Hotel is good, the interior is a bit out dated if you compare with PC Rawalpindi. Rooms are of good size. I upgraded my room to executive but didn't see a big difference in the room size compared to the normal one.

Attended an event at the Marquee, nicely decorated with a dancing floor setup in the middle.

The manager doesn't know the difference between a cafe latte and cappuccino. 5 star hotel. Ha ha ha

That hotal is very comfortable and everything is very beautiful,All the staf of Hotal is very respectful persons...breakfast team is very friendly very good breakfast service..all are excellent..

Awesome no words to describe about this hotel very nice, all kind of facilities are available such as chairlift secure car parking easy way for entrance and easy way to exit. inside the hotel rooms was excellent washroom was excellent and clean and staff is very nice and polite with there clients i love to visit this place again.

I am a regular guest/visitor of PC Karachi .Dam Puckh Restaurant has always been a source of temptation for its delicious foods.

Due to COVID19, You should have at least open your swimming pool. It has chlorine in it hence a safe way to relax and exercise.

Customer Service is 5 star, but the furniture & exterior need replacement & renovation.

But as long as there is no serious competition Hashoo Group can drag such building.

They must increase their prayer area for muslims and bike parking is really so far from the reception

To have the best sushi in town, Sakura at PC is the place. Also, their pool in the basement is pretty good.

The hotel deserves every cent of money. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast. Staff was amazing specially reception management was too good. I stayed there for a week. Food at all the restaurants there was amazing specially with live music. Roof top desi meal was really tasty.

Such a nice experience of hospitality at port city of Karachi. Ambience is very attractive and impressive.

Was there for a conference. Also attended another one before. Had good experience both times.

The place has lost its lustre. Needs investment in renovation. Rooms are run down and cheaply furnished. No class. The managment does not seem interested in the absence of competition in hotel industry in Karachi. Food is mediocre except may be the Japanese restaurant. Service is good. It is sad to see how this once best address in town is slowly fading away.

Good place for short stay with gym, suana and stream bath, and pool facilities for accommodate guest and hotel privilege members. Some good restaurant for local and international cuisine. Rated as 4 star hotel.

really very sad to see one of my favourite hotels in Karachi so QUITE.

Outstanding hospitality, very big parking area, excellent security, well managed, etc

Nice ambiance, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff.

There was little confusion on the check-in desk, otherwise it went well. Further, the complementary fruit basket was missing in the room for which I had to call at least thrice to eventually receive it in the room.

Recently attended a seminar representing my company Ahmed Engineering, the seminar was arranged by Jereh in Dilkusha Hall, nice, clean, professional environment

It's comfortable and staff is always willing to go for extra

I visit outside the Hotel through pass. It is very expencive

It is mostly seen washbasin is out of order
No fruit basket available it would come after three to five times of calling
If double occupancy then no shaving and dental kit is available even for one person
This strange ? Everytime one has to call for room service .

Visited this Hotel on my IELTS test. Although couldn't take snaps of this beautiful hotel due to test, but I really loved the fact that its antiquity has been preserved in most amazing way. Will hopefully visit again if luck allowed.
