Simply Perfect, The hotel looks new. It has everything like a well equipped gym, swimming pool, hall of the games. The room are not big following the Hong Kong style, but everything is studied to be practical. There is a table where you can work with your notebook. Remember to ask for a socket adapter, they will borrowed with a small deposit. The ac works pretty much quietly, and when you leave the room will works automatically at low level. The hotel is not distant from the Diamond Hill MTR. Maybe the only critic that I can move is that it is not very near to Tsim Tsa Tsui or Central, so probably if you usually do late on the night you will need to take a taxi. If staying on the island is not your priority I recommend to book here. The rates are very convenient for the Hong Kong average.

The environment is clean, the service is good, the food is a lot, and the general buffet is served, but the favorite dessert is just disappointed. If it is very good, I will give 6 points.

good. Hong Kong The hotel room is a little small, but the security is good and the facilities are very good. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a billiards room. When you go up the elevator, you need a card key when you eat breakfast in the morning and when you use the toilet in the lobby. There is no razor. Please refer to men. There is also Seven-Eleven (sell peach flavored coca-cola, egg sandwich). The hotel breakfast is also very good. It is a new hotel just newly built, but the important thing is that the soundproofing is not as good as it should be. If you talk a little loudly at night, you will hear from the next room. Look out.

We booked a room 2 months in advance for Christmas Eve and we prepayed the room. Two weeks before the date we were going to stay, the hotel changed their policy to accept quarantine guests so they just cancelled our booking. Now we don t have a place to stay anymore on that night as Christmas is approaching and all the hotels are considerably more expensive than they were when we decided to book. Had we known this we had booked another hotel, now we need to spend $1000 extra in booking a similar room just because it s late. The hotel didn t offer any compensation or even apologized for it.

If you want to have your booking confirmed and don t get any last minute surprises and them to cancel your booking, avoid booking this hotel.

Just an amazing hotel, quite underrated because of the area its situated in, the rooms are clean and just heaven, I myself enjoyed my stay here a lot, however they could make the gaming rooms a bit bigger

The location of the hotel is not great but the built of the hotel more than made up for it for the price that is charged. The room was spacious and well appointed with lots of charging points, a comfortable bed, and a Bay window lounging area overlooking Plaza Hollywood. The toilet was especially enjoyable with plenty of space for showering and kitted out with great amenities. The retro theme continues from the room into the lifts and main hallways even out into the arrival area. I admire that. Very few hotels have that kind of attention to detail. The hotel also comes with a gym and a Swimming pool. Unfortunately the latter was not open even though we were at the tail end of summery weather and it seems to have been closed way before the time of writing. Still the stay was great although peppered by bus loads of tourists who were making quite a din. We were very thankful at least they were housed in different floors at least and we were not bothered throughout the stay. Definitely a hotel to check out if design is your thing. If another opportunity arises, will definitely be back.

Next door, there is a char chan teng; red rice which serves really tasty fare, a 7-11 not too far off and a McD if you so fancy. We found that taking a bus 111 brings us direct to Central with ease. And can be changed to A22 that brings us to the airport. The MTR is another option closest to Diamond hill which could be great if it is along the way for you.

Great hotel with brilliant staff. Good facilities, including table football! Location reasonably close to transport which was easy to use and reasonably priced. Would stay again and would recommend.

Hip design hotel. Good facilities. Cafeteria food and breakfast are not tasty. Better eat outside. A pizza store on lobby level is average and a bit expensive relative to their products and where they located. Travel in and out is not convenient.

A hotel that "Don't do normal". Entering the hotel you notice the staff don't have a uniform (any black T is the ab-normal); check in is on the L1 (3rd floor for most); a cafe that is set up like stalls on its "eatstreet". In the hotel room set up is the same (goodness I wasn't ready to sleep upside down!). The overhead light swings from the sidewall making it not normal. But I like the ambience of the room setup especially the power points built into the table top.
It was comfortable and I sleep pretty well ... in a normal soft bed. Go try it yourself.

Oh the other abnormal thing ... they are located in a light industrial area and not near the highlight shopping areas. A nearby MTR will get you there though.

