Location is the most prosperous place in Tsim Sha Tsui, the best place to see, is a big international brand hotel, the service level must be one hundred percent, the price is slightly high, the quality is not doubtful, there is no reason to choose

Always a nice hotel to return to. Not giving five stars just because the staff could speak and understand English a bit better.

Have a wonderful experience at the hotel! The room is clean and bright. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The MTR is just right next to the hotel. Access to anywhere is very convenient. Will definitely go back again!

The hotel is mostly excellent. Especially the view. The reason I'm not giving this hotel a perfect rating is because of their dinner options. Their hotel restaurant took way too long to bring the food to the table and the prices were pretty crazy as well. My suggestion is to get dinner in the mall that the Hyatt is in. Much cheaper and much faster

Got an upgrade on the room, which super nice of them. The room was big , the shower and bath was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed itself dipped in the middle. The room service food quality was average.

Convenient location being attached to k11 and easily accessible to both tst and east tst station. Rooms are well furnished and service is great!

Hugo's one of famous French restaurant in Hong Kong history, Roasted Prime Rib from the silver wagon was the best, we enjoyed the dinner very much.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. During my stay, there was a typhoon. More than once, random guest service people asked if I needed an umbrella or directions. The room we had was excellent, clean, modern and decent size for Hong Kong standards.

Very good hotel, has a good amount of taxis at the underground basement, once in, they welcome you and give you cold refreshing lemon water. Staff always smile and good food too, on top of K2 art mall (not really an art mall). good reception and nice area around the reception, spacious and has cold lemon water with cushioned seats. Toilets are nice. Lifts are good. There's a sky garden, which has a view of the peak but you will find smokers there. The swimming pool is good but can be a bit crowded at times, there's good seating at the pool too. The corridor to the room is spacious and well lighted. The room door is big. The room is quite spacious and good fridge, good amount of storage and cutlery. The desk is big, There's a window seat too. TV is OK and there's a big single seat couch (red) and nice and comfortable beds. Blinds aren't electronic. Lighting can be a bit confusing but once you figure it out, the room is well lit. The bathroom has a cupboard, accessible from the room (you can walk through it if you want) it also stores 3 water bottles (Replaced every time you have room service, good amounts of dental and all sorts of kits. There's a light up vanity mirror. after going toilet you can wave your hand over the sensor to flush the toilet, taps are automatic. The shower is very wide but has a still head and a movable head. You literally have to walk to get to the other side of the shower. Getting down is easy, if lifts take a while, sit back and relax at the lift waiting area. This has easy access to the MTR and is near shopping malls and great food. This hotel is fabulous!!!

Outstanding water pressure in the shower. Only downside is whoever designed the shower.. must not have thought that water would spill out when the door opened. Even when the door is closed, water can come out through the door hinges.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The entrance is confusing, but easy to navigate after stumbling through once. Waking into the door beneath the hotel sign, you think you've walked into a flower shop. There are elevators just past all the flowers and that's the elevator to the lobby. This elevator opens up to the hotel restaurant entrances. Walk past those to the front desk.

Room does not have sense of quality, but location is convenient

I take one star off because of the menu items there serve as vegan. A vegan dish cannot contain cheese or egg. Another odd side is that, in such a diverse city like Hong Kong, they should serve at least a couple of halal dishes.

The transportation is convenient, there is a shopping mall downstairs, the staff are polite, and the meals are quite good. The breakfast buffet has many styles of food, which is an advantage compared with similar hotels.

My company awarded me with a weekend in this hotel. It was a very good weekend. Very nice stay.

Was a pleasant stay, but compared to my stay in other high end hotels, both the service and accommodations were lacking.

The location was great and it was a comfortable stay!

Location is also convenient, the room I like also widely. The breakfast buffet is also delicious as it is well-balanced.

I like it very much. Sauna facilities Luggage meals are also a good place.

It's located at the best spot in Tsim sha tsui, has a direct access to MRT and walking distance to the best shopping & dining areas. the deluxe room, the spectacular view and the people.

Hotel is located in kao loon...Great location, but across the river from Hong Kong. Very easy to get around because the hotel is located across the street from the subway, which is by far the best I've ever used including New York, San Francisco and D.C. The room was small, but totally serviceable. No need for wasted space in such a packed city. Service was outstanding. Didn't talk to too many people but the front desk was exceptional. The men and women at the door were always hospitable. I wish I had a chance to use the gym and pool. Both looked nice, but too much sight seeing to do.Overall, I highly recommend.

The location is superb, very close to any stores. The room was large enough and very comfy. Staffs were helpful and breakfast was quite good.

There is no clear indication downstairs to the lecture hall

Nice hotel for the price. The lobby is on the 3rd floor which was a little weird but the staff was extremely helpful and the room was nice. The rainfall showers may be their #1 selling point!

Helpful and professional staff. They even give you a cellular phone to use during your stay. Great views from the higher rooms. Also the breakfast buffet is worth checking out.

Upscale hotel, but no chance to enjoy except meeting

The 5-star service is indeed very good, the restaurant standard is very high, the continuity of the swimming pool and fitness room is not good enough!

Very nice place. Only issues I had was a plug point not working, faulty travel adapter, loose door handle, wooden panels falling apart under the desk and the constant banging of a door from 7am til about 11am which was extremely annoying if I were trying to sleep in a little.

We arrived and got a king size bed, unfortunately, we needed a 2nd night stay but the hotel is booked out, so we got a double twin bed room in room 1405. It was still pleasant. Well kept, clean, wide variety of amenities and very genuinely friendly staff. I'd stay again.

Luxury hotel. Very friendly staff and location close to everything

Very nice new hotel with 10 minute access to Central Hong Kong and anywhere in Kowloon. Super easy to get to/from the airport on the airport express, they even have a free bus from the train station to the hotel. This place is great for both tourist and business travelers.

We arrived a little earlier than 2:00 in check-in time and thanked for early check-in possible. The location is in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, so you can walk anywhere. There are many Korean restaurants nearby and there are many places to shop. There are shopping malls and supermarkets on the ground floor and basement, so you can buy snacks. The subway entrance was close to the hotel, making it easy to cross over to Hong Kong Island. Thank you for all the hard work you've done to make your stay so comfortable.

Convenient place, no view, too many people and expensive

Exceptionally clean. The friendliest staff. Ideal location. Perfect hotel for anyone visiting HK. Awesome!

I tried lunch. There were not many food styles and almost no additional food (except for the 4 seafood and desserts). Overall, I was disappointed.

There are 2 types of desserts up to the standard, the others are average.

Paying more than 700 for 2 people, the so-called 15% off
