So much fun!!! I felt scared but as soon as I got into the plane I felt reassured.

Great, Great, Great! Skydive Phoenix is the place to Tandem Skydive in Arizona. I was reluctant (jumping), but when I went down there to visit the drop zone, all my fears were gone and I was confident that this was the drop zone where I would call home. I JUMPED, IT WAS AWESOME! Great Staff and very very professional. My tandem partner was a MARINE for 20+ years, now that's experience you can count on - it put my mind at ease. FYI When Skydiving at Skydive Phoenix, I was able to see downtown Phoenix during the flight and also during my jump - that was a great extra bonus! Enjoy.

This is my home dropzone everyone here is great. Prices are good and this will be the most incredible thing you've ever done! Stop talking about wanting to go and just go! Like right now why are you still reading get in your car. Drive safe though, that's dangerous.

Had a great experience throwing myself out of a plane with this crew. My personal instructor, Steve, was awesome, and overall I had a blast. I can't wait to go back.

My girlfriend, my son and I made our first jumps this week. You don't know what to expect, its a small compound off a dirt road and when you are miles from home about to do the craziest thing in your life, that takes you way out of your comfort zone in and of itself. Then you sit down and fill out waivers and watch a brief vid on the inherent risks of parachuting. Then you are already having a "holy s#%$" moment before you are even harnessed up...THEN you start interacting with the staff...Even for a dude as nervous as I was, these guys could not have been better about A. assuring you you were in good hands and safety was paramount and B. making sure you had as awesome a time as possible, especially when it comes to getting you out of your head and into the moment. Pros all around. We jumped with Riley, Chris, Wilmar and Sebastion. Some in tandem others manning the camera. I can't emphasize enough how thorough these guys all were and the effort they put in to making sure we had a killer and memorable experience. We were the last jump of the afternoon, these guys had been jumping all day and they still had all the juice left in the world to hype us up and keep us in the moment. A big thanks to the guys and the entire operation for a killer time. Me, one jump is probably enough lol. My girl and my son though, they already can't wait to jump again, a lot of that has to do with the quality of their first experience. Thanks again to the team at Skydive Phoenix!

I went today for my 25th today with my mom and it was an amazing experience! They make you feel calm amd relaxed through the entire thing. Brian was my instructor and Jason was my moms. Brian was funny and relaxed care free. Jason was super enthusiastic and made the experience amazing for us both!

They were a great group. Really welcoming me out and put me at ease for my first time. They did a great job helping my then boyfriend, now fiance set up his proposal too!

So today, I decided to complete another bucket list item. So, naturally I thought what sound amazing and will get my adrenaline rushing? Oh yeah, skydiving!!! When I arrived to Skydive Phoenix, I was greeted and instantly felt comfortable. My instructor Dustin and Videographer Alex were amazing. They laughed made jokes and most importantly made me not worry about jumping out of a plane. Once in plane it was an easy ride to the top. Once the door open I thought to my self this is amazing. The free fall was like no other and the views breathtaking. I truly had the best ride of my life. I would highly recommend coming and taking the jump with Skydive Phoenix. I promise you it won t disappoint and you will love every minute.

Just got finished here and am at a loss of words. The whole experience is one that must be had by everyone. Not much else to be said other then one of my favorite and best experiences to date. Will forever remember this day! Big shout out to my tandem diver Joel! Made the experience truly unique. Cant wait to do this again!

BIG PEOPLE CAN SKYDIVE TOO!!! DUSTIN is the man!!!! I have been working out and eating healthier so i can be at the weight limit of under 270. Its based off proportions of your personal body and the instructors. With that being said, im 6' 265 lbs he tells me no one else wanted to help me jump because of their lack of experience or confidence in ones self. Which is understandable when we're gambling our lives. Complete professional, very understanding, friendly, funny, overall my first time getting on a plane and jumping off it was a phenomenal experience! Thank you to Dustin and all the skydive staff! Great birthday present!

We went for my husband's 30th birthday for the tandem jumps, and it was a such a great experience. They are so personable, and they really do make the experience worth while. Alex was also great and quite humorous. Even though we have read the bad reviews in reference to the receipt of videos and photos, we hope we get ours. It would suck not to receive them from such a great experience.

