Hell, if you think that is bad! I was delivered 300 oral-drug testing supplies which expired last year!

Very fast and efficient Covid testing site. I arrived, was tested, and left within 5 minutes. Thank you Phamatech!

This lab a few years ago was decent, I can no longer get results in a timely manner as well as get answers from anyone regarding lost specimens. I left voicemails with the VP of the lab and never get returned calls. This is by far the worst SAMSHA certified lab I have ever worked with.

Super nice person set-up the appointment my husband needed to fly.Went out of his way to return my phone calls & accommodate my husband's needs. Lady that collected his sample was really nice & cheerful. They made what could have been a scary experience, very pleasant.

We use their Covid antibody tests for our employees and have found them very accurate.

Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star. Much less than this would have been appropriate.

It was a the most pleasant testing experience and the most convenient. The technician was very friendly and responsive. Thanks Phamatech, you rock our Covid world.

Understaffed or just too much work but they did not follow through as timely as they stated. "I'll send the results in 15-20 minutes" ... took hours :-(

Usually I wouldn't be as impatient but I cannot board my flight without the results ...

Tad generous considering my first customer service phone call but was fast and easy, fully intend to return as needed. No wait and everybody in person was friendly and helpful.

A great experience if you are looking for fast and easy COVID-19 testing. Phamatech is appointment only, and there are plenty of appointments available the same day if you check early. The test is performed in your car and takes only a few minutes. The results arrived the same day via email (in the late evening for one test and just after midnight for another).

Appreciated quick response of a Phamatech supervisor to my complaint that the self pay receipt could not be submitted to insurance without a diagnostic code. Phamtech will provide the information if asked, although the insurance companies may require that a doctor order the test as medically necessary.
