After sales service by PHILIPS itself is unacceptable!
While I had bought an iron for 250 euros when I needed to go to PHILIPS because it didn't steam me like it did the first time I bought it. I called them and they told me to send it to the TECHNICAL department - of course I was still under warranty. They call me for a few days and tell me that it has no problem and get it back again, of course I saw that the clothes had to be cut 3-4 times longer and with great difficulty to iron !!! An iron called power steam already !!! Now that I have called them again because I told them to try again to see if I can get away with them, the respondent started asking me what water I was drinking .. when I told him what you are getting to iron he told me to try the tap and that this may be to blame, and if I need to resend it I will have to pay the technician myself! Which I find unacceptable when you have given so much money for an iron and they see that you sent it to the same elenite a year ago and they didn't do it!
