Penn State Residence Life

I found it easy to navigate the company's website and access information about facilities and housing options. The variety of living arrangements offered was impressive and the virtual tours provided a helpful glimpse into the accommodations. However, I encountered some challenges with the application process and experienced delayed responses from customer service. It would have been more convenient to have clearer instructions and more prompt assistance. Overall, while the housing options were diverse and the website user-friendly, there were some areas that could be improved to provide a smoother experience for applicants. 🏠🔍
