Front office is doing great job specially Mr. Raja Arslan, Mr. Muhammad Taqi and Ms. Nosheen

It used to be amazing but now it's a little run down. The inside still looks amazing but the outside open areas are weathered. The high tea specially in summer is not worth it. Too expensive and overpacked for what they serve.

Beautiful place, scenic.. nice to dine out.. The room are just a bit above average.. Not to the standard for 5 star hotel

Cleanliness level of the bedsheets, pillows wasn't upto the mark, different coloured spots were found which was highly objectionable against the high repute of your hotel. The buffet was served at Nadia restaurant which was just 3/10 in quality.

Nice laction and great lacation will maintain room and cleanss and fresh lienen and fresh bed linen and pillow cover is clean houskeeping staff mr fiaz is nice and very help full

**PC HOTEL IS JUST A NAME**
The security did not let me in I had to wait outside on the road by the barrier to let me in and then when I got in I was there for half an hour trying to sort a room out with my mate who they had already let in its part of their "policy" that only one person can go in and book a room I paid 7000 rupees to eat dinner wich was from 9pm on words and the food was disgusting I'm still hungry all the facilities were shut apart from the gym and I got told I have to pay an extra 2000 rupees on top of the 25,000 i paid for the room initailly so its easy for them when i check out because of the room service charge. Bed was ok apart from that evrything else is just average. I stayed at hotel one the night before wich cost me 9000 I missed breakfast and got 1000 refund and they showed me better hospitality than Perl continental. Not impressed at all the staff need training. Very rude. I have come from engaland especially to stay at PC hotel I'm very disappointed

I stayed at PC Bhurban in December 2018 for few nights. I had the Deluxe Suite booked with views of the Kashmir Valley.

1) Check in was smooth. The staff was well spoken, we were offered drinks while we were checking in and our bags were taken to our room.

2) Deluxe Suite is as described. However, we were given a smokers room which we were not satisfied with as there was a lingering smell that annoyed us on our first night.

3) The water in our bathroom turned brown next morning for more than an hour and we unable to shower or use the facilities. This was the point where I decided to express my frustrations to the staff and have them resolve our issues.

4) Staff not only understood our pains, they went above our expectations to make our stay there comfortable. They upgraded our room and rectified the issues.

5) We loved the buffet breakfast and the vast variety that was offered every morning. This was included in our package so we benefited from it.

6) Dinner buffet also offered a range of cuisines but was very pricey.

7) Location is incredible and so are the views. I found that fog during winter days takes the Kashmir Valley view away so perhaps summer or visiting right after a rainy day would be ideal to enjoy the views offered from the room balconies.

8) The toll collection booth right outside the hotel was very annoying. You have to pay $2 every time you enter the hotel. I was told this was set up by the Punjab Government. I do consider this a let down for guests expecting a premium service when making reservations.

9) I was visiting from Australia so in my opinion the hotel is decent in its offerings but I couldn't help but feel that it had it's prime in the 90's and 20's and needed a fresh modern look in the rooms and common areas. However, it maintains a luxurious, although dated, feel through out and anyone staying is sure to have great time.

It's really nice place to visit within mountains having asom hospitality i recommend to visit...the entry pass of 1000. Rs per person will use as a coupon in any restaurant in side at the time of bill ...

We stayed at PC Bhurbun for two nights. Had a very good and professional service. Staff was friendly and prompt. We were mainly dealt by, Ms. Sania, Shah Waseem, Rehmat Ishaque, Shahzeb.

My experience was amazing especially waiter M.Ayaz in Nadia Cafe was amazing. He is extremely amazing and is very hospitable the way he serves the guests is just amazing

It is amazing place run by uninterested management who is just selling its name. At such a beautiful location this place is being wasted due to unnecessary high prices. Service seems to be going down spiral. This place has so much to offer but marred by bad bad management.

Nadia Cafe needs improvement in Buffet breakfast menu. Chaffing dishes are old and covers are broken, which sometimes is embarrassing while operating

I had a very good experience and the staff was helpful and there were many events there.

Stayed at PC Bhurban for two day from 2 to 4 Sep 20; a very disappointing experience indeed. It was very long since I last stayed here. By no standard, PC Bhurban is now a Five Star hotel. It was as we were in a low budget hotel of Murree. State of cleanliness was deplorable. Dirty bedsheets and broken bathroom fixtures; all what we got. Maintainance Staff could not fully fix drainage issue of the shower area and gradually we learnt to live with standing water in our Wash Room. Room Service and House Keeping staff had no care for their personal hygine. Hallways, lobbey, corridors, outside terraces and other facilities were over-packed with "Day-voucher Tourists". Most of the time, I could hear shouting and running of their kids in the corridore outside my room. On 3 Sep 20, I had to wait for 45 mins to find a parking spot, as most of the parking had been occupied by "Day-voucher Tourists". Hotel Staff was over committed and not very forthcoming. (I was told that they are still working with reduced staff of COVID days cut down). The Hotel needs a major renovation and drastic change in its business practices, to be a Five Star Hotel.

