Excellent hotel good to stay here good location delicious food cousins

Pearl continental hotel is one of the best hotel chain of Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, islamabad, bhurban , Kashmir, all places have same ambience and same superb quality of their services. Here in Karachi normally on Sundays they have different exhibitions in thier halls. Today was Thailand product exhibition which was really great. Many products they had for sale and also searching for distributor in Pakistan. That event was organised by royal Thai consulate.
About hotel all are awesome , food, rooms, service, every thing..
The best part of review, there is wheelchair accessiblity everywhere in whole place / hotel.

A fine hotel which lives up to its reputation of being a 5 star hotel.. all facilities under one roof.. the food is tasty and fresh

Not impressive any more due poor food quality, ruined sitting area in the lobby, no music etc

I had to travel to Karachi for 3days and i get 2 rooms booked. My stay there was an absolute delight. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I was with 2 kids (3yr and 1.5yr) and it was amazing to see how kind all of the staff was. My customer relationship manager was Hira, and God bless what a blessed soul she was,she accommodated our requirements so patiently and warmly. Our flight was delayed unfortunately and she made special arrangements for late check-out, and airport drop.

Even the house keeping staff was very efficient and cooperative.

If you want a Hassel free, peaceful stay I would totally recommend Pearl Continental, Karachi.

Been a while since staying in PC....not since 1990!

So the food this place serves is absolute garbage, I had the buffet and for the next 2 days it felt like the devil himself had made his responsibility to stab me in the stomach every minute, I was in complete hell for the next 2 days after eating the food. Definitely not going here again.

Staff was friendly and the environment, hygiene and food was also excellent.

It was really nice and scenic views were just fab . You enjoy a beautifull time with your partner as you alone can spend time in a calm enviroment . You look far you feel happy because of the scenes you see around . Weather is so beautifull there . You can have sun and cool breeze there which makes your trip worthwhile. On your way going to that place you can see all age group monkeys lol. You can feed them as well by buying some stuff from the people who are standing on road side !!
The garden is pretty with swings for children there as well. They have balcony dinner place as well . You can sit and enjoy a romantic dinner while enjoying a mesmerising view of the mountains and trees
They got a little cinema as well . You can enjoy a movie with you family and partner or your friends !!!
You also have a jacuzi and a swimming pool as well where you enjoy some fun time too.
There are snooker table and machine games for children as well ..!!!
But the thing that is off about this place is they do not make any changes in the place . Its very nice to see some changes in rooms as well. Over all they need to have some changes in there resturant and rooms as well.

This is five star hotel in Pakistan. Well maintained and best one. You will have fine dine in. Special arrangements for corporate get togethers, family events and etc. I rate this 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommended for corporate events

Ohhh yes its a five star hotel with all five star hotels facilities....

The food was OK... PC should up the standard... Marriott, avari and movenpick are so much better

One of the best Hotels to stay in Karachi. I went to attend a course. The hotel also has inhouse restaurants with delicious food.

Suggestion
Need to keep tea/coffee set up available as standard in room as with all other major hotels, cause when requested for setup, it took more than an hour to get the items in room. Very badly mismanaged

Had high tea at the PC's Marco Polo restaurant. On the surface a good deal at Rs. 1200 + tax per person with the variety of dishes on offer. However the food is pretty ho-hum i.e. nothing exciting. The exception is the bakery products. Ambience is nice at the restaurant but that's about all. Won't be visiting again soon.

Always a very good option in Karachi, probably the best because of good rooms, good food, very good service, very good location and a very good staff.

Often standard rooms are not available. And members get preference only when its less occupied. Still members do get rooms so that`s a great advantage

Brilliant food and great ambiance. Staff were very polite and couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Our hosts throughout the evening were Asif Maqbool and Noreen. Both were very polite and extremely helpful. Food was lovely and value for money.

5 star hotel of KHI. Good place for food, room and dine in. Ambiance is very good.

Cool Ambiance but food quality not up to the mark ! For music lovers you have a Ghazal Night at Marcopolo on every weekends Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with performers not found elsewhere in Karachi.

Absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. Every need accomadate and never too much hassle. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Very poor housekeeping, if this hotel rated five star, then even 3 or 4 star hotels keeps coffee tea making facicilities in its rooms

Checking out 6:30 asking for a cup of tea bill sent with PRS 500+ even though I am entitled for breakfast ... what a funny management

Excellent food and service great ambiance love to come again and again .

Nice comfortable rooms. Room service is good and food is also good.

There was an awesome experience to be there I attend the workshops as a volunteer I really appreciate and I suggest that type of event should be held in future.
