Stylish. Tight rooms. Staff weren't that friendly. Breakfast spread was high in variety but less than average in quality. Better save that USD20 and go to the cafes round the corner for breakfast.

It's clean, Quaint, feels new, helpful staff, soft beds & has halal food options. Rooms are not big but its common for HK hotels. I was lucky to get a room on the 19th floor with nice mountain view.
Location - 3 stars
About 10-12mins walk to the Diamond Hill MTR station (depending on your speed... If you walk as fast as the locals, you could cover the distance in less than 10mins). Weather was good during my 2 week stay however if it rains, there are no sheltered walkways or underpass to the station. If you have a pram or wheelchair, the ground is pretty level to the MTR but there are no lifts or ramps into the station. Hotel offers shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui.
It is a great hotel. Rooms not so small compared with other hotels in Hong Kong.
Also new and clean. Shower big and comfortable. Amenities good for a short stay. But the lighting absolutely not sufficient at all. Ambient is dark. Also because the furniture are not bright and colourful.

Staff were very friendly and courteous and the hotel was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is that getting to it is a bit of a mission if you're not taking a taxi so if you have luggages, take either a shuttle or a taxi to save yourself an annoying trek!

The environment is good, there are many kinds of buffet food and the price is fair.
Fairly new hotel, about 5 years old. Rooms are very small, no bell boy to assist with bags, no concierge service, no tour desk, taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is when you want to return from anywhere. Only good I have to say is the food is great and some of the staff understand English
Cheap right now (Aug/sep 2019 - HK$500/night), and good value. Rooms are small, but clean and tidy. Close to Diamond Hill MTR, so easy to get around. It's not a tourist area, but if you're looking for value rather than harbour views, it might be worth a look. Hotel building is quite new.

Very modern and stylish hotel. With prices of hotels and accommodation in Hong Kong being more and more expensive, The Pentahotel is pretty good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. The MTR station is about 10min walk away. Bus stations were also pretty nearby so getting around wasn t a hassle, it just took longer as to if you were to stay somewhere in TST. A couple of local restaurants near by which was also convenient. A good overall experience, would recommend.

The hotel is nice enough, but it is in a very residential area, don't expect heaps of restaurants, bars and shops (or tourist attractions). The Diamond Hill mall is about a 10 minute walk away. Quite a lot of groups of Chinese tourists.

Perfect hotel for Test takers. The HKEAA examination site is just few blocks away. Also, the pizza offered via room service is awesome! And the price is reasonable.

Super nice young and stylish hotel. Love it! If I come back to Hong Kong I will come back again for sure. It has a food court also, but it's a bit expensive, but for an amergency it is great also. Will also check them. The pool is closed bcauaeofoff season, I recommend to check in advance.
