Comfy bed, I slept really well and the room was nice. I was looking forward to the pool, however the water was cloudy and there were clumps of hair all around the pool and hot tub.

Looks nice from the outside and the reception desk.

Clean room. Internet is slow. YouTube videos are not possible to watch, forget Netflix.

Rooms are clean, nice, with microwave and refrigerator.

Great place, clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful.

Needs updating. Had leaky drain in bathroom. Carpet in room was old and gross. Furniture was ok. If you are looking for modern, this is not the place to stay.

Nice. Clean. Kinda pricey but convienent if you you are playing at the Louisville slugger complex.

I stayed here when the weather was awful. Extremely cold outside, the hotel was warm and inviting. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I didn't hear anyone in the other rooms. I used the fitness center twice and it was also nice.

We stayed in a suite. Very nice beds and pillows. Nice family area. The coffee bar, frog, and microwave all very nice. Definitely would stay again

Great place for a mini stay cation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the free hotel wifi and hot breakfast was a great value.

I always really enjoy hotels that include breakfast in their charge. Something special about waking up before really any of the other guests and being able to have a little bit of the breakfast Hall to yourself with a coffee and maybe some eggs for a biscuit sandwich.

Oh!!! I am a Heart transplant recipient at the hospital nearby and on the drive home I realized suddenly I needed to pee so I worried my husband and I ordered him to Immediately pull into the hotel because Country Inn & Suites always take care of potential guests... I made it!!!! I also didn't make a reservation, but the host at the front desk was wonderful and very understanding. The properly was clean and well kept, with a classic decor.

Very clean, room was on 1st floor. Staff excellent. Right off main road.

I was there for a birthday party for my granddaughter. My daughter rented the event room and had a pool party. The pool was right across the hall which made it very convenient. There is a TV...which most of the adults watched...two sofas and several tables and chairs in the room. The event planner and the other hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The entire day was a hit.

I love the location and the staff. The prices and kind attention every time I visit (ESPECIALLY the breakfast lady!!!) make this my go-to spot.

Just hoping corporate sees the advantages of updating the quickly deteriorating decor and fixtures soon so that I can continue to enjoy all the other amenities this hotel offers!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Good customer service. I left a laptop charger behind, and they offered to ship it to me at no-cost.

Room was dated and had damaged furniture but was very clean

The staff was incredible! Always smiling and eager to help. The amenities and property were great. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Hope to stay here again.

Great over night stop. Friendly staff, comfy room and lot's of choices for dining nearby. We stayed two nights taking a break in our very long drive.

And I don't mean small. It definitely has a country feel. Great Breakfast area, even had free soup on Thursday nights. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.

Place was not clean we had a group of people and most rooms were not cleaned as one person had someone threw up in the middle of the floor luckily enough they refunded her money and she went to a clean place. Terrible will never go back

Let me say to be fair that we have stayed here in the past and have been overall satisified. This time was much different though.....we stayed here for 1 night and I very dissatisfied. Our family got in our room at 9:00pm and the room smelled of weed and did not seem to be the cleanliness. My wife called the desk and ask if we could switch rooms and explained the problem. She was told there was no other rooms were available and they were sold out. They said the police were there the night prior because of issues. I would assume the marijuana had something to do with police being there even though the manager made a point to tell me " that weed is legal in IL" .....I was unaware that it is was legal to smoke weed in a hotel....lol. I went down to talk to the manager the next day to explain that this should've been disclosed to us as we would've found a different hotel and wasn't right we should have to pay full price for a hotel room that smelled of weed. The manager said she would take 29.00 off the price. I'm not sure where she got 29.00, but was not satisfied with that compensation considering my wife and kids had to put up with that smell for the duration of our stay. I went on to tell her that I am going to write a negative Google review. The unapologetic manager said she wishes she knew that because then I would not have received ANY discount (nice customer service...not). I asked to have her supervisor's name so I could talk to her. She gave me her name and said she was going to tell her I was threatening her because I said I would write a negative review. I explained to her I was not threatening to write the negative review because I WAS going to write the review no matter what at this time to share my negative experience. I am not saying this hotel chain is bad overall, but this particular experience was not good at all.

Room was clean and pretty big, staff was friendly too. But the furniture was rather large for the space

This is a fairly new hotel and it is already showing signs that it is not being kept up. There was dust in the corners and I didn't feel the bathroom sink and counter was as clean as I'm used to in hotels.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I come to Peoria, IL to see family regularly and plan to stay here again. Very safe, too.

Beautiful excellent service. They took care of all our wedding party with no issues . We had a full hotel with the wedding party and also a baseball tournament going on and they handle it like a champ. I would definitely book with them again for anything I have again. Loved the service, the workers, the room, the breakfast, the shuttle. They had a lot to put up with with our gang and they did it with a smile on their face!! Thanks for making my sons and his new brides wedding a wonderful event.

Comfortable hotel. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Quality location. Clean rooms. Peoria needs better weather. Can the hotel take care of that?

Overall clean and neat. Needs some updates and repairs....rust on door frames, bathroom fan didn't work. Front desk staff at night was MUCH nicer than the lady in the morning. Food for breakfast was very nice.

