We really enjoyed staying here. My husband was staying here for work so our 1 year old and I tagged along. The staff was very engaging with my daughter. All, but one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (having Nutella is awesome!). Loved having the bottled water available. Clean room, mints on our pillow when we arrived... One suggestion is to please get a second highchair. It's very hard to have to hold a baby during breakfast because there is another family using the only highchair. Having at least two would be a big help!

After traveling with my family in a car for 10 hours, we looked online specifically for a hotel with a pool for the kids It was being filled and would not be ready. Front desk guy was unfriendly. The ice maker was broken. Our room was locked from the inside so we had to get another room. The key card didn't work well on the new room so we had to replace that. The good thing was the room was very clean and comfortable. I'm not sure how the guy at the front desk got his job. I've been in customer service for years, and this guy did not care about anything. No fake smile or anything. C'mon man.

Maybe I'm nitpicking a tad, but for the price per night I don't think I am. First off the A/C has a "constant fan" button on it which did not work at all. When you have two kids with you it's nice to have background noise especially when doors are constantly being slammed in the hallways at 5 am. Second off, the curtains wouldn't stay closed all the way and let the sunlight start blaring in at 6 am (CST). Third, our sink has a nice steady stream of water flowing out of the pipes and straight onto the bathroom floor. Luckily since we're staying just one night, our boys won't need to shower so that allowed us two towels to place underneath the sink to soak up the ever growing puddle from brushing our teeth and washing our hands. Oh and I almost forgot, while walking back up to my room I almost tripped over a garbage can on the stairs that was catching a fast steady drip of water leaking from the ceiling! The only bright spot was the woman working the counter that checked us in. She was very nice, but the hotel itself is a total rip-off for the price per room!

I have stayed here at several occasions and it has been always a good experience. The room is always clean, especially the bed which is comfortable. One important factor I like about this hotel over few others is the shower having good pressure. The gym equipment always have functioned and serve my temporary stay. Also, the location is good for a walk as well.

Great staff. Every single person was courteous, friendly and helpful.

I'd errantly booked the wrong date and they were able to get me a room plus a small goodie bag for my kids. In both the went above and beyond. Everyone was truly excellent.

The only reason I don't give a full 5 stars: the property was showing some age with a window that would only 1/2 lock and a utility closet that wouldn't lock. The bathroom had minor indications of being in a high-humidity environment. Also there was a large carpet stain near the elevators. Honestly, though, everything seemed well cleaned (and I'm very particular in that regard).

I would absolutely come back.

I reserved a double queen room several days prior to my arrival! Once I arrived, I was given a king size bed even though had reserved the queen beds. Staff stated the hotel had been filled for the past month but was never told when I registered that it was a king size bed. And I wasn t offered an exchange. Room: air conditioning was difficult to regulate therefore difficult to get a good night s rest. Had to place at 62 to cool down room which meant sleeping was difficult. Pool was nice temp. Beds okay. Hot Tub comfortable temp but not as hot as other hotels. Breakfast had several things to offer. Ok breakfast but workers were handling food (bread, muffins) in bare hands and no gloves and also cleaning at the same time. Kitchen area was clean. Hotel clean for the most part. Cookies offered at entrance. Just disappointed that I was not given what I had registered for as a room.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The night I arrived back home, I discovered I was missing a pair of earrings. I took them off the first night and placed them next to the TV and never wore them again. I called the hotel and no one could help. They suggested I call back in the morning. I did. Twice I left messages for a manager to contact me.

I finally gave up and posted a negative review on Trip Advisor. Wouldn't you know it...the moment they got the Trip Advisor report, they gave me a call. EIGHT DAYS AFTER I LEFT MESSAGES!!!! The only reason they bothered to call me back is because they got dinged with a negative review. Shows where their customer focus is.... Oh - and they didn't bother to mention on their response that it took them 8 days to call a customer back.

And to top it off...as I suspected by that point...they were of no help at all. I truly believe, with all my heart, that a member of their staff stole my earrings. They, of course, deny it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!
Room was dirty, carpet had stains, couch cusions had rip in them.
Very outdated... and the whole place smelled like mold. You could smell it instantly as soon as you walked in the side door. Took forever for the bathroom sink to strain and the toilet acted like it didn't want to flush.
Stayed here during a local softball event. They upcharged the room rates because we were a large group... definitely not worth what we paid. One of our families came in a day earlier, pool was open with all amenities... we check in the next day and they said pool was closed with limited services using covid as their excuse. I guess COVID isn't an issue on weekdays there. Ice machine didn't work the entire time we were there. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay... I do not recommend this place

Great experience from start to finish! Kathleen was very friendly when she took my reservation and remembered me days later when I checked in. The hotel seems clean and well cared for. I loved the separate bedroom layout! The breakfast was phenomenal with not one but two staff members keeping the area stocked and clean. (A welcomed change from recent experiences at another "luxury" chain. ) It's not marble and porcelain but it is comfortable and family friendly. Perfect base for our family when we visit our near by college student!

