NAPPS is dysfunctional and treats members poorly and arbitrarily.

Avoid this association at all cost as there are other better and kinder ones worthier of your time and money.

NAPPS also has a history of ripping off members and has been reported to the BBB and Attorney General.

This association was originally founded to protect and preserve the private process serving profession and has evolved into a worldwide leader for process servers across the globe. In addition to the legislative protection, the networking opportunities are unprecedented and the tangible benefits such as discounts on office supplies, prescriptions, shipping and many others have saved my company a lot of money. As a third generation process server, growing up attending this association's annual conferences convinced me to remain in this profession and the relationships formed by being a member have provided opportunities unmatched by any other nationwide non-profit trade association I've been a part of. NAPPS has become a recognized resource for all types of legal professionals!

The 2017 NAPPS Conference was top knotch! I love being part of such a professional organization. NAPPS has come a long way in my 11 years of membership and I see more great things coming for professional private process servers in the future to the hard work of the Association leadership and volunteers.

Terrible experience with their incompetent process servers who are deadbeats and do not do the work you pay them to do. When you complain to Napps they do not care one bit.

Use another association instead and avoid getting burned like we did.

NAPPS is 2200 members strong. Initially formed to fight negative legislation that could have changed the industry's duty to provide due process, NAPPS members are held to high ethical standards. The benefits members enjoy include but are not limited to access to the secure document trading platform, job post feature, utilization of the arbitration and grievance process, discounts from mobile phone companies and shipping companies, forms, education, newsletters and an annual conference very well organized and attended. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and consider the individuals that have been at the helm over 30 years some of the best in the business and know they are always available for my questions and concerns

NAPPS is the largest non-profit trade association in the world, dedicated to the betterment of the Private Process Server Profession. I have not found a more dedicated group of professionals during my 30 plus year career in this field. The benefits of membership, FAR out way the minimal cost of dues, through legislative resources, internal programs and a tangible member benefit lineup! As a proud member since 1989, I can easily say it was, and continues to be, an exponentially important piece of my Agency's success.

NAPPS has been the most significant organization ...

NAPPS has been the most significant organization for private process servers for my entire time in the profession. (over 25 years). The organization delivers value to its members in the form of national recognition, member search features, and monitoring of national and state issues that could affect private process servers. I highly recommend that any professional associated with private process service join NAPPS.

I cancelled my membership with this incompetent association because they attempted to tell us how to run our business and " do the work first then get paid after".

Forget about it! After numerous deadbeat members do not pay us for hard work done it is not worth the paper the money is printed by the time you collect. Although NAPPS allows you to have a pre-pay requirement on your NAPPS Listing, they do not enforce it and will tell you to do it their way. NAPPS can go to hell!

Good thing there are many other better and worthier process server associations to choose from.

Stay away from NAPPS and do not get burned like we did here at our agency! The son of the deceased gentleman who used to run NAPPS previously is a piss poor comparison of his father. Lousy, unrestrained and unprofessional temperment.

I would give zero stars if possible.

I would give zero stars if possible.

I paid good money and their member process server stole my money and never did the work.

NAPPS does not care and does nothing to help the public. It seems that the honest servers have left their organization and their current member base is largely rifraf and mostly unprofessional!

No wonder their turnover rate is so high. Stay away from this dysfunctional organization if you care about your money.

NAPPS the largest association of professional process servers and the first resource for information regarding the profess service. Founded in 1982 by a group of individuals to form a nationwide organization to fight proposed federal legislation adverse to the process serving profession and assure the due process rights of citizens. I have so gained much knowledge from our past and present leaders, who are involved in the legislative process, while getting to work with the charter state associations on court rules, forms and the constant changes in the legal system. NAPPS continuously raises the standards of the profession by offering the best resource of information.

About National Association of Professional Process Servers

National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) is the largest community of professional process servers in the United States. With a mission to promote and enhance the professionalism and expertise of process servers, NAPPS has been serving its members since 1982. The organization provides a platform for process servers to connect, learn, and grow their businesses.

Process serving is an essential part of the legal system in the United States. It involves delivering legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, complaints, and other court orders to individuals or entities involved in a legal case. Process servers play a crucial role in ensuring that due process is followed and that all parties receive proper notification of legal proceedings.

NAPPS offers several benefits to its members, including access to educational resources such as webinars, conferences, and training programs. Members also have access to networking opportunities with other professionals in the industry through local chapters or online forums.

One unique feature of NAPPS is its online directory that allows anyone looking for a process server anywhere in the United States to search by location or name. This directory includes information about each member's qualifications and experience so that potential clients can make informed decisions when choosing a process server.

In addition to serving its members' needs, NAPPS also advocates for legislation that supports fair treatment for process servers. The organization works closely with lawmakers at both state and federal levels on issues related to service of process laws.

Becoming a member of NAPPS requires meeting certain eligibility criteria such as being licensed or registered as a process server in your state or jurisdiction. Once accepted into membership, individuals gain access to all benefits offered by NAPPS.

In conclusion, National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) plays an important role in promoting professionalism among those who serve legal documents across America while providing valuable resources for those seeking their services. With over 2 decades worth experience under their belt coupled with advocacy efforts aimed at improving service laws nationwide; it's no wonder why they are considered one if not THE most trusted source when it comes down finding reliable professionals within this field today!
