Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. However, our A/C would be very loud intermittently and wake us up. Quite annoying, but overall hotel was good.

only reason didn't get 5 stars is cuz pool was closed

The breakfast is gladly varied. The amenities are quite small, but the hosts are really nice.

Service was amazing and every employee we came across was friendly and helpful.

Last minute accommodations made easy by the front desk staff. Less than 10 minute drive from the hospital and the route is easy to follow. Hotel was clean and the convenience of the continental breakfast was a relief during otherwise difficult times. They have a pool and it was open but we didn't use ut.

Did a search on their website for 3 adults (me, husband and 17 y/o daughter). King whirlpool suite was the cheapest room available, so took it because it had the sofa bed icon (2 queen rooms didn't have this icon at all). We got there and all we had was a king bed. When I asked the desk, they said 3 adults can sleep in a king-sized bed. Technically, she was right, but really?? We ended up getting the 17 y/o a air mattress.

Good location. Clean updated rooms. Good variety for the continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would definately stay here again.

This was the first time I ever stayed at one of these. We stayed at the Peoria, IL location, and got the 2 Queen Suite. The room was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the indoor pool. The only suggestion would be to have more towels when you know how many people are staying in the room. And also have towels available at the pool.

Pretty comfy beds and pillows. The workout elliptical is nice.

It started as soon as we got to our room. The reservation made one week ahead of time, to the hotel reservation desk, was for a King Room. Thee room we were given was a two queen room. When I called the front desk, I was told that all the rooms were sold out and the room we were given was the only available room. I asked to talk to a manager and was told there was none available. I asked when one would be available and was told not until Monday. When I asked to have the room discounted, I was told she could not do that because she was not part of management.

I was only there briefly with a bride getting ready for her big day. Everything was nice, except the room didn't have any trash cans in it. I thought that was a bit odd.

This is a typical Country Inn and Suites - comfortable beds and we ll appointed amenities. Did not get to eat breakfast because of early departure, but the breakfast room was clean and fresh fruit and coffee was available in the lobby. Taking off one star because we specifically booked this hotel for it s airport shuttle service, but upon checkin were told that the shuttle doesn t run until 7am, which did not help us for a 5:45am flight.

The free breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. On the other hand, because there was nowhere to plug phone chargers in near the bed, my wife had to get up several times throughout the night to check her phone for very important messages.

Pros:
Free bottled water delivered to your room.

Cons:
The toiletries are of low quality.
The pillows are small and not that great.
The lighting in the bathroom looks cheap.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was adequate but I when I returned home, I saw I was charged more than I was quoted on the phone.

The rooms were huge and very nice! Definitely a place that I'd stay at again! The breakfast was also very good!

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was actually good. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was that the room wasn't ready when we got there.

This hotel is extremely nice! We're attending a family reunion and some of the family said their room isn't as good as ours, so perhaps they are remodeling, but ours is fantastic! The king bed is very comfortable, the shower plain, but good with lots of water, and we have good amminities: refrigerator, microwave, Jacuzzi tub, etc. The breakfast included is good with eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagles, toast, cereal, fruit, breakfast bars, pastries, waffles, etc. The kids really like the pool and the hot tub is enjoyed by many. The exercise room is small, but sufficient with two treadmills and an elliptical of sorts. All the staff are fantastic and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms and lobby. Fair parking. Easy to see and find from the road. Rooms are a good size but beginning to wear. Breakfast is typical with microwave eggs and meat choice as well as pastries and a lot of carbs and sugars with coffee and juice. Staff is friendly and check on and out quick and easy. Beds are comfortable and the location across from Grand Prairie is convient and quiet. Lots of excellent eating and shopping options across the road.

We stayed here due to a wedding. I would probably not stay again due to the room rate, just too expensive.

Rooms are nice. Tv is smaller than most other hotels. Internet is annoyingly slow. Like, less than 1mb per second download speeds. That's ridiculous. I don't know what's with hotels and their insanely slow internet, but you need to fix it.

The chair was broke,the phone didn't work,the bathtub had no stopper and very noisy people

Absolutly loved our room and accomodations! Basically a little apartment with the kitchen supplies and free video checkout! Definitly will look forward to our next stay there!

Everything was great here! The rooms were clean, staff was really nice, and the breakfast wasn't too bad! Also, free Otis Spunkmeyer cookies by the front desk!
