Dream place Superb apple style minimalist architecture & coffee is good too
I loved to visit this center. Apple did an excellent job with this beautiful place. Love every detail. Great cafeteria. Love Italian chocolate.
Very nice people. Beautiful store with visitor Park specific t-shirts and a very airy cafe with tall glass windows on three sides. An upstairs viewing deck has additional tables with a decent view of the main Apple building.
Beautifully designed. Good view of apple's new hq. Friendly staff.
Kind of fun, but mostly a regular old Apple store. Worth a visit if you re in the area, but not a while trip.
Amazing Place. It's unbelievably clean although so many people are coming to visit everyday.
This place is awesome! One of the best tech places you have to be at.
Pure Apple experience. You can see the new Apple building in augmented reality with iPads. We were treated very friendly.
Visitor center for Apple Park is always fairly crowded, but it has some things that other Apple stores don t. Really cool AR experience for exploring Apple Park. AR experience is also accessible for blind and visually impaired persons!
No lines here! It is one of the least busiest apple store I have been to. Must go!
a great experience in an incredible environment, do not stop visiting the augmented reality area
Nothing special for the regular Apple Store visitors. It is good to have Free parking and to try newest products of Apple, and take a photo of the Apple Campus but nothing more. So do not expect to see something different :(
Generally all apple stores are very attractive to visit anywhere in the world. I personally have visited few of the Apple stores across US and in other countries too. But this one is special due to its location, next to Apple s new head quarter . It s really awesome Apple park visitor center. Loved the virtual reality demo . It s well organized and interior design and decorations are world class. Very good customer experience and I felt they have very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Beautiful building. Basically an Apple Store plus a few Apple Park specific souvenirs, plus a coffee shop and exhibit on Apple Park.
This is mostly a store, but the augmented reality display of the campus was interesting.
APPLE all the way... try the Apple espresso bar. Go to roof top to view spaceship ... mock-up of campus! Apple Store has special screen to view
Just opposite Apple spaceship office. You can buy apple products, have virtual tour of campus. Have coffee at cafe, attend live demo on how to use their new products
IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD! (THIS IS FOR APPLE NOT APPLE PARK BUT I COULDNT FIND JUST APPLE THAT I COUPD REVIEW) THERE IS NO QUESO EMOJI! THERE NEEDS TO BE A QUESO EMOJI
A visit to this center simply explain, Why Apple is leader.
They thrive for quality. Perfect display of product, catching right the tech savvy.
A neat full height glass enclosed center with spotless surface.
Viewing the Apple campus through the iPod like gadget, is a wonderful experience. An actual view also maynot give the clarity as the view through this gadget.
Must see place.
Fantastic way to see the new Apple campus without actually getting to see much of it. A great AI model shows you what the campus looks like inside and out from IPads that very friendly Apple staff hand you as you walk in. Plus a full Apple store and views from the roof. Would be 5 stars if we could just get a little closer!
Beautiful store with some unique merchandise being next to Apple Park HQ. Highly recommend!
The whole complex is called the Apple Park and the circular structure (or the spaceship) is the Ring Building, which I helped (I e. contributed to through my purchases of Apple products) them to build. The Apple Park Visitor Center is outside of the Ring Building and an Apple store + a show-off place of their new campus. One thing you should not miss here is an AR application of a 3D model of their new campus with views of different times of the day overlaid. You can try many things (like lifting roofs of the buildings) interactively. You can see the spaceship from the room, but the view is limited (thus, I believe, they created the AR app). There are only two Apple Park Logo products - T- Shirts and Bags. For your note, restrooms are on the basement floor.
Beautiful store with a ton of natural light. Great cafe and awesome rooftop deck with a view of the new Apple campus. A few exclusive items are available to commemorate your visit.
Would have loved to cross the street and visit Apple park. The AR part is cool.
So fun to take a class here. Beautiful deck to relax afterward as well.
Nice store and coffee bar. Apple worker was very patient and helpful. Check out the roof view.
Amazing exp
Dream come true
Fun, Apple experience for Apple fans and people curious about Apple, its campus, and culture. The view from the roof-top observation deck is nice, but doesn't give you the view that you really want. The building would have to be about four to six meters taller so you could see the layout of the headquarters and its grounds. Instead, there is a huge, many ton, aluminum model of the campus in the visitor center that you can view using an iPad and Augmented Reality to see the details of the campus. They do have an Apple Store, although I don't think as fully stocked as the DeAnza company store. There is also a coffee and chocolate bar in the building. When I asked for whip creme on a $5.00 hot chocolate, I was told, "Apple does not allow customization." That struck me as a very 1984 notion, but the hot chocolate was excellent.
This is how I envision the future of tech stores! Spacious display area with a highly innovative exhibition of the nearby Apple Park. The architectural design and the surrounding olive grove are amazing. The Apple Park merchandise (T-shirts, etc.) is highly overpriced, even by Apple standards, hence the 4 stars.
This visitor center is next to the Apple Park, and it s also a apple store.
There is a big underground parking garage with elevator up to the store directly.
The coffee sold in the store is great!
