Delivery took place quickly and on schedule. However, the item was damaged and I therefore contact customer service to make a complaint about the delivery.
I have contacted twice over the last month but have been ignored both times.
Absolutely no response.

Efficient wine delivery and good service. Most of their wines come on offer regularly, so keep an eye on them instead of paying full price.

Retroactively change their trading conditions. I don't think that's legal. Will advise anyone to shop at this company.

Large selection of exciting wines, however, you will be super penalized if you want to buy only 1 bottle, as their prices online are for 6 bottles at least.

Should you finally buy something, then you have to order via his account in their "internet room". So do it from home and pick up on site.

Different wine shop for nerds. Very competent operation when you need it. But is mostly a self-service store. Their grappa selection is impressive.

Have some of the best red and white wines from Argentina (malbec) and at good prices

Was visiting Singapore a few weeks ago. Dinner at the restaurant Da Luca and had the funny experience that the red wine, Brunello de Montacino, was imported to Denmark by Philipson Wine, otherwise written in Danish. How did it end up in Singapore?

Good prices, but you have to look an extra time for the "normal" price.

Fine wine shop, with huge selection and friendly staff. Pay special attention to their offers, especially those for long-term traders.

When ordering online - and with delivery via freight forwarders.
Philipsson should consider whether they will continue to use the dam shipping company.
You get a nice trace and track message - with delivery between 08:30 and 12:30 - which you arrange your day after. But then comes the confession that they first deliver between 12:30 and 14:30 - ok then you move the other appointments. But that wasn't enough either - now the delivery has changed to between 14:30 and 17:30!
The joy of buying a good deal - is totally drowned in inefficient workday / lost hours - when you sit and wait in vain.

have tried to unsubscribe from any inquiry. Will it succeed?

An awful experience, you see on their website, find that they have the desired 12 bottles in stock and since we have to use the wine, we take the long trip to the store to pick up the bottles. We go into the store and print the order on the desired bottles and then go to the warehouse / delivery point, only to find that you did not have the bottles in stock, so the whole car was wasted and you just have to find that there is no control anything is known about the logistics, the on-line system or the staff. But definitely not recommended.
