Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi Reviews

We stay for 16 days. Our stay was pleasant and satisfactory. We had problems first we got there but manager came for our aid and gave us another room. Staff members are humble and polite. Breakfast was life saver for the whole day to survive the heat and traffic. Bellman Mr. Noman was always helpful to carry out my shopping bags. Goplay girls were absolute darlings to entertain my 4 year old son. My son still recalls Ms. Sonia. Heads off to security personal because there were so many seminars and events happened through out our stay but they were vigilant. Waiters and servers gave us excellent hospitality. We loved the food so thank you chef. Looking forward to come back.... Thank you everyone.

A good place to organise events. Restaurants are also good although food is expensive. Ambiance is soothing. A good place to visit

Visited Tai Pan. They have range of Chinese cuisine with delicious food. However, desserts were a bit off and needed improvement.

Best place to stay in karachi.

Great Ambiance & Great Place For Meeting With Your Partner & Customers.

This time, while staying at PC Karachi, we had a very bad experience at the counter. The check-in and check-out was out of control. Long queues and unprofessional attitude of the reception team.

Have known this place for over 40 years, still maintaining very good decorum for rooms, foods, restaurants and recreation.

Ample parking though charged but safe. Excellent service.

Air Conditioning is out dated. Difficult to even sleep.

Great place for business meetings/dinners. They offer wide variety of rooms aswell all the way upto luxury apartments and tons of services with it. However management could still be improved and food could be improved widely

Such a disappointment. Came here on someone's recommendation, wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

Ok. I xpect more from such an expensive hotel. Had to call room service everyday for complimentary water.

Good atomspgere, Food is OK but space is ok for exhibition or weddings but due to pillar not preferred for Conferences.

The Place is good, but the washroom stalls in the lobby were a disappointment, need to improve them, they look like school washrooms.

Serenity and Calmness after hectic business hours is a blessing. PC Karachi is Luxury and provides you same atmosphere.

Good for stay but buffet dinner also we had dinner last night... I was awesome.

A good place for staying and eating specially "chandni"

not worth the price they charge, old building with outdated disgusting furniture. the worst bathroom ever with the toilet seat wright next to the door, it would have been better if they had put it next to the bed. the staff are extremely friendly and very nice that's the best part.

Quite bitter experience right from check in counter. Worse turn arround time more than three hrs.

Amazing experience I also had at PC Hotel, excellent interior, superb service and tasty food.

If we compare with other international chains its not be a 5 start hospitality.

Sakura at PC is the best place to have Japanese in Karachi. The sushi is fresh and the taste stands out. Can be compared to anyplace anywhere in the non Japanese world. The rest of the food also has character. The scenic view overlooks the skyline of karachi. It gives a vantage of all that has transpired in the city. Some one said that in the day Sakura is bright and at night it sees the stars and City lights. The service is amazing. Very courteous staff who go out of the way to accommodate you. So surely a place to celebrate food with your loved ones.

Memories start with this because start ups new journey of life.

My review is regarding the food and not regarding staying at this hotel.
I went there for Iftaari bufet and the food was just okay and nothing special, tasted more like homemade food rather than a 5star hotel.
The area where the food is served is so small and congested people kept bumping into each other and there are very long queues ,they should have placed it somewhere else.
Service was good though, food refilling was quick. The waiters and managers were very friendly.
Conclusion: In this price range there are way better options in Karachi

Didn't get to know much about the hoteling services. But there's a vehicle parking issue. No space left for the free parking area.

Marcopolo ' s Chand I restaurant has good staff but Ali Afridi is specially very courtious and helpful towards guests. Very nice serving ettiquates. Manager Hassan, Ali Afridi should be rewarded.

Hospitality and service for corporate events is not up to the mark

One of the finest hotels in Karachi for staying Nd having a conference in. Many exhibitions and seminars take place here.
The security is tight here.

I like pc hotel when ever I come to Karachi I use to stay in Pc hotel this time I with family stay in room 902 and 904 my stay was fine but I got disturbance because of traffic sound I requested to management to replace window with sound proof,
During my stay I did not get complimentary fruit basket,

Hotel is getting old. Needs urgent make over or something.