I'm not a fan of Apple, but they run a very slick operation! The cafea is quite nice - there's limited fresh food available, but the coffee was good and the service was excellent. The actual shop was okay, mostly focused on their lastest and greatest as you'd expect, and some periodic live demos/presentations in the stage area.
None of my cards are being accepted by the online store. Amex, MasterCard, visa, discover you name it. My card companies are saying that something is wrong with Apple. Apple is very unhelpful. I finally placed an order and when I came to the store they said my order was still processing and that they couldn t help me. What a shame. This is the worst company I ve ever had to deal with. I am not coming back.
Honestly, it was pretty much just a nicer Apple Store...
It s a glorified Apple store with unique Apple swag that they only sell at this location. In typical Apple fashion, it is a little pricey... but it s Apple. Don t forget to check the rooftop for a view of the campus that you re not allowed to go into, only observe.
Really good service, definitely recommend the experience. Company values at maximum level.
Great store with limited stuffs sold only this place such as cap, shirts, post cards, etc.
An amazing place where you learn about Apple s environment and the new Campus. It is happy to know that the Apple is zero energy spender. They produce solar energy in their Campus which meets their needs. Also the reduced the climate control expenses in their Campus by the Building design. We learned a lot about Apple
I am visiting there almost every month. Must see places while you are in Silicon Valley.
Check cafe
Take a selfie "Apple Visitor Center" side from outside
Get nitro cafe from Apple Cafe
Buy some t-shirts (1 infinity loop have other kind of t-shirts)
Go to second floor with stairs
Use the Ai iPad to check the Apple Park
Wave your hand to open the doors
Awesome design and concept only Apple can imagine. What was missing was the name to the coffee restaurant which can be named as "i Cafe"
Very friendly staff and great visitors experience, it would be great if we could have a closer look at the actual building
Amazing and a futuristic place of such a huge company as Apple. The welcome center gives a glimpse of the way of the Apple's new ring compus interior and exterior. It includes a big Apple Store with an exclusive set of the Apple Ring Park's apperls and goodies. There is a fantastic section to explore the new compus in AR way.
Just like a regular apple store but bigger. Nothing to see much. Wouldve been great if theres a collection of all apple products and a statue of steve jobs
Nice place for Apple fans. Can get very good coffee at the center. Unfortunately when we went the terrace was closed due to works.
SUPER COOL ! My wife suggested we slot in a visit to a place she called The Apple Spaceship soon after we landed in San Jose last Monday. We weren't sure what to expect but being huge Apple fans we figured it would be cool. After parking our rental car in the huge underground carpark ( it was 87F outside at about 2pm ) instead of the regular parking lot we took an elevator up into the building. Gee they even have a cafe serving espresso ( illy Coffee from Italy ) and light pastries plus yummy chocolates. Very impressive ! We had just had lattes with our lunch so sadly we couldn't partake. We walked through into a huge activity room with lots of Apple staff and Apple products just like a typical Apple Store. We went further and found another large room with a scale model of the Apple Spaceship ( it is Apple's Headquarters and is 1 mile in diameter ). A female Apple assistant showed my wife how to view inside the Apple Spaceship on the supplied iPad by lifting the roof of the building on the screen. Very cool ! After that we headed upstairs to a huge observation deck where we could get some idea of the size of Apple's Headquarters. Awesome ! A very considerate female Apple employee named Sunny offered to take our photo together. So even though Monday was a public holiday ( Labor Day ) this fabulous place was open, no charge to get in, free parking and they have a great coffee shop ( gotta pay for your coffees though ).
Stunning - true to the brand of clean and simple design. The espresso is THE best!
Very interesting visit! If you are around, do not hesitate to stop by! Staff was super nice, we got the chance to talk to one of the workers over there and he was so nice! He showed us and explained to us a lot of interesting and curious details about the building!!
They have a pretty cool AR experience with iPads and a Campus Map.
Awesome experience my heart was kinda like thumping the whole time I was here :)
The visitors center just makes you curious to see more.
The cafe is just a cafe , with some biscuits and cakes and salads and coffee. That's about it. Price is premium (note I don't use the word expensive) for coffee and cakes, just like APPLE products.
The wonder is the AR laced development, where u use iPADs to see what's inside the Apple Spaceship campus.
Then there is the big Apple store, designed to take maximum cash outta your pockets. If you are buying here, do remb that you gotta pay maximum taxes, San Fran style too. If your local taxes are below 8%, you are better off buying at home .
This Apple Park is the new headquarter of Apple. It's super duper BIG, 175 acres!
We parked aft the top floor of the parking garage and to my surprise, the roof was covered with solar panels ... so clever!
It is circular office building and completely built with glass panels ... curvature glass walls! Think of these math involved in calculating the curves and each glass panel fitted perfectly! I'm super impressed with the structure of this building.
There are orchards ring the circular building with11 kinds of apple trees; peach trees; cherry trees; olive trees; pear trees, plum trees ....
There is a rainbow pavilion and lots of picnic tables. A theater, a big cafe with movable glass walls, and big visitor center.
This is definitely a super nice place to work in!