It is a room, which isn't horrible. Pretty clean. The curtains had seen better days and the towels were pretty thing. Some of the staff were pleasant, some were not. The rooms were not well insulated for sound. The room contained air conditioner was very loud. At one point I though the army moved in above me, but I believe it was just an unruly toddler. There is breakfast. Some days they used real plates, etc., others it was plastic. Some days the coffee was good, some days it tasted like soap. No bananas. There were one or more large groups, who took over the hotel, including setting up camp circles outside the entrance with lawn chairs, etc., toting endless coolers, and being extremely boisterous, including allowing their children set off caps and fireworks, even throwing them at other guests. Management seemed to have a very laissez-faire attitude to it all. Overall I felt like I was visiting a trailer park.

Nice place, quiet with a really good breakfast. Beds come with feather pillows which I'm allergic to so called to get some cotton ones. They weren't best pillows, pretty flat, but beat sneezing. Price was fine and overall would recommend it.

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is helpful and pleasent amenities are all top shelf. Now for the only negative of my stay avoid room 215 this hotel is fairly busy and the entrance door is right under the bedroom of this room all night long we listened to a loud thunder like noise from the doors opening and closing.

I would give a lower review if it were possible! I left a bag,and the manager blew me off 2 times. I even wrote the CEO, and he blew me off too! I called the same day when I noticed it missing! All of my toiletries gone!! It was my fault I left it but why they chose not to at least show some common courtesy of a phone call, I will never understand that. I am in sales! I would never treat a customer/client as I have been treated. I will never stay with them EVER again!

The toilet in my room was running, it was full of toilet paper which was gross. The room definitely needs some updating and improvements. The bedspread was torn, the shower head was loose. I also couldn't figure out why my remote wasn't working, turns out they unplugged everything. The carpet was worn and stained. Just not very modern at all. Left me feeling kind of icky.

Standard experience for CI&S - above average rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was the same as offered at any other midrange hotel, but with the nicest, sincere Good Morning I've ever gotten on the road. Front desk is average overall... A couple staff members above average held back by a couple who weren't. Average quality amenities, but the number of extras makes up for it. A good reward for road warriors who have spent too long staying in the cheapest hotels.

This is our second year for renting the Great Room for our small family holiday gathering. We would like to thank the entire staff, in particular the front desk manager, for their pleasantry, professionalism, and helpfulness in making this such a enjoyable occasion. The entire Edwards and Smith Family.

Christy at the front desk was great. If it wasn't for her great directions to the hotel we'd still be lost. Very friendly and helpful. She upgraded us to a suite which was sooo nice. The bedroom was totally separated from the other room by a doorway. This was for more privacy and any hallway noise. Bed comfortable and very clean. Only problem was the so called breakfast. Usual cereal and etc, but main entree was scrambled package eggs, diced ham peices usually (used for salads) and tortillas. We went across the street to a restaurant and got biscuits and sausage gravely and bacon and eggs. If you just want a nice place to sleep their great.

The place is nice have a great breakfast. Lauren was really nice. however my keys kept not working had to get them changed 4 times then the last time not even Lauren could get in. The master key did not work nor did thr code box they had at first. Was locked out of my room for 45 mins plus with all of my things in the room had plans that had to get partly missed because of the issue and it was the reason I had drove almost 5 hrs.no apology from management that had to be called to fix the situation

Hot tub and pool areas chemicals were so strong my mom had to leave and use her emergency inhaler. Other than that pleasant staff and very clean rooms. Staff had great info about surrounding area and highway road closures. Complementary breakfast was great. As well as snack bag at check it.

During checking in the clerk seemed to be rather frustrated at the fact we had multiple rooms reserved under our name but paying individually. I still think we were quoted one price and chatted another. One room had mold in the ac but they did compensate for that. Our room had its own cleanliness issues that weren't terrible but still. Breakfast was provided and was pretty good. The stay was quiet for the most part despite a large group of children's sports teams and parents staying. In general I think the hotel industry is over charging but they are certain right with the curve.

I was there attending an event and the staff was very friendly, the location a little far out and when we took a tour of the rooms they seemed very small. The pool area is spacious and they have an exercise room all located on the main floor. They also have a guest laundry. The design and layout is very nice and unique. If the rooms were a bit larger it would be at the top of list and had received full stars.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds, great guest services and employees, all are very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is pretty good, and no matter where you seem to go in the hotel, there's a bowl of candies...almost like being at grandma's ;) Movie theater and restaurants/bars nearby as well.
