time. The experience including the place, the staff was amazing. From the manager to every single staff, treated us great. Overall a great experience! The instructors were awesome, gear seemed in good shape, the plane we took was a beast and climbed so fast that I would almost jump again just for the plane ride! The only recommendation I have is to not book so close together or have other instructors go. We really wanted pictures with our instructors afterwards but they were already suiting up other guests. I do hope to come back soon and work on getting certified!

Absolutely the best adrenaline rush you can get! The crew rocked, Jason got me safely to the ground and everything went as smooth as possible. A few flips and turns... Will definitely be doing this again!

Chris made me feel so comfortable! He was very down to earth, funny, and concern . He was the instructor I was hoping to come in contact with. This place made my experience better than what I thought .

WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS. This place is unprofessional, and lost my boyfriends videos of him skydiving for the first time and took 4 months to get a response. Took another 2 weeks to get a refund and they did nothing else to help. That is irreplaceable and memories lost! Not only that but the skydive instructor was flirting with me right in front of my boyfriend. SO DISRESPECFUL! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT'T EITHER!

Had a great experience here! We had a group of 12, and we had time constraints. But the staff got us through quickly and safely in time to get to work. And our instructors were all fun and comforting. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Fun place to jump.

Every moment, from the time I walked in the front door, I was greeted with a smile. Everybody was busy doing their job with passion. Jason my tandem guy was amazing he fit me in my harness himself, which everybody kept saying Jason likes to do his own thing and I felt very secure and it was just an amazing time I m definitely gonna do it again when my sister is in town visiting!!
I am going to recommend this to my friends. Everybody should try this!!

I took a bunch of guys on my team from work to Skydive Phoenix as a team bonding experience and it was absolutely amazing! My buddy Alex G helped set it up for about a dozen of us and it was a breeze. Everyone there was super friendly and made us feel confident jumping out of a plane at 13k feet. I d definitely recommend this outfit!

Never again at this rinky dink operation....The instructors and handlers are great. The jump itself was great despite a plane that did not appear flight worthy. Also, the flight suits they offer haven't been washed in a long time-smelly with sweat from other people....Then the management...Unfortunately the owner/pilot is abusive to employees in front of clients, and is rude and unapologetic when his scheduling completely fails the experience of the clients. We had a group which was completely mishandled. Some of us waited up to 5 1/2 hours to jump when our appointment time was 10 am. From reading other reviews, this is not uncommon! (page down to other reviews)
I have jumped at other locations in the US, and this one is bush league when it comes to the owner and his ability to attract clients back a second time. Never again.

What an amazing experience!! I couldn't possibly say enough to describe how AWESOME it was from start to finish. When you make it there ask for DUSTIN as your jump partner on your first jump. I will be heading back to complete their AFF program just because of the experience that guy fully made happen. Thanks Dustin and Skydive Phoenix

This place is fantastic. I went over the weekend for my birthday and the staff was incredibly thoughtful and very reassuring. Being my first time sky diving experience I naturally had fears and reservations about it but after speaking with the staff and the experienced jumpers that were there for fun I felt much more relaxed. The location is in a perfect spot to view the entire Phoenix skyline as you jump out and parachute down. Although they said to plan for 4-6 hours total time there we were in an out in under 2. If you're considering which place to go this is definitely the one.

This was my 3rd and by far best jump ever. I jumped with Joel who is an absolute blast! He had me laughing the entire time. He was absolutely amazing. Would only skydive again at this place because of him and the camera man. Unfortunately, I can't remember the camera guys name but he was just as awesome. Highly recommend Joel and skydive Phoenix. Nice plane, awesome staff. 100%.

Dustin was very simple in giving directions. I enjoyed every second. Will definitely be going back soon. The employees were great and very cheerful. Very laid back environment but very safe also.

1st time skydiving, couldn't have picked a better place. Staff was as friendly as possible even though, they were busy as hell. They went through the process at least 3 times and always making me feel comfortable.

The experience itself is indescribable, fear is involved but, the feeling is great when the jump is made. It was tandem, Daniil was my instructor and the whole process was perfect. Didn't wanted it to end and when we landed, already wanted to jump again.

Don't forget to bundle the video of the jump, memorable!

Very unprofessional, struggled with my first jump in the AFF and they were wanting me to spend another 369 dollars. Talked to many other Jump centers and all of them said they would never charge the same price. Instructors are awesome. Guy who answers the phones not so much.. I would highly recommend finding another place to go besides skydive Phoenix

Joel & Steve made my brother's and my experience amazing! It was our first time skydiving, and the staff and instructors were awesome and could not have made the experience any better! The instructors are extremely experienced, they eased any sense of anticipation anxiety or fear leading up to the jump. The free fall was incredible, and the landing was so controlled and gentle it was like sitting down on the couch. Highly recommend this facility and Joel or Steve as the instructors!

