Carlton Hotel , Karachi Review

Marriott Hotel in Karachi is 4 star. Its got good rooms and great breakfast. Also, has a pool and gym.

Regular guest to the hotel. It used to be a great place to stay but something changed at the hotel in past 6 months. The food quality at Nadia restaurant deteriorate, fitness center used to be clean and fun place to be. Room service pathetic- cold and old food delivered on daily basics. Fresh fruit delivered to the room was irregular. Check in process was bad, check out even worse- did not get all good checks. Please have old hotel manager back.

Food is good but the female singer in resturant have awsome voice.

It is one of the good hotels of Karachi even though it's not the biggest, yet it is cheaper than others.

Excellent place for conferences and stay in Karachi

Great hotel experience at a reasonable price. The hotel security is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant and coffee shops are great. Great place to have any corporate or social events. The only concern that made me give 3 stars is because of no cleanliness and wear and tear everywhere, when the name Marriott appeared or heard only elegance and class comes to mind but this hotel in karachi was a disappointment.

It's nice place to arrange official training and seminars

The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff, greeters, and drivers as well as parking staff were all incredibly nice and hospitable. I would especially like to thank Qayyum bhai, Yousuf bhai for making my stay so pleasant.
The masjid near the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was complimentary and superb, especially the chai.
I found the front desk to be often unhelpful and unprofessional. It was acceptable for people behind me to cut me in line at the front desk. This was very frustrating. The room keys were often dysfunctional. This was also annoying. The biggest complaint I have is the front desk staff. There needs to be a proper queue and payment option need not take hours to complete. Thank you