Clean, homey, excellent Front desk staff when we checked in on Sunday night December 23, the Breakfast room was fantastic with a variety of great food daily, very clean! Rachel is a delight.

Rooms were clean. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Hotel hallways had a strange body odor like smell to them.

We picked this hotel based on location. The price was reasonable and we loved the free amenities they provide with the breakfast, bagged food to go, evening sweet treats, constant coffee bar and free bottled water.

It was an okay stay. Rooms were clean but worn. The refrigerator was louder than you would expect and the black out curtains didn't close all the way.

The room was decent, but they charge a $75 pet fee, they call it a deposit but it is non refundable. If you are traveling through this area, give yourself little extra travel time to locate a hotel that doesn't gouge for furry friends. The night before I stayed at a country inn in NE, and there fee is $25, she even gave me a break and charged $15, without asking. I like consistency from hotels. If I hadn't been driving for so many hours I would have gone a little further to a La Qunita.

Suite too small for 2 people. Bathtub faucet leaked after a shower unless you are the Hulk and could turn it hard enough. Could only get out of the queen bed on one side. Not impressed for an IHG property. Normally stay in them everywhere.

It was an awesome hotel. There were tons of stores near the hotel. The rooms were very cool, and all of the servicemen were nice.

Super old rooms, much needed updates.
We were there for 3 nights. Pool was so cloudy you could just barely see the bottom, hot tub was nice. The rooms are old and in need of update. Our room had multiple stains on the floor, the pillows are horrible, beds not bad, its not super dirty but its far from actually clean. The shower had hairs on the wall, the carpet is sticky with bare feet ect. We had to get our keys redone everyday. Judging by the reviews and i looked at 13 hotels in the area, it seems to be hard to find a decent hotel Peoria for less than 200, that being said it was doable, but just barely.

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Our group had used at least eight rooms for the week end and the conference room. Since so many people stayed there it would have been nice if they had given us a price break on the price of conference room. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Customer service was very nice and efficient. The hotel is situated in close proximity to shopping and many restaurants.

The staff are so super friendly. The manager, the desk attendants, housekeeping, and maintenance were also very kind. The rooms are spotless and accommodating.

I actually loved it here, I was here for a Chess tournament and no other teams were there. And I liked that.

Very clean hotel and room. People were nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection was available. The location was great, shopping and food all around. Pool was clean and warm. Checked out and the bill was cheaper than originally quoted. Great stay all around.

We travel to Peoria during Christmas holidays to visit family, and we usually stay comfortably at this hotel with no problems. However, this trip was different because our key card failed to work multiple times, there was NEVER hot water to take showers in the morning (my husband & I inquired two different days), we also asked about wash cloths and we were only given two throughout our week stay with a family of four, and the window screen rattled throughout the nights. There are other newer and/or updated hotels in this area so we may just have to try another place for our stay next year. I hope to see improvements if we do give this place one more chance.

Room was not properly cleaned. (Old guests belonging under the chairs) and night staff was not friendly. Day staff and breakfast crew were perfect. Also a lot of things in the hotel were broken or out of order.

I just stayed over night for a weadding near. It was comfy

Good property and the rooms are great. There is an indoor swimming pool and a mini library at the entrance. The room comes with complimentary breakfast and the property location is very peaceful and calm.

Nice, clean, homely feeling hotel with excellent staff. Front desk is always super friendly and the cookies are the best.

The only problem I had was on the pamphlet it said if I needed a ethernet cord (because the internet would not connect to my system) i could go down to the front desk and check one out the pamphlet said "Ethernet cords available at front desk" when i went down the to retrieve one the clerk looks in the cabinets then pulled out a book and said they only had ONE CORD and someone had alread checked it out. ONE CORD. Do not advertise that you have ethernet cords when you certainly have AN ethernet cord then the gentlemen did not give me any other information to help me get my system working i was unpleased. The room was nice and the breakfast was great except it was a little cramped because the tables and chaira werentoo close to the counter and one of the workers bumped into me with a huge platter of food it wasnt her fault though it was just too cramped. Then after staying for 3 nights on day of checkout i went to the front desk to get me a rewards card and when i did i asked them to put my 3 nights on it and they wouldnt. I hadnt evem checked out yet and i couldnt get my rooms on my card i found it very upsetting.

Quick and easy when looking for something sour of the moment

It was fine. Breakfast was what you expect. Close to what we needed to do. Reason for 3 star rating food in the fridge, presumably from previous guests. We had a suite, 2 gueen beds in one room, fold out couch in the other room. The sheets on fold out couch were obviously used, no comforter for fold out and only one pillow. Ick!! We opted to not sleep on fold out and doubled up in the queen beds. But that had not been the plan, thus the reason for getting a suite. Cookies were available in lobby 24 hours, most everything else seemed in good shape. I would probably not recommend.

We stayed for one night in A Jacuzzi suite. The room was perfect for the two of us. Upon checking in we were informed that because we were guests Longhorn Steakhouse would give us a free appetizer. The Wi-Fi worked well enough we were able to watch a couple of movies. Overall, I was very happy with our stay. The staff was all very friendly

Rented their great room for a baby shower. Pricing was very reasonable. They were accommodating and clean. They provided us with coffee, extra tables, and privacy. Would highly recommend!
