I am working as a consultant in their Dubai branch. I landed in the country on October 6th 2016. My employment entry permit was issued on 28th September 2016. I am writing this on 23rd November 2016 and still they have not processed my visa stamping on the passport. I have submitted my passport to them for the same and have no documents to show if I any law enforcer asks me to produce ID.

Due to the visa issue, The local salary account also has not been created.

They asked for 1000 AED bond amount before joining, and said will return as soon as I enter the country and join them. They also claimed they will refund my onward ticket fare. It has been more than 48 days and I have no clue when they will return the money. I planned my expenses thinking this will be refunded as soon as I land in the country but they failed. The reason they are saying is that I don't have a local bank account(That is not my fault, its not created due to the late visa stamping by them). They could have very well paid me in cash/cheque which would have hugely helped me manage my expenses.

Since I have no local bank account, they transferred the first month salary to my Indian bank account and the transaction did not succeed. I have been following up with them for the salary, but none takes interest to resolve it. After long emails and escalations I had to wait for more than 10 days to resolve this issue and the pain to bring back the money here in Dubai, and paying my dues was over the top.

Again, pertaining to the visa issue, the salary of the next salary cycle is to be again transferred to my Indian account leaving with no money in the country. All the reserve money I brought to the country has been spent, I am overdue on my rent for over a month now.

The entry visa getting expired on 26th November 2016, makes me tensed even more. I have been in stress for more than a month and it is taking toll on my health also.

I have never seen such an irresponsible company in my life, To all those who are willing to join in Penta as consultants, These are the major issues you will face. I have nothing to do but to pray God that all my problems get resolved as soon as possible.
