Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi Reviews

Ive been staying here in PC for more than a Month and its been a good experience in terms of room Service/ house keeping and room cleanliness. Both guys Kamran and Irfan are dedicated and working with good nature. Mr.Faisal Zaib is always cooperative. Over all good, maintained and clean rooms and services.

I planned a party at Chandni Restaurant for my daughter's 1st birthday. Before I made the reservation, I repeatedly asked one of the managers regarding regarding the price per head, regulations, decorations, etc. On the day of the party, the manager kept on bothering me to settle the bill, because she had to leave. I reluctantly had to leave my guests to settle the bill and then noticed they were charging me a different amount than we agreed upon. I pointed out the discrepancy to the manager and she would not budge on the amount. I paid the bill, however was not pleased that I was overcharged. The food was okay, but not what I expected from a restaurant in a 5-star hotel. Not impressed at all! I should've booked my party elsewhere.

Very nice dessert but it's a no smoking zone. Good place for family.

Chinese resturant Tai Pan is buffet restaurant . Nice dishes. Fried prawns and fish served fresh on table. Nice curtious staff and Manager Mr Hanif. Ms. Wakila, Shiraz, and Zeeshan excellent staffers who served us.
We recommended that ice cream should be added in menu ,BcoZ ice cream was always on menu in Tai Pan buffet. After relocation it was deleted. Nice view from glasses.

Amongst One of the top three places to stay in Karachi. Has one of the gems of Karachi food scene; sakura.

Over the years, PC hotels quality has shrunk to Lahore P. C only. As far as Karachi PC goes, it is not as that a great place, it used to be. Meeting halls are still reasonable with just Ok snacks. Food is not a what you could go for it P. C Karachi. Chandni..rooftop was as tasteless as nothing but lots of calories. The facility is quite old and needs renovation.
Not my first choice but if you have too..

I'm a frequent traveller all around the world and I must say my stay at Pearl Continental Karachi was amongst the best experiences I have ever had. We were four friends travelled on a business trip from Lahore to Karachi, checked in PC Karachi for 5 nights. The ambience was good and the rooms were clean & comfortable but it was the staff that really made it a worthwhile place to stay especially Mr.Umair at the reception and Mr.Moshin from the housekeeping department on 5th floor. Next time I'm in the area I will absouletely stay at the same place and I higly recommend it to anyone visiting Karachi

Marco Polo has changed its decor from dimly lit to brightly lit which was a downer for me. The menu was barely average. The plus side, however, was the live singing by a singer with a wonderul voice and the participation by quite a few frequenters thereby creating a good atmosphere. Three stars just because of music

The rooms were small and the furniture is old. Paid 23000 PKR for a deluxe room on second floor. The bathroom size was smaller than expected.
Breakfast was acceptable.

Over all I think the place is overpriced. nothing compared to amazing experience I have had in Lahore PC

The Pakistani Food was too spicy. It should be moderate for all kind of clients. However, the overall stay was good enough.

Best hotel in Karachi previously intercontinental hotel with new name perl continental.

It was a good experiene for iftar and buffet arranged by novartis pharmaceuticals

Very limited parking space, congested halls...food quality is not very good.

The ambiance may be good but the food is very disappointing for a five star hotel. They even served us a spoilt lemon with the sushi.

Fish i was served was stinky though changed the dish. Overall food quality was not upto the mark. Generally if u have less occupancy, rooms are upgraded in same package but nothing of that sort happened

Sakura Resturant for Sushi, Chandni Resturant for Pakistani. One of the most reputable hotels in Pakistan.

I stayed with my family for two nights ,,,we took dinner from taipan restaurant then after that we could nt eat for two days ..we all got severe food poisoning vomiting loose stools high grade fever and cramps in belly ,,,its worst experience of my life ,,,i could understand what they have served us ,,,food was unhygenic and chicken was substandard ,,,

Its a big hotel of a known chain of hotels in the only metropolitan city of Pakistan. Ambiance is good and location is great all the rest is great as its a five star hotel but the staff is not that courteous and shows a bit of typical attitude of being employee of a big franchise which needs a bit grooming. Overall its recommended for all.

Very poor, privilege card is a just a tool of cheating, free night voucher is a fraud even you pay full amount for one night they charge additional amount with second night free voucher. Rooms Quality is very poor reception staff are rude. Overall its poor

Highty wasn't good.
The attitude of the staff was rude.

Need to get towel replaced.
Stayed there for 4 days, despite using the small bathroom towel non of them was replaced.
I tried to put down but it was ignored.

Other than this other experience was fine.

I must say that very professional staff, hospitality was extremely high.
Food was amazing.

All basic amenities are available. Location is perfect. Centre of rawalpindi.
Airport is just 15 minutes away..
Nice place for a night stay.

Just right. Prices are slightly above if compared to hotels with similar facilities abroad.
