I have been here six months and all of the issues expressed in the reviews are being changed as we speak. Significant changes have taken place already because they have to make these changes. This job is just like any other it has its advantages and disadvantages. The work is not physically demanding at all. very easy to perform and can be learned from the best trainers you can have. This is a much better place to work. If you cannot deal with abrasive patients on the phone do not come here. if you do not plan on coming to work every day and being nice to the patients and have a willingness and an attitude of cooperativeness to help them on the phone do not come here. very strict on attendance and punctuality. all things expected at any other job. Great job to pay the bills and for a career. There is opportunity to advance and they have systems in place for upward mobility and promotion if you apply yourself and have the capability and willingness.
