Do not entrust your martial arts school data with these people. they are rude and management does not keep their end of deals. If you disagree they could erase all business data.

We signed up with Perfectmind and have cancelled our services back in July and are still having charges come out of our account through their 3rd party - Paysafe. When I called them in December they informed me that they are still able to take money out of my account for up to 12 months. How is this even legal?! I highly recommend NOT signing up with them. This was not the first time I have had issues with them.

arrogance, lack of responsibility and professionalism is all over this company, from the owner on the top to all those he has trained. being rude and irresponsible is simply a culture with this guys. The positive reviews are all made by their staff. they are in fact instructed to do such meaningless things. They think people are stupid!! Because of how internet works theyve signed up a bunch of people, but they are really bad at it, although they do claim to be "professionals". Stay away from these people, is what I recommend

If their work with Airhouse Sports Academy Ltd is any indication of how they operate, I would steer clear of this company. Try the AirHouse website yourself and decide. It's was the most pathetic attempt at an interactive website I've been to in a long time. There are many options out there, don't waste your time/money with these hacks.

I've been a Perfectmind user for over 15 years. They have been a great choice to enhance services to my members. From communication, to pro shop, to billing they have been first class. They have consistent added to their product and services. It's definitely a worthwhile investment for any business of any size. I've see. Many software companies over the years they still continue to be #1.

This company used to be good when it was ChampionsWay. I will be cancelling their services as the PerfectMind software now is so inconvenient and I am not happy with their support team which has not been able to fix the software glitch for more than 4 months now.

The worst experience, many of their own staff are not well versed in their program. It is definitely geared toward an old fashioned karate/kung fu style program. They outsource everything from billing to collections. It's zero value for the product received. The interface is cumbersome, and it is only designed to just hold your information. You have to do everything, the reports are challenging, you can't ever get anyone on the phone to discuss your account and how to make the program work for you. Then when the nerve to tell me they are going to charge me $300 dollars to get my own client data out to go elsewhere. DO NOT USE PERFECT MIND it is so far from perfect I can't even explain it.

I would not recommend them. It's hard to get a hold of anyone. We canceled our account 8 months ago, but they kept charging us monthly fees. And now I can't reach anyone for a refund.

I was extremely happy with Perfectmind for several years until the day came that I had to make some changes in my business and needed to cancel my service with them.
I called support to inform them that i needed to cancel my service through them and I was told that I would get a call back by one of their case managers in about 3 days. Well, around few weeks went by and I never got a call. When I called again to inform them of my need to cancel, I was given the same speech. I told them I need to speak with someone now as I have already been down this road once already and requested the number of the person handling the case, I was told that was not possible. "It is not an outside line. I will email the person and tell them to call you."
I told them if this person is going to call me, then they definitely have a direct line. Let me call them so I can move on. Needless to say, I got the "Run Around" again.
Now I am wasting my valuable time waiting to find out if this 3rd party will ever call me. Had Perfectmind handled this situation better, I would have happily written a great review and definitely recommended them to other business owners looking for this type of service.

That ship has definitely sailed.

PerfectMind is the best POS and operational software in the Martial Arts Industry, period. No other company offers the high level customer service and awesome support that PerfectMind does. PerfectMind continually adds new features and upgrades that streamline the systems which allow us to run our small business like fortune 500 companies. We have been have customers for over 10 years!

Sadly this company has been on the decline for some time. We have used them for over five years. When they first started operations they had a great deal of potential in their market. Since then their product has become completely unreliable resulting in numerous billing and scheduling problems. The customer support, while courteous, cannot solve problems that arise resulting in even more time consuming and costly issues. In todays market there are many other options most of which will serve business needs with better results.

I would not recommend them for using their software, numerous issues and things are always changing and not improving. Recent issue with taxes not being properly charged and its taken over 2 weeks to fix the issue and still no compensation for what was incorrectly charged. Messaging the CEO directly just ends up being directed to someone else and not taking ownership for these issues.

I highly recommend moving your business, or not starting your business with this company. They have taken money on the back end of my members, lied about refunds, rude when confronted about issues. I understand mistakes happen, but if I make a mistake in my business, I have to make it right. Perfectmind, brushes it off and ignores the issues. Please shop around, they are inexpensive for a reason.

Generally good follow up. They gave us a 75% reduction during COVID-19 pandemic. Not many did that. Thank you.

The only reason I put 1 star.. is because I couldn t put 0.

This company s software cost my gym $1000s of dollars over the 2 years I worked with them. Constantly it would registrar members as active members and not charge them. When I called to address this issue they assured me they would fix it that day. One week later still no fix and I called again, they apologized and assured me it would be fixed right away. Still no fix.

Secondary the merchant they worked with claimed they forgot to take a percentage out of out bank account (which didn t make sense because they had clearly been taking money or the whole time) and started taking hundreds of extra dollars out of our account every month. We contacted them several times and were told a manager would call us back. No manager ever called us back after countless call backs and they continued to takes $100s out every money.

These company s are criminals, I would take them to court and sue them, but It would take more money and time from me that they have already taken, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

People running this place are rude, unprofessional and arrogant. they may be cheaper than others, but certainly not a good choice. their software is full of bugs that they constantly try to "fix"... for the last several years that Ihave dealt with them anyway.. I do not recommend this company to anyone.. there are many better options out there

I've been with Perfectmind for nearly a decade and I truly couldn't be happier. The user interface is very straight forward and allows for customization to your specific needs. The software does everything I need it to do and much much more, which is extremely important as my business continues to grow & expand.
I've looked at other software companies who offer a basic, easy to use platform, and a laundry list of promises. Unfortunately, that's about it, promises and a basic platform that is extremely limited in it's performance, and doesn't allow for much, if any future growth & customization.
There's an old saying "If you don't evolve - you dissolve", and Perfectmind continues to evolve in every way.
As my business has grown from less than 20 members (when I was using Microsoft Excel) to over 200 members now.
