Pennyrich Review

I used to love going to this store a few years back when Marilyn was the owner. I went back recently and found out there is a new owner :/ man, this shop is just not what it used to be. It seems like they're always out of stock of things and once when I was there I seriously thought there was no one in the building. Maybe they were in the back? Its a shame how downhill the shops gone :( hope it improves, for now I won't be back

A little small. But had exactly what I was looking for at the right price. I liked that they also had a valentines sale as well. Cashier was very nice.

One of the weirdest shopping experience ever...walked in and it reaked of weed. Girl behind the counter was so high that she had no idea where anything was. The selection of bras was tiny and only seemed to have really small sizes or really huge. She kept saying she would check in the back to see if there were more and she never went back there, it was like she was getting lost. She did try to get me to buy something but there was nothing in my size and I wasn't going to order from a catalog, that's why I came into a store, to try things on. I won't be back.

Very nice people. Very helpful in fitting a bra for my wife. She is handicapped and in a wheelchair. The lady was patient and we even ordered an additional bra. They really take the time with a customer.

I love this little shop!!! It now has a new bridal section and the whole shop has done a complete transformation. More modern upscale and classy! It's so much better than Bliss and Cindie's. The staff is friendly and welcoming and provides great customer service. 5 stars totally!!!

Amazing!!! There are such great options for plus size women (or anyone not a size 4). Most online stores I've looked at or physical stores do not have good options for bigger women. They only have cute products for smaller women but that is not the case here. The women who work here are absolutely amazing. They helped me find products, gave me opinions if I wanted them, were very friendly, and definitely made me feel better about the shape of my body. Considering what I went to the store for, it was nice for them to help me not feel so self conscious. There are also good sales. The prices are what you would expect for lingerie (so expensive no matter where you go). But the sale rack here is really great and not just ugly products no one wanted. They will also work with you on pricing. I have gone back more than once and definitely will again.

Worst ever, don t waste your gas. Owner does not follow their hours posted. Drove 15 minutes for nothing.

I went to pennyrich for a sponsorship to a show I was doing and I need costumes for. We agreed on a deposit of $75 on 4 items, which I would get refunded for once the items were brought back undamaged and in its original state.
I brought the items back in it's original state and the only employee working there did not know how to work the register and was very unprofessional about said matter. The "sponsorship" turned into renting out. And I had to pay because I had the costumes during a Valentine's Day sale.
While Kara Jones, owner of pennyrich, is working out the wrinkles in her business, her employee doesn't know how to work the register and process returns. So make sure what you buy is legit, because the employee will only give you percent of your purchase back.
