COOL CLOTHES!...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I placed an order online after 1 month went by and I never got any confirmation , tracking number, status update etc. I called the store (3 times) NO ONE answered and no one called me back after leaving a voice mail. From there I emailed 2 different people, again, NEITHER one responded.
After a few days the manager emailed me back apologizing saying the recent change in management had an "impact" on their inventory. (if that makes any sense at all!) she continued to thank me for my patience and said my order has been shipped with an extra little gift inside to say thank you. 10 days later my order finally showed up (after 1 month) and there was no extra gift inside.
I thought maybe this was a one-in-a-million-situation, it wont happen again, people make mistakes etc. So one day i tell a friend all of this, she tells me the same thing happened to her! No tracking update! no response when asked! (manager never sent her an email) Order showed up after 2 months!
Did I mention my friend and I live in Oakville, this store is in Toronto and it took them over 2 months to get our orders to us! Honestly, I have had orders from the US and China get to my house faster than that! There is no excuse other than not paying attention or straight up not caring.
Maybe my experience will be different if I go in the store, but so far online you guys SUCK!

CAUTION: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ON RAINY DAYS if you're planning on walking around Toronto! The bags they give you have glue that is not waterproof and they start to fall apart. I had a mishap with my friends one day. The clothes are great quality tho, a little pricey but that's because they are made in the basement. Awesome people that work there too.

So normally I love supporting small local businesses
However.. I m going on vacation and I saw a bikini about a week ago that I wanted to buy. I live super east toronto and work super north so I didn t want to make the trip to queen west if I didn t know they had my size still so I attempted to call them. That didn t work 3 times so I contacted them on both Facebook and Instagram. Nothing. For two whole days! I am a SO disappointed considering I would have been a huge buyer and supporter of a local streetwear brand but the lack in customer service made me look elsewhere. FYI untiled CHANGE YOUR NUMBER TO ONE THAT WORKS. and not one that some poor normal person uses.

I should add that via Facebook messenger they saw my request about a product and just simply didn t answer.
