My mother in Law is here and the care of every nurse and care taker is beyond good. They are amazing at the attention to detail. The care that she is getting is bar none, the best.
I do not know all the names, but Nicole, Allison, and Mary are gifts from God. They show so much care and concern it is awesome to watch.
Elva is so happy with how well you care for her.

My husband was recently placed here and I was very happy and confident with the staff and how caring and friendly they were. My experience with them was so well that now he is there a second time!!! The staff has been very patient and kind. They have went way over and beyond their obligations. The best way for me to thank them is by this review to let them know how much they are truly needed and appreciated from the business office to the nurses, helpers, lunch attendees, cooks, all the way to the clothes label dept and garbage pick up. The quality of care has declined tremendously over the past year. Call lights go unanswered, residents are left in wet clothes or beds for extended periods of time and some of the nurses feel they are above doing the duties of a CNA. The food is fair, it is delivered to the floor hot but by the time the residents are fed it's cold. The facility is clean, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
I have a family member there (mother). Facility and staff are very welcoming. We could even bring my dogs to visit. Loved our visit as a family member and staff seems caring and attentive.
I would actually give them a -15 star. Had a family member in here for about a week and a half and not once did they take sure he had a cup of ice water to keep him hydrated and they always gave us problems about keeping him bathed every couple days. Found him sittin up in w\c with no socks or shoes on and ft were blue in color aid was rough my family member commented.
Hello all. I was at CRHRC for 3 weeks. The care I received there was great. It's a place of caring staff one and all. I had a very complicated injury Hip and fema. The Therapy group is number one in my book none better. Understanding help you push when needed and rest also. James was my leader and he is great along with each and everyone in this Dept. I made many new friends there residents and staff. I am blessed to be home now and healing and getting better each day.
I took away from this time of being there a lot of love and respect for all involved in my care. I plan to stop in and make a visit and say hello to all that made a difference in the 3 weeks of this time in my life. God Bless each and everyone of you from the top to the bottom and inbetween. I would never hesitate to say good things of my stay there. Again Thanks to all that made my healing that much better. We moved my mother-in-law here from Georgia a little over two weeks ago. We have been amazed at her improvement in such a short time. She receives great care from the staff...the nurses, CNA s, therapy, activities, housekeeping, etc. the office staff have been very helpful...especially the admissions office. We have come to know the staff by name. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend this facility.
Take your loved one somewhere else. Horrified by the staff saying "We didn't know he wasn't eating." That speaks for itself.
