Very unprofessional patients call in everyday stating they sent things in months ago and it never gets done very horrible senior reps who do like helping new employees. Not a very good job if you are wanting to move up and succeed .
I've been working there for the past year and for the most part it is a nice company to work for. There is an adequate amount of training that is done prior to starting so you're comfortable and knowledgeable within your role. There are a few minor things that can be improved but nothing the company isn't aware of and constantly trying to improve. That says a lot about a company that asks for the feedback of their employees and works at improving. Everyone is friendly and haven't come across any issues with workplace drama. PFS is definitely a company you can grow within and I've enjoyed my time being apart of their team.
I love and enjoy working for PFS Group, it is a great company and if anything, I am blessed to be employed during this pandemic. A lot of people became unemployed, but not us we still had a job and were still able to support our families. The Crystal City office is the best not every job is perfect, but to me PFS is a great company our managers and supervisors and can not forget our sr. reps for always having something exciting for us. A lot of people might have their own opinion but being employed for 3 1/2 years with this company is the best decision I've ever made. I can see myself growing with the company and remaining here for a long time. Thank You Crystal City Office for all you do :)
At first it can be daunting. But, if given time and persistence the experience is very rewarding. The new employment engagement director..Vivian is a true rockstar. She has done an amazing job at transforming employee interaction and making everyone feel more welcome and appreciated. This is a solid place to work
I have been here six months and all of the issues expressed in the reviews are being changed as we speak. Significant changes have taken place already because they have to make these changes. This job is just like any other it has its advantages and disadvantages. The work is not physically demanding at all. very easy to perform and can be learned from the best trainers you can have. This is a much better place to work. If you cannot deal with abrasive patients on the phone do not come here. if you do not plan on coming to work every day and being nice to the patients and have a willingness and an attitude of cooperativeness to help them on the phone do not come here. very strict on attendance and punctuality. all things expected at any other job. Great job to pay the bills and for a career. There is opportunity to advance and they have systems in place for upward mobility and promotion if you apply yourself and have the capability and willingness.
