I've been working there for the past year and for the most part it is a nice company to work for. There is an adequate amount of training that is done prior to starting so you're comfortable and knowledgeable within your role. There are a few minor things that can be improved but nothing the company isn't aware of and constantly trying to improve. That says a lot about a company that asks for the feedback of their employees and works at improving. Everyone is friendly and haven't come across any issues with workplace drama. PFS is definitely a company you can grow within and I've enjoyed my time being apart of their team.