It was my first time skydiving and it definitely was one of the best experiences I ve ever had! Chris and Sebastian were awesome and amazing people to jump with. There were no issues at all, the weather was great up there, and so were the people! Awesome experience!!! 100/10 would do it again!

I went today for my 25th today with my mom and it was an amazing experience! They make you feel calm amd relaxed through the entire thing. Brian was my instructor and Jason was my moms. Brian was funny and relaxed care free. Jason was super enthusiastic and made the experience amazing for us both!

I have always been terrified of heights, I never could never even jump off the 50 foot zipline at camp when I was growing up. So I knew Skydiving was going to be a strech for me, but our instructors Brad and Chris were AMAZING! They kept me at ease and made this experience so relaxed and enjoyable. I 10/10 would recommend this place and these instructors! It was such an incredible experience.

I got 6 members of my family to do it and we were all able to jump that day! Everything was very chill and we had a blast. Instructors were very funny and kept us in the loop at all times. We felt very safe at all times and couldn t have asked for a better crew to take the leap of faith with! Thanks for an amazing time! Also we got our video and pictures within 24 hours. Very please with them! Well worth the money!!!

It was my wife's and my first jump. I thought she'd be scared, but the staff was so professional and safety oriented, she couldn't wait to go! The staff, from the pilot/owner?, to our tandem jumper's (Scott and Curly), to our photographer (Anthony), went out of their way to make this happen. I have MS, so they did a dry run in the plane to be sure I could do the jump, then my poor tandem jumper (Scott) worked his butt off to get me out of the plane, from 13,000ft! He made an amazing sliding landing to get me down safely without a scratch. You can tell these guys have a passion for this and it shows!! Thanks so much!!!

I gave it more than a 1 star because I really liked my tandem instructor (he deserves a 5 star, he kept me alive!). It's a nice little facility. The planes are small, so if your a big person it'll be uncomfortable. The biggest issue and if you read through the reviews is in the administrative part. Other people have complained about the either not receiving their pictures and video or for the process to take forever.

We were told within a few days we would receive our picture/videos, then the one week mark rolled by, nothing. We called and were told a few days they sent them. Two and a half weeks roll by, nothing. We called again and were told the same BS that you read in the comments. A few days and "we can't control how long the post office takes". Total BS, the post office isn't THAT inefficient. They said they just sent out a big batch of all of our videos. So we wait.

Three and a half weeks later (after all the thrill and excitement about wanting to show family and friends has gone away because it's been so long since it happened) I receive my pictures/video, finally. However, my boyfriend who went with me AND we live at the same address has not received his. A week later his sisters video came in but still not my boyfriends. WE LIVE AT THE SAME ADDRESS, the post office doesn't screw up that bad. We all skydived at the same time, why does the video get so separated? Still waiting on my boyfriends, at this point he wants to say screw it and give me a refund. We will go to Skydive Arizona in Eloy to try again. Or try skydiving in Sedona, that sounds beautiful.

I highly recommend skydiving. I would go again, but in a bigger plane next time which Skydive Phoenix doesn't have.

Thank you for the experience but get your pictures and video processing figured out, it's a weakness in your business, tell people up front it'll take 3 weeks to a month to get their video. Quit blaming the post office.

P.S. The video doesn't come in a format that you came use on facebook or anything. Its a DVD format which super sucks, I could only watch it on a dvd/blue-ray player. For the price you should send it in a video format that we can also share digitally.

As a first time jumper, all I can say is AMAZING! That was the best decision I have made! The crew is so kind and they really make you feel at home from the moment you walk in to the time you are ready to leave. They got my pictures to me as soon as the jump was done. Max jumped with me and made me feel so safe. Matt caught my video and seeing it, I'm so glad thay I choose to get the pictures and video package! I will recommend Phoenix Skydive to everyone! Went on my first jump here today for my 26th birthday! All of the staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable. I jumped with Brad & Dustin, both were friendly and helped calm my nerves. Best thing I ever did will definitely be back.

Great, Great, Great! Skydive Phoenix is the place to Tandem Skydive in Arizona. I was reluctant (jumping), but when I went down there to visit the drop zone, all my fears were gone and I was confident that this was the drop zone where I would call home. I JUMPED, IT WAS AWESOME! Great Staff and very very professional. My tandem partner was a MARINE for 20+ years, now that's experience you can count on - it put my mind at ease. FYI When Skydiving at Skydive Phoenix, I was able to see downtown Phoenix during the flight and also during my jump - that was a great extra bonus! Enjoy.
