When you arrive in a foreign country and are greeted with such genuine friendly smiles, great service you just know you're in an environment that will offer you a great stay. Love the manner in which Malaysian folks embrace the world.

Absolutely wonderful. Hotel service is top-notch with properly informed signages of sanitization. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. We also visited and enjoyed a 90-min spa treatment at the hotel. Heavenly!

They have a nice Spa and very good service, although the the fact that the sauna and steam rooms are on a different floor posed a bit of an inconvenience. Food is good but the portion is small for the price that they charge.

Thumbs up for the Swady service in the Executive Lounge, the only gem for this hotel. Praise for their music pool and also automated toilet. Food is not up to standard, the service crew at counter is so so only. Find that Swady and the malay lady with a bun give a really good feel to make this stay worth. check in 26july2019

Its location adjacent to KLCC. KLCC is just within walking distance and one could easily walk to Pavillion & Bukit Bintang area through the overhead bridge which is very safe. Enjoy the walking and night scenery.

Went for Curate Lunch Buffet. The food was nice in overall. Various of option, seafood was fresh, and we really love the lamb. Staffs were nice and they greet us whenever they met us. The washroom was beautiful as well.

From the moment I stepped out of my car, the staff opened my car door. The staff was attentive throughout my time at The Lounge.

I was surprised that there was only one washroom available next to the reception meaning if 2 person was in the washroom, other customers will have to wait outside for their turn.

The tea was served in plain white tea pot with plain looking tea cup and saucer unlike the beautiful tea set in St Regis Hotel. For the high priced tea, I expected an exclusive experience.

I had these a week ago, but I can still feel the silkiness of the salmon, the crunch of the toasted bagel, and the light sweetness of the dressing, and of course, the tinge of sourness of the capers which makes this salmon bagel (they call it bagel and lox) a perfect brunch. And I mean, perfect. Will make my way there again soon!

In general, the hotel is good, as for the buffet, it does not reach the level of Mandarin Oriental. I advise you to eat better in Mandarin, as the taste of the dishes is as if not brought to taste in four seasons. The oysters were disgusting, the waiter said they were from Japan. The lobster tasted fresh like scallops; the Peking duck was a bit dry. Someone will say that criticism is inappropriate and "snickering", but when you pay 50 dol you expect a high level!

:

:
1) Located next to KLCC.
2) Room size spacious and the overall decor was good.
3) Breakfast is highly recommended as they provided good varieties.

:
1) The hotel lobby is hidden @ level 6B
2) Bad sound proof, I heard next door closing door and drilling noise at night
3) Staff shortage at the breakfast place, expect slow service

Excellent food and service. Loved the Wagyu Sate. Chicken fillet burger in a Laugenbroetchen German Pretzel bun. Must try the Ultimate Wagyu burger.
This menu at Curate was special post MCO alacarte dining. Wonder when buffet will be allowed. Watch this space.

I had a plesant stay the the staff was freindly and helpful over all great experience. The location of the hotel is also great its right infront of KLCC and there is also a Robenson's in the same building ( there is a good pizza place there and a korean salon that has really good service -its a great salon - ). if you find a good deal online i would definately recomend staying there.

The check-in counter, swimming pool, breakfast roo...

The check-in counter, swimming pool, breakfast room, and other staff all treat guests with a friendly attitude beyond kindness, and in terms of hardware, they are very good as they have a hotel brand called Four Seasons.

The hotel room is a basic room, but it provides ample space and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. However, I know it as a king-size bed, but it feels a bit small. Turndown service is provided in the clean room and in the afternoon, and you can get quick feedback if you can make necessary requests such as amenities, room service, and complaints through the tablet.

Food from various countries was prepared in the breakfast room, and kimchi (delicious) was prepared as Korean food. You can order rice noodles, and at the omelette corner, you can order according to your preference, and if you give your magnet number or seat, you can serve it yourself.

The swimming pool with the bridge, which we saw a lot in the picture, is the residence pool, and the hotel pool is built in a small size with a pool bar. The Pulbar staff are friendly, remember their names, and greet you when you come back. Club sandwiches, dosikrak (bento) and drinks are all fresh and delicious. There is not much quantity. The price wasn't expensive compared to the Four Seasons brand.

The rest room in the swimming pool is privately provided with a Rickex room, a shower room, a sauna (wet, dry), and a powder space.

When I dive, I could hear the sound of music in the water, but there was a problem with the water quality. There were many floats in the water, and the underwater field of view was less than 10 meters. It was hard to believe that it was the quality of the swimming pool in a 5-star hotel. I think it's best if you manage the water well.

Four Seasons Hotel is a luxury brand hotel, but Kuala Lumpur seems to show reasonable pricing. If I stay again, I want to stay in a room with a view of the park.
