Great service. I'm very grateful for their services, they have rescued me and my team from office to hotel under difficult conditions of heavy rainfall. Stay there for overnight and left in morning. Hotel ambience and services are excellent. Highly recommend for stay and dine out.

I had booked a twin bed but was given a double room as a twin bed was not available,this I think was highly inappropriate.I stayed in room no 502 which I would rate as the room of a 3.5 star hotel.The room was noisy as the windows were not sound proof.The bathroom fittings were primitive.I think these fittings are the original ones when the hotel was constructed.The AC control was not working.The only good thing about the hotel was it's staff which was courteous and accomodating.

Ambiance is romantic very beautifully place, with lot of parking.

Our stay PC Karachi in Jan 2020 for eight days was superb! Our King room was very clean and had all the amenities.

Staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and at their Chandni and Marco Polo restaurants were very helpful and courteous! Especially would like to mention our breakfast server Mohammad Rafi, who was extremely polite, courteous, caring and paid attention to every detail!!

One suggestion for the hotel management: There should be a dress code for customers eating in your restaurants... we noticed people coming in wearing pajamas, sleeveless T-shirts and/or bedroom slippers. This brings a bad name to a prestigious hotel like PC!

Overall, had a wonderful experience at PC Karachi!

Hi tea was horrible. Nothing tasted nice or fresh. I am very disappointed. Menu was not upto the mark too.

While the hotel rooms could definitely get a big upgrade, most of the staff is awesome. Hotel has a very good lobby area.

This review is only for Kamran. He came to the rescue of my very important day back on 2nd January 2019 and he was also always willing to provide great customer service the rest of my stay (without expecting tips in return). Very genuine person!

Some of the other staff, however, provided slow service even after calling them from the room three times on a few occasions.

Parking issues. Service stretched and therefore poor. They offer 2 piece free press but also want 4 hours to get done. Dont have any press in room and if called takes an hour to be supplied. Have all calls and tracking available after making 6 calls . No body is attentive or bothers to even listen to your complain . Haughty behaviour at reception and the staff had no response stall when told of issues at checkout. Room itself and breakfast is good and house keeping had no issues. But those can be compromised. Poor service cannot . Was not there for pleasure. Was in business trip and when schedule is hectic the poor service support just made it a lousy experience .

Overall food n everything was good but the staff needs to change its behavior. Non cooperative staff

Un-doubtedly, Pearl Continental hotel Karachi is still leading the hotel industry in this city / country with its superb services and showing extra care to their guests through its very competent, efficient, courteous and professional staff - right from the shuttle bus driver to the gate-men OR from front desk staff, Concierge staff to every house keeping staff - We would probably say that each and everyone of them is a proven precious asset for the PC hotel-Karachi.
We had a wonderful and memorable stay here in PC-Karachi, which will certainly last in our mind till our next visit to this wonderful city and the hotel-
The memory of our short stay in PC -Karachi can not be forgotten easily and it has far lasting imprints in our mind - and this is only because of the warm and courteous hospitality by PC -Karachi which was far beyond our imagination and it is in-fact convincing us to make yet another trip but with much monger stay.

The superb. ambience of the lobby and the Marco Polo was found as like what it was since its inception in the business and superb and very soothing, cozy and comfortable.

Rooms are bright, spacious and house keeping staff is found very responsive in quick time to provide our need or any requirement.

All in all, we have no words to praise PC-Karachi and its management for its valiant effort to maintain the superb level of services and keeping the flag of reputation of this hotel as high as it is since its foundation and our each and every moment of stay in this hotel was in-fact the moment of pride for us.
Hats off to PC-Karachi and its management - keep it up !!!!
