Little to no management of snow and ice. Scary and treacherous to walk around any of the complex property.

The condo itself is not bad, spacious rooms and nice layout.. However the walls are extremely thin, can hear the neighbors downstairs from me....beside me..outside too.

The grounds are unkept, the paint hasn't been updated in years and we are across and beside condos and townhomes that are visually appealing while we look like the ghetto version. The pool is dirty, no beach chairs and looks unsafe.

If management just put a little time, effort and money into their investment this would be a much better place to live.

People are disrespectful of property here, laundry room is dirty and some building tenants are trashy.

Pebble Creek has a history of ineffective and/or questionable management companies. The current management company has problems with poor response times to issues, failure to communicate with residents (owners and renters), lack of transparency and an inability to provide financial information in a timely manner. 6/21/18

Worst upkeep on the outside and inside the hallways.. they look like their farmhouses fa.lling apart.. worst HOA fees for nothing

Enjoyable place to live, neighbors are all very friendly and really look out for one another here~Nice close-knit community~!

Great place to call home. Beautiful grounds filled with lush trees and beautiful flowers. Swimming pool in the summer is great!
