Terrible, no play like Atlantic City gives don't tell how many points you earn for the day

Merry Christmas this has to one of the greedies casinos I've been to ! Been here 4 hours have seen no one winning anything, couldn't even win enough to keep playing. Thanks for no fun once again Hollywood !!! You'd think on Christmas day they would loosen up just a tiny bit.

Seemed dated but overall good casino didn't get much play back at slots casino is large and comfortable

This is an okay casino but if you're traveling by and you play poker please stop at the poker room and collect your money.

Cold and hardly ever win for all the money that gets dropped in there.

They never let you win much. And they need better restaurants... I came back and gave them two stars because they cut back on free money. I use to get 10 to 20 a day free money. Now I'm down to 5.00. I will drive hour half to get better free money.

It was super busy as expected. It was clouded with smoke even in "non- smoking sections"; air quality was irritating to my breathing (even as a smoker myself). Perhaps a better ventilation system would help. All in all, place is nice as usual.

Best Mothers Day thanks to my awesome daughter! Loved it!

If sensitive to smoking this is probably not the casino for you. Will smell like ashtray when you leave. Overpriced table games for the casual gambler.

Place is smoky. Pay back percentages very low compare to other Pa. Casinos.
Final Cut Steak House worth the trip.

Had an awful experience here. First the dealers at the table are awful. TWICE I motioned for my blackjack dealer to hit me and he for some reason flipped his card over as if i was standing. I lost $50 on this alone. Went to virtual blackjack and that also seemed lopsided in losses as well. Played some slots and felt like I wasn t winning on any of them. Left after losing $340. Not worth it at all.

Win some lose some in Cassino. Like to watch the Ponies run.

mountain view restaurant is well staffed and offers decent fare. Gambling is ..gambling

Always clean with attentive staff when you can find one. One complaint, it seems I sit at a slot machine that is either under a heater or fan, so I'm usually cold or hot, I believe people would sit longer if they are comfortable.

Was fun but don't expect to leave with more money then you came with. It's not going to happen machines are always tight staff can be rude at times

Nice casino. Dealers are friendly. Decent bands play for entertainment. Nice layout and variety of slots. Payouts aren't the best. Maybe next time.

So they didn t have A BBQ bacon burger On their menu but they did however have a barbecue bacon hotdog, I of course asked them if they would convert my hamburger into a BBQ bacon burger, which they did. It was the first time ever they told me and it was well worth it. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and juicy. The combination of the BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch was an amazing combo of flavors. While at first I was apprehensive not only to just eat at the casino, but to see the prices of the food. While the pizza was $4.59 A SLICE (where I come from, pizza is $1.25 a slice) I expected to pay at least $15.00 for the burger. Surprisingly it was only $8.79 plus tax and well worth it! Highly recommend at least giving it a try. I only live about 7 minutes from the casino and easily could have gone home to eat, but I am glad I decided to try something different.

As wonderful as I remembered. Staff in the Skybox went out of their way to make sure our meals were what we wanted & expected.

Nice atmosphere, especially when they have live music. Clean, friendly and fun staff. Easy to lose track of time and money

Best casino ever. I love the fact that in some spots there in non smoking and smoking. Also a great plus is that if you are a card holder you get free drinks what could be better.

I just enjoy the time there and associates are kind and pleasant and helpful

It was Christmas Day. The staff was lovely, full service buffet, clean restrooms, plenty of games. Will go back again.

Slots a bit tight if you want to only spend $20-40. Food ok on lower level. Never ate upstairs in restaurants. Food place by simulcast room pricey for simple items

Nice place to go and have some fun. The place is really clean and the people there are helpful and nice.

Lousy. The restaurant is a joke. Food is mediocre at best.

If there was a half star I would give it half - highly overrated & poorly run casino We only go for horse racing & they have ruined that - need more restaurant choices & more bars through out casino Worst casino I have ever been to

I was traveling with a group of people all of which wanted to stop and gamble for a little bit. I went to the front gate and told them Im under 21 is there any bathroom that I could use or a food court I could hang out at and they told me to leave and not come back. I thought that was really rude so I tried another security gate where the guy wouldn't even talk to me, again very rude I had no intention of drinking or gambling just wanted a bathroom while the rest of my group was gambling. He finally called a security guard that escorted me to a bathroom accross the parking deck up 3 floors and really far away from the entrance. Why couldn't they escorted me to a closer bathroom but I'm glad they finally did help me. I have no intention of ever coming here when I'm of gambling age, due to the way I was treated that day.

I don't win anymore. Gonna find another casino. Your payouts are ridiculous. All I ask is to win enough ti play awhile and enjoy ourselves. Not happy

Not a gambler and the place was smokey. The live music was great playing and singing songs from all generations.

Okay place if you have five or ten dollars to see pretty lights and hear different sounds. Only take what you can afford to lose.

it was ok, busy, my machine broke down during play but they did help to resolve the problem

A great place to smoke indoors. Sometimes if you look outside, horses are darting around a circle with small humans stuck to their backs.

im a non smoker and this place is awesome other then losing money too fast it was good and it was a saturday night when i came. ventilation good dont really see why people are complaining

This is one of my favorites casino great atmosphere, great food, great people, clean and have the my favorites slots machine and poker game table.

Clean and the smoking and non smoking sections have good separation. Unfortunately not 5 stars because the games I liked were only available in the smoking area.

Only go for a little fun. This place is very greedy as it's payouts are few and far. State regulations require a casino to pay out a certain percentage of its income from patrons, however, Hollywood Casino states it is a lot cheaper for then to pay the fines to the state from not adhering to the law than it is to pay out to its patrons who keep them in business. Their prices for convenience such as purchasing a pack of cigarettes, is utterly ridiculous. They charge $13.00 for one pack of cigarettes! The more they can take advantage of their customers, the more they come up with to add to their revenue. Ever heard of "American Greed"? Go to Hollywood Casino and you will get first hand experience of its definition.

Very friendly folks. Food was delicious and prices were very reasonable.
