I have had very good experiences with Delphi in the application process. Both the speech and the interview with the consultant were professional and friendly. I felt very individually looked after and the process went extremely quickly.

because I, too, unfortunately cannot say much positive things about Delphi HR-Consulting GmbH and my application process.
It was very Hanseatically friendly, but that's about the positive thing.
As the previous speakers have criticized, the "consultants" lack respectful treatment in the application process. Cancellation times that are too short (<24 hours) in front of a postponed client meeting and missing reply emails are just a few examples. The hammer is however; that they "absolutely" wanted to introduce me to a client, and I was always put off that the client allegedly had no time to come to Germany. Now, after 6 months, the display is still active at StepStone , i.e. So you're still looking for ... or in other words: delay tactics, deceiving and selling for stupid.
ADDENDUM: In the meantime they apologized to me with an explanation ( ). But there remains the bland aftertaste, the poor support and communication as well as the not very respectful and trustful dealings with customers. Therefore, still no recommendation from me for Delphi HR Consultans
Completely unprofessional. No independent feedback. The contact person (with managerial function) built in at least one spelling error in each e-mail from the process correspondence! No final feedback.
I wonder why Unilever relies on such a company..Unprofessionell, information is promised and then you can still run after.

After taking half an hour, during a working day, and receiving the phone call "to be invited" for a job interview, I did not hear anything for three weeks.
Until suddenly the phone rang and the nice lady asked me, because then my conversation in the company was like that ..... on the friendly note that you never gave me any feedback, let alone an invitation to said company I had to listen "Oh, yes man ... I have to sort myself first and then report again". Simply called the wrong ..... organizing or going to bed earlier can also help. Do you really deal with skilled workers here?

Employees make themselves punishable via Xing in accordance with Section 238 Paragraph 1 (2). In this context, provide false identities and specifications to get contact information. Everything saved with a screenshot and testimonies is definitely displayed.
Very dubious. I do not recommend it to potential interested parties.