Awesome hotel in a convenient location just off the MTR. The area around the hotel is very commercial, with little happening after the sun goes down. Rooms are appropriately equipped, clean and the bed was excellent. The restaurant inside was convenient and reasonably priced. The bar was not reasonably priced!

Great hotel for a stay in HK. The rooms are a good size and very clean and well taken care of. The bed is comfortable as is the bedding. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Only minor issue is that with the walls being all black, the lighting's not great for doing hair or makeup or shaving in the bathroom at the mirror. Wifi worked well here and so did the tv. Amenities were great. The gym was nice and very clean with some machines and free weights and lots of space for doing other workouts Iike cardio. The pool was nice and refreshing with lifeguards on duty. Highly recommended hotel and I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is stylish and simple, the bed is very clean and comfortable, there are swimming pools and restaurants, and the pros who like to eat pizza will not be disappointed. Convenient location, surrounded by many authentic restaurants, is a cost-effective hotel, every time you come to Hong Kong's preferred hotel.

They are new and having efficient receptions. Even not a very good location in the city, but you can still easy to reach there by 10mins walk away from the bus/minibus stations. They also have their own restaurant serving pizza and western food.

The staff from the front door of the hotel who are in charge of driving the car service to the buffet at the Chaozhou Food Street are all expressionless, ordinary food, not many choices, ordinary taste, and there is no reason to patronize.

My husband and I picked this hotel mainly because of the stylish interiors, and the reasonable price. Although it is not located in the hearth of the city, the location is not too bad, it is about a 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby which is an added bonus.

Could easily be a 5-star hotel but for a few glaring oversights.

A very appealing arrival portico leads to a very confusing lobby area dominated by pizzeria. The registration desk is tucked away in an opposite corner. A desk which is non-functional with only a Sign to proceed to the elevator to the first floor to check-in.

The upstairs registration area looks more like a lounge/restaurant lobby. In fact, one has to pass directly through a cramped registration/front desk area to enter the main restaurant/buffet. A very awkward arrangement dragging luggage along during this discovery adventure.

Americans may find the lighting controls in the rooms somewhat confusing. No one elected to mention at check-in but nothing electrical in the room works until one places one of the door access cards into the mysterious slot on the wall just inside the front door. A slot which is curiously not labeled and nearly invisible, especially in the dark. When activated by the card insertion, the adjoining light switches do not illuminate the entry hallway, they control the bathroom fixtures! Room lights are managed by switches on either side of the bed on the other side of the room!

Plan to spend time experimenting with the various on/off combinations as alternate presses can have different lighting results. I'm sure all these options are very convenient, once you get the hang of them but if is dark on your arrival be prepared with a light of some sort!

When I asked for assistance from the front desk the response was prompt but surley and quite off-putting - as if anyone not able to discover all this on their own was dim- witted and clarification unnecessary. His contemp for the uninitiated was painfully obvious but left me anxious about what other initiations I may have to endure.

I will say the breakfast buffet, while relatively expensive, was very good. You will have to wait until it opens at a tardy 7am, but as nothing else is nearby - just wait for it if you can or suffer the in-room instant coffee. No Kureg, just a hot kettle.

Other oddities include no wash clothes provided but an abundance of fancy toiletries-soaps and such.

Final heads up, if your flight is delayed and you miss your scheduled check-in they will cancel the reservation -pre-paid or not- without a refund.

Very good hotel. It has many facilities to make it more entertaining for everyone. There are two play/game rooms, swimming pools, etc. The rooms and facilities are quite nice compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. Preferred by mainland travelers as well so can get crowded. Use their shuttle buses to move around easily.

Loved this hotel - very modern, very chic, very clean. Staff was always available and very helpful. Whenever we needed anything, we would receive it almost immediately after our request. The hotel has a decent gym which is great. They also provide free bottles of water and wi-fi.

Nice new building in industrial area. Room is well designed despite small size room for American standard. Bed is comfortable. Free high speed internet. Restaurant, Pool, Gym, Game room. Close to Diamond Hill MTR.

The place is very clean. I also love the amenities and their facilities. Especially their food. The place is near the subway which is very convenient and the shuttle service is a thumbs up for me.