Had a great experience at Skydive Phoenix. Would recommend jumping here to anyone. Looking at any of the lower ratings, my thoughts are that those who gave them didn't read the website or their reservation emails. If you have a problem with Groupon, you can't blame Skydive Phoenix for it. It's well known that Groupon has issues. I trust a 4.7 star rating of Skydive Phoenix, not Groupon. Also, anyone on here complaining about a bad experience or injury, has themselves to blame. You are well informed throughout the process what risks you are taking and how best to avoid injury. Have nothing but good things to say about the staff and overall environment at Skydive Phoenix. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Have them email you the deal they make with you on the phone BEFORE you give them a deposit!!! They tried to charge my Son and I an additional $400 when we arrived for one of their 3 jump student programs! My Son is joining the US Army and we made a reservation more than a month in advance for his eighteenth birthday. Their dishonesty and complete lack of integrity ruined my Son's Birthday present. He did one tandem without me ONLY because they refused to return my deposit. Go ANYWHERE else. This place is a sham. The con at the counter will call the owner a couple of times to see what he can do like a cheap vacuum salesman. I tell you the truth, God so help me. Chris Blackmore

One of the absolute best experiences of my life! This was my first jump - a gift from my son for my 63rd birthday and I haven t stopped talking about it since! Christopher, my instructor, was key - he was so calm explaining everything in a way I could take in, providing a sense of confidence and safety that freed me up to simply enjoy the wildest, most wonderful experience ever! Get the video - can t say enough how great it is to see the pictures - makes me smile and laugh all over again. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!

My friend and i went there on Sunday and this was my first diving experience. This is an out of the world experience!! The divers are highly trained and do all they can to calm you. My guide was Tod and he was spectacular. Experience it for yourself!

I took my twins and their friend. We were all first timers. We all enjoyed it!! They felt safe, I felt safe. I jumped with Brad from Canada. The level of attention to detail set me at ease right off the bat. It was fun and so incredible as a life experience. I will do it again.

Took my wife for her 30th birthday. It was crazy fun! We had a blast!

Did a tandem jump this morning and had a great time. Called ahead of time and was able to jump within an hour after I arrived. Jumped with staff member Dustin who was very helpful and went over the steps multiple times. Everyone was super nice and entertaining! Also got a great video done by Dustin and Kyle. I just got done skydiving tandem with Danny and had Hunter doing videography. Literally one of the best experiences in my life! Could not recommend this facility more. The only thing missing is a restaurant/bar ;)

Really enjoyed my experience skydiving here. It was my first time skydiving, but the team at Skydive Phoenix really did a great job explaining the process and guiding us through from the safety briefing, harnessing up, all the way to the jump, and landing. Overall great experience and would totally go again!

It was a great day and a great experience. The staff is 100% professional in their attitude toward safety. Kelly and I felt very safe and secure during our skydiving experience. Gena made me feel super safe the entire time. He cinched up my harness and double checked all connections while in flight. Gave me a pat on the shoulder, a hand shake and we were out the door. You won't be disappointed by any of it. Bring extra water to drink if it's hot out.

This place is awesome!!!! I would recommend this place 100%. My tandem diver Chris was fantastic from the begging to the end. Very genuine and fun guy and he knows what he is doing. If you go here and you can request a person to jump with you, I would request Chris or Dave in a heart beat. Both will make you laugh like never before. Thank you again. They are running a scam when it comes to send a videos. Its been more than 20 days now i haven't receive my video. I called them couple of time the receptionist says she will give me a call or send me an email, but i never received any call or email from them. Now they pick up my phone as soon as i give them my name they hang up my call. Rude and unprofessional!!! beware of their services

My very first skydive experience was AWESOME!! Make sure you book the ultimate package so you have something to look back on from every angle!! My instructor Canadian Brad LOL, was so down to earth & knowledgeable, he eased every fear that I had(along with everyone else on the team) Dustin (fantastic videographer LOL) jumped with us & captured video for me, his sense of humor is so needed in this type of situation!!

Made my first ever jump with Steve. He's had over 6000 jumps with 0 accidents. He is a fun, nice guy and did his best to make me less terrified. Plus we lived so that's a plus.

