They changed the payment provider to Chase, and they send a letter that as of September 5 you can pay online, but they do not put in the letter the page where to enter to pay, and on the NorthStar page there is no option, I call and there is no one to respond, just leave a message, that is, a total disorganization of these people.

Ordered a Casket Adornment for my wife's fathers service in Memphis Tn, what was there was a flower arrangement in a pot that was only half the size of what ordered and paid for, the Memorial Park funeral home tried to get it fixed with no luck talking to NorthStar Memorial Group about the issue. I would never trust this company again.

UPDATE: NorthStar Memorial Group contacted us to rectify the problem we had with the Casket Adornment, they were very helpful and apologized several times for the mishap. This is how a business should take care of customers at a time of sadness.

I wish I could have select negative stars. They dog out the GL Team and treat them like a sweat shop. NO work life balance AT ALL!!!! Run for the hills. Yikes! Never again. STAY AWAY!! Trust me.

Absolutely horrible experience with Smart Cremation, please do your research as I wish we had. They are inept at every level and 2 weeks later our precious Dad's body is still NOT cremated
