Typical casino. You win, and lose. Mostly lose! Free self-service soft drinks. Horse racing live, some days.

Nice place and not to crowded on a Sunday. Solts where fun and tables where clean.

This is not a place for winners. The payouts are horrible. The machines are fixed to sike you.

It was pretty good I wanna gave it a 5 star but the blackjack dealer was messing up

Good food and a decent night out, if you can control the amount of spending on the gambling

I love Hollywood Casino. What can you say. If you been to one they are all basically the same. I'm not a huge gambler so when we go it's always slot machines but we play smart and have always come out ahead a few hundred dollars. Hollywood is very clean and it's never been over crowded plus I've always been able to get great parking. They also have a self serve beverage area, so you don't need to wait or hunt down a waitress for a soda. Obviously other beverages you need a waitress but I definitely recommend Hollywood Casino for a nice day or night out with friends and or family.

We have gone to many casinos your machines do not pay out very well , does not make your casino atop casino you want to visit every week

We often stop here when traveling back to NJ to visit family. A medium sized casino we can usually find some slot games that we enjoy. Hollywood has mostly older slot game machines and, unlike the casino in Bethlehem, the games are not often rotated so its usualky the same games each time you visit. Casino does allow smoking so that can be an issue at times for non-smokers.

The night my husband and I visited the casino, there was a super fun live band that had everyone dancing, singing along, or t least tapping a foot. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the fellow patrons were equally as enjoyable. The food options were plentiful and absolutely delicious! Tons of slot machines but yet very spacious, which made it very nice to not feel overwhelmed or cramped while walking around or partaking in the festivities. All around it's a very wonderful atmosphere with tons of different slots and games, so there's a little something for everyone. I would highly recommend this particular casino to anyone looking for a fun evening!

They smoke in casino and it stinks like smoke..my clothes smell like smoke..my eyes burn..not good. i only like the live horse racing only! that is great!

Another Hollywood Casino definitely my lowest star of all the casinos I've ever visited will not visit again. Very out dated Machinery, and out-dated building win loss ratio to low very mediocre compared to other casinos. The smoking section which had the most people in it had the oldest Machines of all and I did dabble into the non-smoking section still very mediocre.

We come once a year and take a day for ourselves. I found it difficult to find the game I really like as none of the directories seemed to work that I came across. I never did find the game I wanted but I had a good time.

Great food and gambling. There's a RV Park and 18 wheeler parking.

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked and Gambled at. When you get hired, HR does whatever they can to make the new employees think that this place is so wonderful. Even though they know it's not, they have to pretend that everything is all hunky dory so that they don't get a target on their back. Its a whole different world once you start working, and trying to keep up with all the policy changes that the managers make up themselves that HR doesn't know about, is ridiculous. The managers blame Gaming control for the changes, but when you ask Gaming Control about it, they have no idea what your talking about. And when you try to tell HR anything that you think is not right they basically say that you are full of it, even when multiple employees tell them the same thing. HR and the Managers In most of the departments are manipulative liars. Also If you say anything about what you don't like, then you are just being a negative person and you get a target on your back. They also put the blame on the employees for the negative reviews from people, when clearly its Poor Marketing, Poor Ventilation, Poor Payouts, Poor Management, etc.... most of the hourly employees are great people (aside from all the gossip) and they do their job very well.
As for Gambling, all the negative reviews on here are 100% true. I would not recommend this place for anybody.

You need to make it better on people like me to be able to play poker table games and stop giving the casino the edge in games like 4 card poker where the player gets 5 cards and the dealer gets 6. I sat there at one of your tables and watched the 4 card table empty most of the night. That game would be a lot better if you drop that 6th card and you would still make money

Because me and my girlfriend were told to leave. We were causing no problems. Just drinking and dancing. Other people were yelling obscene things but we were told to leave. Never going back again

The casino is a beautiful, the staff is very helpful. The downside is that there's smoking inside. Other than that it's great!. Great entertainment as well

Very nice casino and sportsbook but no free drinks, $10 minimums, and no progressive jackpot on Let It Ride... You can bet $5 at Mohegan and win a $110,000 progressive jackpot but not even come close at Hollywood.

