I like it very much, combining the traditional and modern industrial style of the room design, clean and simple, generous and intimate, spacious, and the shortcoming is that his bathroom is not hot enough.

Although there are very few facilities in the vicinity of the hotel, the hotel itself is very good with its own evaluation .. The billiards facilities and amusement facilities are wonderful ideas.

I used to eat buffet food at the hotel's Chaojun Street. The food was very good, but the service attitude of the waiters and chefs did not reach the basic hotel level. I didn't smile and owe the service enthusiasm. It was more like the service level of the teahouse!

Overall ok, the room is ok. It was a bit noisy and there was construction outside. At night, the gym is full of flavor. Air does not circulate. It is recommended to do a good job of cleaning and the network speed is not good. The network is always broken. Can't connect!

Loved this hotel from the moment I walked onto front entrance all the way until check out. It's beautiful, cozy and down to earth modern. Had an amazing view and slept so well. It was very clean and tidy and Ada from housekeeping was so sweet.

The only down part was that I had a lot of euro on me I needed changed and they refused to change my coins(which I had about 100 in 2/1coins just weighing me down.) It the least they can do since they charge a 10% service fee. They did change my bills which was convenient.

Aside from that staff were OK. Not particularly friendly or smiley. Just polite and helpful only if you asked them something.
I'd definitely go back.

The rooms are large and the design blends with the epitome of Hong Kong.
There is no room card control floor, and the security is very good.
The hotel has a shuttle bus to K11, which is very convenient.

Clean modern rooms, small fridge, enough space to move around. Accessible to public transport and main MTR stations. Restaurants nearby. They also have a pizza place on the ground floor and a buffet restaurant on the reception floor. Didn't get to try the other amenities like the pool and the gym and the game room but they all seemed decent and reasonable. Pool looked a good size for doing laps. Gym had reasonable equipment.
Very secure because only registered guests could access the lifts via their key cards. Walking distance to a mall for shopping. Roughly HKD 250 worth of a cab ride to the airport. Seemed like a family friendly hotel since I saw quite a few families with little children checked in.
I would stay there again.

A great modern hotel with functional rooms, nice designs and culture. The lobbies staffed with young people in smart casual uniforms are a good break from the conventional and the various game rooms, signs and experience is phenomenal

Still a relatively industrial area. Their are shops and some local restaurants but as a tourist staying you would mostly be travelling out of the San Po Kong area for restaurants and attractions. You would need to take a cab or the bus to get most places. The hotel itself is decent - a bit quirky and different. Rooms sizes are fair for HK and the quality of fine. Restaurant buffet is average. The pizzas at the entrance are good. A wide selection of games, pool tables, foosball and others.

About 9-10 minutes walk from Diamond Hill MTR station, A2 exit.

This dinning place has nice ambient, modern, quiet and clean, staffs are polite and helpful. I am impressed that they even have English speaking waitress in this place. Food quality not too bad. They offer set lunch, but they are a bit costly though.

The hotel from the interior to the exterior is very stylish. The rooms are very spacious and cozy! For the food, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of international food. But food taste pretty delicious :)

Service wise, most staffs are polite, but some are kind of rude. I asked 2 of the staffs, where can I get the extra utensils , they simply asked me to wait and then they walk away. Then I finally manage to get response from 3rd person. And the 2 staffs that I asked are the managers. Hope they change for the better.

Other than the service, all is good.

Cheers!

Great place to stay, rooms good 11mins from airport express. Staff all very junior, misleading sales on breakfast pricing. Quite trendy but lacks a sense of direction and knowledge. But all in all good value for the rooms if you need to be in that area.

The Hotel is very pleasant. It is modern and well organized. Breakfast has good peasant and continental options. The rooms are small, but for a short stay, they are enough. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Kowloon Belt has always been the top five in my heart for both the CP value and the good food.
Reason the price is reasonable. After discount, about $400 per person
There are quite a lot of themes and food from March to April
Including unlimited all-you-can-eat crab legs, breaded crabs, and other seafood
There are also Brazilian grilled, roasted pork ribs, skewered, spicy salmon, lemon chicken in this issue
Sheep racks on weekends
The roast beef is of high quality
The beef roast is done well, but the restaurant will not be bad. This is my golden sentence
Each guest will receive one more King Tiger Prawn with Tomato Juice & Coconut Rice
Zhongyou Extra Thick Lobster Soup
Variety of hot Chinese food
In addition, the salad bar is also not wrong, with many styles

There is free all you can drink soda!
You can even eat and play American billiards, football machines, PlayStation 4
Eat after playing!
Overall I like his high-quality food at reasonable prices
Good service, distinctive environment!

This hotel is nice. The room is good but could be more light. Also I had great view from the window. But the location is not good, it is a little bit too far from the centre. And I don't have time to try breakfast but I think it should be good

We stayed at the Penta Hotel Kowloon for two nights last week before our return to Australia. Loved everything about it. The staff were especially helpful and courteous. Don t think we ve ever met more pleasant and hospitable young men and women. Would certainly stay again. Highly recommended.

Quite a good hotel. Staff was really nice & helpful.I booked the hotel because it has pizza shop.I would say the pizza experience was really bad. But the food at hotel restaurant was unexpectedly good & inexpensive. Clean & quite rooms & offcourse Gym for 24/7. Views from the hotel room was fascinating.MTR was just at 10 mints walk, hollywood plaza shopping mall was cross the road at MTR station. The only issue i had was pool. I love to swim. I booked this hotel coz it has swimming pool. Unfortunately, pool is only available in summer. I visited hong kong in November. If they would have mentioned that in November , the pool will be closed. I would have never booked this hotel. I would advise, They should mention a specific month for pool closures. It will be easy to understand while booking. Rather than packing a swim suit and than regretting for not having a pool . I would love to stay again but in summer.
