At was good experince to stay here. All things was best. Specially many bar service was good.. the servent was very obedient

One of the wonderful hotel in Karachi. Provides amazing service. It has different banquets and restaurants which are air conditioned.

The rooms are old. The desk has old device connectors which may have been good when hotel was built. Now its USB times. The towels are old and while drying my back, it was coming to pieces. The swimming pool did not seem to have enough chlorine and do not know how safe it is for international travellers. But the employees are pleasant and do a great job. Almas (on 9th floor) was pleasant and helpful. The executive lounge staff was also very good.

A really nice hotel with clean, comfortable and quality rooms. Good food, music and entertainment. Great steak house. Really nice for businessmen and tourists. Safe and secure.

Update your selfs very bad internet very bad service the only good thing is the Resturant in the lobby dambukht

Overall the services are okay but still needs improvement in some areas like atmosphere of the room secondly fitting & amenities of bath room etc.

Some of the basic facilities like fruit and newspaper, which were part of the package were not provided despite my requests. Otherwise, overall experience was good.

I dined out at sakura with family and the food was excellent. It was my first experience of trying out sushi and i am totally in love with the burst of flavors it had. Chicken tiryaki was love too. The sauses are absolutely flavorsome.

Your service, staff, response is very good.
But I must say your valet parking's staff is kind of lazy.

The food was delicious too. Stayed for one night. Every thing from check-in to check-out was good. Staff at the hotel were very courteous. I had Hi-tea and breakfast at Marco polo restaurant, the variety and taste was good. Will stay again here. Awesome place, where you can conduct seminars, meetings and social gatherings. Such a great place for visitors and foreigners. Excellent service, i visited lot of times to attend the gathering and some fashion shows. So thats why i love it. Food was below par for the E-banking exhibition. My company set up a double sized stall and were only provided two chairs. I won't call my experience a good one.

The best hotel for an international visit to stay in. Great breakfast, quite room and safe as fort knox.

I don't understand when they will resolve parking issue. If there was any wedding reception or birthday party then there was panic situation. Nobody from Staff available there to help you.

Reception staff needs some counseling, none of them know how to smile :(

We stayed for two weeks in August in the Pearl floor. From the time I booked to the time I left I had a wonderful experience. The airport collection and checkin was smooth with no troubles. The occasional hiccup but nothing to sway my opinion of this hotel.
The hotel and it's ambience are wonderful. It's lively and private, the staff are all polite, if anything too polite. There is always something happening till the early hours and the hotel is full of polite, smiling and caring staff which gave me a feel of security.
The Marco Polo restaurant was good, daily breakfast was the business with the chefs cooking to order daily, we also went for High T and dinner once or twice.
I even managed a haircut, went to the gym and had time to browse the shops.

All round I'd have to say this hotel made my trip to Pakistan more of a pleasure and I'm looking forward to coming back.

We're now planning to return in a few months time as this trip exceeded our expectations.

All the staff were great, in particular I received personal treatment from Gerald in reservations and Tanveer Malik - Front Office Manager.

Went to Sakura for sushi. Which was a great delight. However if you are used to sushi. You may tell them not to add the spicy sauce. Else the whole experiencs was enjoyable. There is a nice shop selling carpets and pashminas, the salesperson is really nice and the silj carpets are worth a look but hold their price. I took a pashmina as they are so pretty and the man is so kind.
There are many other restaurants too. I would like to try them too inshaAllah

Baby chair in Tai Pan is a joke. Unsafe for infants.

Simply one of the best 5 star hotels in Karachi. Sakura restaurant is a must try

PC hotel karachi duty manager kaishan had the audacity to harrass your guest and violate your core policies. It sickens me that such individuals are ruining the name of your hospitality which is apparently 5 star but has no merits with such individuals. I was not allowed to speak to the General Manager despite repeated requests which made me get a refund and leave. Will never stay at this third class hotel. Unprofessional and highly disgusting staff.

Fantastic place for events and Luxury accommodation.

Poor service / pathetic customer service / food never arrived to room / laundry service was very poor too - only star has given for the cleanliness.

An addition of USB charging port in the rooms will be a good addition and will help guests

All facilities of 4 star hotel except parking space.

Had coffee there last night! The looks, serving and taste of cafe latte and cappuccino was exactly the same. Tasted like an instant coffee with milk.....

Parkash from housekeeping he is a very professional every morning when going for breakfast he is always smiling and greet us during over stay he take care of us the room is very comfortable and clean freash towels nice room amenitys cleanliness of the bathroom is very good and well maintained keep it up.

Old rooms, over rated. Room keys stop working frequently and I had to get those activated multiple times in a day.

Everything was perfecrt, great hospitality and special thanks to Mr Farhan for upgrading us. I hope I get the executive access next time I stay as I am a regular customer and always had a normal stay but a good one. This time Farhaan sahib made it well enough to come stay once again and hope for extra ordinary hospitality to a loyal customer
I felt great to be out at PC after 5 months of staying home because of covid. Trust me I felt very satisfied

Worst hi-tea ever. Totally regret the decision. Very few dishes and on top of all, all food stale. Highly not recommended.

Went to Marcopolo for hi-tea, zero value for money, overcrowded, noisy af and the food was disgusting