Wife enjoys watching the horses. Dinner at Mountain view was very good (reservations recommended on a Saturday but we got lucky walking in). Pork chop was delicious, salad with salmon was tasty. Not enough video poker machines in non-smoking areas.

I enjoy going to play the slots and we go upstairs to eat dinner

Friendly and welcoming casino , horse racing was an added feature there. Always love stopping in there.

They have severe planning / layout issues here. If you're a smoker, great, you're set. If not, you're going to have issues. The layout is somewhat of a circle. The periphery is lined with slot machines, while table games, a stage and other items are more to the center. The bulk of the slots are 1 cent, though you'll never spend only that much. The usual minimum bet is 40 cents on average. The real issue is the smoking / non smoking layout. It's off / on /off / on repeating, though the smoking areas I belive are larger. As well the air currents carry it through the building. It's awful. It was somewhat fun but I can't go back until they get that figured out, and they won't. It's like this for a reason and that reason is revenue. Also, bring cash. The ATM machines charge 6.00 per transaction and the machines only take cash, and you cannot get cash from the tellers.

I would gladly give it 5 stars if they would clean the heavy pall of cigarette smoke out of the entrance & walkways.

Needs to better their payouts. Also return incentives are pitiful. $10 or $15 is not going to keep me regularly going considering it's about an hour drive for me. I've only been to Sands twice and they consistently send me $50 offers. Staff IS friendly and helpful, casino just needs to payout better.

Best alcoholic beverages of any casino in the country. Poor pay out at slots. Some of the bands on weekends are good but some are TERRIBLE.

Little tight on winnings ..other casinos let ya win sum..hollywood don't let u walk out to good very often

Nice place. A lot different though, because of the covid-19. But they were doing a half decent job of trying to have a clean environment. Could have a couple more spots for hand sanitizer. Feels strange going in and not beable to get a beer or a mix drink. But there is one spot that you can buy a beer. God Bless Us All. Keep up the good work.

Nice place to visit but they are all about the money and they don't hide it. As a card holder you would think you would be on their mailing list but unless you visit at least 6 times in six months as the guy at Teller cage told me you don't qualify for their mailing list

It's Gambling you either win or you lose. Either way I think you will enjoy the atmosphere.

The worst place I ever been. The staff is Rasisist & unlock educated. They have refused to accept the US work permit as an ID. F.... the stuff was very unprofessional with no manners to talk. The manager of the shift was even abusive

Had a fun time but feel they could improve their business with several changes.

Slots were so tight all you do is feed them money ....never been like that..I guess the closing during virus they wanted to get money back

Never been to a casino that charges you for a drink while your gambling. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fun atmosphere, live music some nights, but their rules and restrictions on alcohol are ridiculous, along with expensive drinks. Multiple staff members were rude to more than one of my party, so we probably won't be back.

They need to work on the air handling system. The second hand smoke was quite evident during a recent visit.
The Mountainview Restaurant seemed to be understaffed. Although we had a reservation, we were forced to stand on line while the hostess took names or seated customers. We were concerned that we would miss our time. There should be a way for those with a reservation can make their presence known.
The waitress appeared to be very busy, and some of the food wasn't as hot as it should have been. There were times when we thought we had been forgotten.
Nonetheless, I enjoy my visits.

The location is superb easily found off 81 the venue is spacious, offers several restaurant options and always kept clean. There is also a dance lounge with live bands Friday and Saturday night

We had a blast with our family tonight. The virtual reality games we're so much fun!

Clean and very friendly. Only issue we waited 2 hours to get our food at the track. Then it was burnt .

It was my first time at Hollywood casino and the staff was very friendly and informative, it's a really nice environment I had a really good time and I out the doors up a little bit of money

We were at Hollywood Christmas from 7 AM & had a great time. We wore our holiday sweaters & gave out candy. It was just great to have the staff dressed up & looking festive. They were great. Every year it gets better at Christmas!!

Very nice. Quite a bit of variety of slots. Went in the middle of the night so didn't check out any of the eating establishments.

Had an amazing time with the love of my life. The only thing that sucks is they robbed us blind!

May be biased- but stopped off highway to stretch and use restroom- put $20 in a slot and won $4xx, put 200 in my pocket and the rest in a high roller room slot, last spin I won $8xx. I left.
