I have had a mixed experience with Penn State Residence Life. While the facilities are well-maintained and the staff is generally helpful, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with noise and lack of privacy. However, Residence Life promptly addressed my concerns. Overall, I would say it's an average living experience.