It was not that much to see for normal visitors, it was pretty much just an apple store.
It's an apple store with cafe. Too bad no tours of the 'space ship'or q&a talks when we stopped in.
Pretty. But no Genius Bar here. So if you need to fix something go elsewhere.
Like the augmented reality view of a model of the building. Can't actually see the building
Good place to buy Apple's products and take a break for coffee, and see the new office of Apple far from away.
The store is a regular Apple store. The only good thing about the visit is the chance to see from their rooftop the loop and to use the model about it and use the augmentated reality iPad they let you there. Personnel at the store and cafeteria are really nice and welcoming.
This was an amazing experience! The staff well prepared, the customer service at another level of knowledge and courtesy, one of the employees was showing us the Hermes watch, he is from Ohio but his mother is from Hungary!
He asked me where I was from and I said Puerto Rico, in that moment he stop talking in his natural language ( English) and start talking in my natural language ( Spanish) ! I really appreciated his effort to communicate with me and making me felt comfortable, I hope many companies have this kind of staff in their stores!!! You Apple are amazing!!
The visitor center is a decent place to visit. The staff were very helpful and had a lot of information. Very spacious, nice augmented reality demo of the entire campus and the space ship headquarters. You can see it from there, but can t get very close. There is a rooftop terrace to overlook some of the campus and affords a view of the space ship. If your thirsty and want a cup of coffee, tea, or a snack of chocolate or nuts, they have a cafe for that. The coffee was very good, however overpriced like Starbucks and wasn t very big. The reason for 3 stars, is that there is no place to have lunch or a bite to eat on campus except for employees. The menu is online but is useless to non-employees. Any place to eat requires a distance to walk or drive too. You would think that they would ve thought about visitors and possibly wanting lunch or something to eat. They dropped the ball on that one. So much for forward thinking! Basically it is a glorified Apple store with enthusiastic, smiling, and helpful employees. A special trip or drive to see the place is ok, but one trip will be enough. You can say you ve seen it, been there, done that, now plan something else.
If you want any proof that the futuristic dystopia has already arrived, just come here. It's literally an Apple Store across the street from the Apple headequarters where you can consume more Apple swag. There's a small scale model of the Apple campus that you can view with a VR experience through an Apple iPad. There's a rooftop to the Apple Store where you can peek over the fence and see the "spaceship."
Tour buses actually stop here.
The Visitor Center for Apple Park was just absolutely amazing. From interacting with the model of Apple Park with an iPad and watching it come to life to gazing at the building in it's magnificent wonder from the second level of the center, it is truly a great experience for any avid lover of Apple Inc.
My many thanks to the store leader and specialists on the floor doing what they do best.
Looking forward to what is to come from this amazing company and headquarters.
saw a homeless guy living off of your free snacks in the parking lot. went inside and saw like 300 chinese people making 3 cents an hour making the iphone 12. ngl pretty nice tho
Stands try to apple standards. Did mind blowing shopping here. Go and try the AR studio.
Super cool for anyone trying to visit the Apple Store of Apple Stores! Didn t buy anything ... yet
But I am a die hard Apple fan :)
Good to visit if you want a distant view of one part of the Apple frisbee or if you want to buy most Apple offerings. No technical services.
Yayyy ya fun to show people around about the product and the whole Apple Park
It was nice to play with the Augmented reality scale of the complex. Sadly that is about as close as you can get to the building. The ample staff were always ready with helpful and informative facts about the facility. The gift shop is small, but has a few exclusives like t-shirts and memory games. Again sales staff very eager to assist in any way. Learning sessions were offered on many topics. While we were there, photo editing was being taught. The merchandise was very expensive - 40$ for a short sleeve T-shirt. Disappointing. At least parking was on site and free.
Great place to visit, nice cafeteria and showroom. Awesome building design.
This place was great. The sessions were really helpful. The staff was really nice and they were always giving great services. The T-shirts were really cool. Overall this is a place which you should definitely see!
We could see the campus virtually from the visitor center and then have coffee.
Probably the prettiest company visitor center I have seen, very pretty grounds overlooking the Apple Ring
Due to covid, Not much experience there. Just a apple store as of sept./2020. May update in the future.
Boring. A great disappointment. Thought Apple would be more concerned about their image and message. No history or perspective. The architecture and landscape was 'hidden from the peasants' was the overall feel. Just a weak hustle to buy their products. Sad.
Apple should open up their campus so people can actually get inside and tour it, not looking at 1/8 of the campus from an apple store.
Pretty much same as any Apple store with glass walls. Yawn.
Congratulations to Apple for designing and producing its first true high quality product. Its absolutely convincing and I found it at Apple headquarters. I am so glad I finally found a really good Apple product after si many failures. Sadly is does not last very long, but that does not matter. The taste of the Coffee Latte at Apple is unparallelled. Maybe the company should stop making overpriced me-too phones with mediocre cameras and start competing with Starbucks? I could become a true Apple addict.
The real building is not open for public yet. The miniatures of the was amazing through the iPad Tour.
Worth going just to see the Apple building. Hellish prices of course.
