I contacted them about 6 years ago from the states. Scanned & e-mailed property info they required from me. Basically, they didn't do anything or give me any info.
Their reviews are soley based on popularity. They are renowned in the country, but they are incompetent or you need to be a "somebody" in their social realm to get help from them.

Take note; these reviews are mostly by locals that are incented to leave these comments. The review section in DR generally is a racket. I'm Canadian and i can tell you this firm touting themselves as the most ethical and professional is a joke. It is very difficult to find a firm in DR to go against another latin person or company, regardless if you have the law on your side. I told this firm the experience ive had and they "guatanteed" they were different. I intentionally gave them my case info without the specifics of the other party to hear their POV, and of course, like clickwork, as soon as i gave them the name of the other party, they disappeared...wouldnt return emails or calls. I had to escalate to the 'customer satisfaction director' and the response was, i kid you not, "we MIGHT have an INDIRECT conflict and therefore cannot assist you". This country is xenophobic, you have to be latin or extremely high profile for them to move a finger...learn from my mistake, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY, there is no law. They will bleed you dry then charge you to wipe the blood.
