Hotel building is not well maintained according to the modernisation. Pleasant active staff is a good thing at this hotel. Swimming will get 5*. Food quality is good as compared to hotels in karachi

Everything about this hotel is great except for it's parking. I don't understand if it's just in or country or does it happen everywhere. In the parking slots, there were plenty of spaces left to park our cars but they are always covered up with bloody orange cones without any apparent reason. Maybe those slots are for VIPs but almost every slot is covered with the cones. Is almost every slot covered for VIPs? If that is so, then can't this so called 5 star hotel have a parking space for its visitors? Or are they too poor or too cheap to buy an expansion slot for parking.? Extremely disappointed

One of the best Japanese restaurant SAKURA this hotel have. Perfect place for Japanese food lovers.

Lovely aroma and environment in the hotel. Everything is quite clean and hygienic. The rooms are quite cozy and the furniture is quite comfortable, just that the deluxe rooms aren't big enough. The only downfall with Pearl Continental is that the food doesn't taste as good as it should. The prices of the food is quite high but the taste doesn't match the price which makes me give it a 4 star.

I am coming to this Hotel many time but very saad to say the Food is not good today I attended SNGP program and Lunch Karahi Chechen is not clocked properly Blood is seeking everyone. O only kabab is good.

During the recent visit I found PC satisfactory. I was given the room at executive floor but the room was too small as compare to my previous room. I requested tge main counter to change it with a bit large one but thry did not entertained. This may plz be considered.

we had a event in the Zawer very nice and clean place the toilets are neat and clean lobby also very clean nice arrangements staff are very welcoming Mr. Hassan from housekeeping guid us and help us will come back again soon