My husband and I went skydiving for our 10th anniversary. I was terrified but Chris, my instructor, helped me keep it together and it ended up being an amazing experience. I am the only one in my family who didnt skydive and I wish I would have! The instructors easily joke and put all fears to rest. They make the adventure truly unforgettable. I am all-in for the next family outing!

My buddy Moe came to visit for thanksgiving from Washington DC and his birthday is coming up. He has always wanted to skydive! My wife's 50th birthday is also coming up and after we had gone a couple of years ago, it was all we could talk about to go again! So, I got on Groupon and found this place! The instructors were amazing making us feel very comfortable and safe. The experience was out of this world. Jumping at the higher altitude was phenomenal! The discussion with BRAD on the way down was touching and moving. You made my day man really BRAD your openness touched me.I will tell everyone I know about this place and these people here. As Moe says NOTHING IS OUT OF PLACE ALL IS AS IT SHOULD BE! Thank ya'll so much for a out of this world experience!!

Had a wonderful experience being my first time! I had always wanted to jump and I finally had the opportunity of a lifetime! Jason was very knowledgable and patient with all questions I had. My dad went with me for his 3rd jump and had Lamar who was also awesome! I definitely recommend this place to skydive with!

Had a great experience! Everyone made it so fun and everyone was very friendly I thought it'd be a one time only thing but I'd definitely come back and go again! Also Chris made sure I knew exactly what to do during the jump and talked me though everything so I could fully enjoy the experience!

It has been since March 9 when my son and a friend paid for these photos. It is now June 14, exactly 99 days since my son paid for these photos and yet he still has not received the photos, his money back and now I cannot get a return phone call from John or anyone else from this place.

I have spoke with John five times regarding this issue! The first three times John assured me that "the photos have been sent via US Mail" and every time I called him asking where the photos were he replied "we have been having problems with the Post Office delivering our packages" So I suggested using FedEx.

The last two times I spoke with John he said" I have FedEx the photos to you and you should have the photos tomorrow" John has never been able to produce a tracking number and I my son still have no photos.

So now what's your excuse?!?!?

My next step is to notify the BBB of this companies shady business practices and possible other actions against them.

Absolutely loved jumping with Ray! I was a first time jumper and my nerves were through the roof the whole time. Ray was cracking jokes all the way up until we jumped. Right before our jump he went over everything again and he did multiple safety checks; I always felt safe and secure! My husband and I were visiting Arizona for our wedding anniversary and this was the best memory we made while we were down there. We will definitely return! Make sure you purchase the video and photography package, we keep looking back at them both! Thanks again Ray and skydiving Phoenix for the amazing experience!

Skydive Phoenix has a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and social. Family members of jumpers are welcome. You can watch everyone land right from the waiting area. There are chairs and couches to sit on while you wait. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

My instructor Brad was the best and provided one of the greatest experiences. Recommend everyone go to this place!

Having no idea what to expect, I never felt nervous or scared. It was truly a wonderful experience.
And not to ruin the surprise, but the freefall isn t the most fun thing. It gets better. There is not many moments in life that truly take your breath away, but this is one of them.

I was very nervous to do this but I was at a Tony Robbins event and I was trying to overcome my fear. Everyone was amazing from the lady at the front to making sure I had a great instructor JR to Mike that was in food area. JR my tandem instructor was so kind as I cried in the plane and kept reassuring me. Jason the videographer also helped to keep me calm. Thanks to the team for the experience.

Had a fabulous experience as me and my husband had never jumped. The instructors were knowledgeable and funny. Cracking jokes is good for us, relieves tension. Always felt safe and that the number one priority was to look cool and have fun! Couldn't imagine a better place for our first jump.

Today was my first jump, which I did with Jason at 12k feet. I have a massive fear of height but today was the day and he definitely took great care of me, ensured I had fun and made sure I safely made it to the ground. I highly recommend coming here, I wanted to flip my car around and go again. It was that good.

Had an amazing experience going sky diving a few weeks ago with Skydive Phoenix! They made us feel safe throughout the process, it was my second time going and we decided to go to 14000 feet. We can't wait to go again!