Probably PC bhurban is the expensive hotel among all PCs and the only one with pathetic services . I stayed there for 2 nights and almost payed 48000 and by paying this much money I couldn t get Tea Maker. ( kettle Tea bags and dry milk). I called them 4 times and all the time they said it s busy and we can t provide it to standard king room. I asked them you can charge it as PC Lahore provided it to me and for this they charged to me.
I must say with this much money they should have provided me Tea Maker.

Beware. If you have seen a half decent hotel anywhere in the world you will know that PC Bhurban is one of the worst hotels charging one of the highest mark ups.

Worst experience with a hotel so far. I paid almost $300(27000 rupees) a night and have had better experiences with hotels charging $50 (5000 rupees). Here are some of the things that bothered me.
1. Changed my room from double deluxe to twin deluxe. I was there with my wife so didnt appreciate it at all.
2. No valet service. You have to bring your luggage to the lobby and the drive up and find a parking spot and walk down in the cold again.
3. Despite a room booking it takes 20 minutes just to drive into the hotel because of queues at security.
4. No parking preference for people staying at the hotel. The hotel attracts daytime visitors. As someone living in the hotel, I expect I will get a parking spot when I need one. I wont have to drive around in circles for 15 minutes waiting for a spot.
5. Room service menu is a lie. If and when you call, they will probably have fries and a sandwich to serve. Anything else stated on the menu available is the room actually doesnt exist. Tried 2 days in a row.
6. No spare plugs for charging cables or laptops. All the plugs are used by lamps. You can either charge your phone or have adequate light.
7. Heating was manual. You have to turn it off manually or it will turn the room into a toaster oven.

The price tag for this hotel has absolutely no justification. Barely a 3 star hotel. Terrible experience. Had I known I would have chosen some other hotel in the vicinity. Never coming back again.

Hotel is excellent, but during visit reconcile for complimentary services or you will pay for complimentary services as well because they dont have record.

Accounting needs improvements. They tried to charge the balanced amount at check-out via credit card. However, the staff mentioned that it is not working and you have to pay cash. After paying through cash, we noticed (via text msg from bank) that credit card was also charged for the same. called and lodged complaint.

Mehrun Nisa was very helpful! All staff at front desk were very polite and room was clean and spacious with all facilities. Used the health club jacuzzi and sauna, steam room which were on point.

M. Ayaz at the Nadia Restaurant at PC Bhurban was our waiter for lunch. Indeed his courtesy and mannerism; exemplary.

I have been staying at Bhurban PC hotel ever since I was maybe 12 years old and I used to think that the hotel was really good at that time but I feel that the hotel's overall service and appeal to its customers has gone done consistently. There used to be outdoor cafe/barbque places inside the hotel premises ... near the pool area however its been many years now that that facility has been removed. The hotel only has 1 Restaurant and 1 cafe and no other on-site restaurant. Even the 1 on-site restaurant that is there is not nearly adequate to provide seating capacity for its guests, specially when the hotel in operating under full-occupancy. The one chinese restaurant that this location did have has been shut down with the excuse that the restaurant's kitchen had caught fire however that excuse is not valid since the restaurant was actually converted into a hall later on. The work force in the restaurants in extremely lacking in every aspect ..... food quality, variety of the food items in buffet, decreased no. of waiters to serves the many guests. The hotel room are also not being updated periodically. I guess it all boils down to the fact that since the hotel is still experiencing big influx of visitors all year round despite the drastically deteriorated standard of the hotel, hence maybe the senior management of the hotel feels that maybe they can let the standard of the hotel deteriorate further and yet increase the room rents even more, thereby increasing their profit margins since the customers still keep on coming to the hotel despite all the issues with the hotel. I feel like there is a huge vacuum in the hotel industry, specially in the 5-star northern area resorts category and big name brands should enter ASAP to bring PC brand to their senses and increase competition so that service standards could go up. PC bhurban failed miserably in making me and my family happy during our recant stay at bhurban PC 3rd Jan - 6th Jan 2019.

Because of the staff, very helpful and cooperative. Actually it is the staff who make the available facilities worthy.

My little daughters were unable to see their face while brushing teeth. Kindly place some thing for children to stand on it so that they can use the tap / mirror properly. Hope that you understand my point. :)
